Shiloh was incredibly helpful in getting our project completed. He was friendly and did a great job to get our plaster torn out and replaced with drywall to prep for new backsplash!

I contacted Austin Home Service on Friday, and they came out the next day and completed my service call. The service technician was very polite and respectful. He was very knowledgeable about the task he was performing. I will definitely be using them again.

Steve was great! He was friendly and professional. We called him on Saturday and he was able to come out to us that day!
We had some water leaking from the ceiling and he figured out where it was originating from. He started his work and and was done very quickly, when comparing to other plumbers we have used.
Steve did a quick education moment about how you don't plunge a high pressure toilet, thanks for the explanation!
He also helped with another visit for installing new toilets and shower heads! Reasonably priced and again quick!

I have needed Jay's expertise in the past. I thought of him when my garbage disposal gave out completely. He could here the distress in my voice as I share it was leaking, though he was occupied he returned my call and with in hours my old was swapped out with a new. He worked with me on the charges by allowing me two payments. Had some minor flooding when power went out/sump pump not working. Was able to schedule a appointment very fast, both Thomas and Mason are very knowledgeable and professional. Work was finished the next weekend for a fair price: new sump pump, water powered backup, pit cleaning, and new piping.
Will be consulting with Water Pros before any other plumbing project that come up. Thanks

John was EXCELLENT. I called him at my last hr and he was gracious enough to accommodate me the next day. He came on time, communicated well with me, professional, knew his stuff really well, diagnosed a major problem with my sink,  offered to fix it right away and he did a very clean, neat job. Iam just moving in to this newly bought property and had a home inspection ..etc per protocols. Looks like the inspector missed this leaky sink and John very wisely picked up the problem and fixed it as well. I highly recommend John for all your Plumbing, electrical, home mtnce issues.

They came out two weeks ago to look at the work we wanted to have done.  The estimate was supposed to be emailed to us (we gave them the email address that day).  They called several days later asking for the email address again which we gave them.  We still did not receive the estimate.  We called several days later and left a message stating that we had nor received the estimate and left the email again.  We have not heard back from them yet.  We will look for another plumber.

The owner is a jerk.
Inspected our septic for a buyer. Beat a hole in the septic tank with a sledge hammer ruining our septic tank.
Our agent had to threaten to sue them and buyer.

1. Know that appointment times will be put off if higher paying job presents itself
2. No call and no showed a number of times
3. Left a job in worse shape than when it started because.... Didn't measure all of the parts .... Kinda handyman, contractor, etc 101
4. Did an estimate that job would be completed for a price- failed to measure then claimed it was too difficult. Well 1rst why'd you say you could do it and second was it really that it could not be done or that you botched measurements and didn't want to put more time/money into a job that was botched by the business.
5. Don't walk run to someone else basically refused to fix the situation
Had wild stories as excuses on why things weren't done on time .... Not worth the time. Very personable but it's a con!

Stay away from using this guy. We had a job scheduled for a Thursday after 4pm. We never heard from him, so I called and he said that he had been having a bad day and said he would be here at 9 am the following day. 9 am rolls around and he's not here. I give him until 10 am and give him a call and it goes straight to voicemail for my wife, myself, and the home warranty company. Our home warranty company finally get ahold of him and he says that he tried calling. Funny neither of us got a phone call from him. Most people get fired for no call no shows but this guy thinks it's okay. At least have the courtesy to let us know what is going on so that we're not taking off of work and waiting for nothing. We will never use this liar for anything.

Called Fri, Nov 5, requesting a plumber ASAP, as an outside pipe for the sprinkler system had sprung a leak and was flooding our side yard. Was told on the phone that someone would be there later that day (or early the following day) to fix the valve. Address and phone number were confirmed, but no one showed up or called that day. Texted the following morning to remind them of the address and the need to get someone here at their earliest convenience. No response to the text and no one showed up that day either. (We paid extra for a different plumber to come out on a Sunday to repair the valve.) Disappointed with the unprofessionalism of this business and would not recommend.

This is a scam company that claims to know how to fix things just to take the money and put a bandaid to cover the problem up.  Ron was hired to waterproof our basement and took money from us and gave us a warranty a month and a half later we have the exact same problem when he came out he made other excuses as to why it was leaking and now refusing to repair it.  This company needs to be closed down because its a run by criminals who scam hard-working people and have no intention of doing a good job.
