Best plumbing company out there. This company really knows what customer service is all about. The technician was courteous and extremely informative about my plumbing issues. I thought I needed a new hot water tank, it turns out I did not. My tank still has 4 years of life in it. Now what other company would tell you that. Most would come out because I said I wanted a new tank and just change it out leaving me with a large bill to pay. NOT the case with this company. I also had some questions about water quality, they did a water test and advised what I needed to do to correct my issues. They were honest and I could not believe they did not try and install something that I did not need, a rare trustworthy company with integrity unlike a lot of companies out there. Now they have a valued customer. Their costs are fair and reasonable.   HIGHLY RECOMMEND.  I do not work for this company nor do I know anyone that works there. I want to state that as I know there are many sceptics out there.

Quickly fixed my issue at a very affordable price. Very responsive to my emails, and provided my invoice and receipt electronically. Would definitely recommend!

Very prompt and professional. The estimate was right on the money. Had a quote to replace a faucet on my kitchen sink for over $390. Jones and Sons did for about half that. Will definitely use them again. Responded in 1 day.

We are very happy with the multiple jobs we asked Mainline Plumbing to help us with. When we bought our house, the previous owner did work that left us with sketchy plumbing issues.  Mainline helped us fix the problems and helped us prevent future issues.  They came promptly at the time they said they would and the price was reasonable for the huge amount of work we needed.  All with a friendly attitude!!   We definitely recommend them!

It is Sunday and I must have called 30 A/C places trying to get my A/C fixed. Did I mention it's Sunday. And it's summer in Florida. Most places I called had answering services who had people call me back to say they can't come out till Monday.

When I called Lakeside first of all it was the owners voicemail I got. He called me back right away and let me know he would send someone within a couple hours. Robert came out and within five minutes he had it fixed.

My wife and I recently purchased a house built in the late 1960's and quickly noticed an issue with the half bath toilet and laundry room sink backing up seemingly out of nowhere. We had another plumber come out and tell us that due to the cast iron pipes we would need to tear up the new floors and replace all of the plumbing in the house with pvc, quoting us over $15k. Needless to say that was disastrous to hear when you just purchased your first home.

I found Matt on Yelp. He came out, and just hearing about the issue we were having, explained that there was no need for something that drastic and told me the problem was much simpler to solve, at a small fraction of the cost. He also ensured that he would first run a camera down the pipes and verify that his theory was correct.

He came out with his crew, inspected the lines, thoroughly jetted them out and removed decades of build up and scale and essentially gave us back a brand new set of pipes. It's worth mentioning that it began to rain heavily that day. Matt didn't ask to reschedule, which would have been justifiable as they were working solely outside.

It's been 2 months since then and we haven't noticed a single issue that was previously occurring weekly.

He did a fantastic job, at an extremely affordable price and gave us the piece of mind that our problem was solved for years to come.

I told my wife that night that we had found our plumber for life. There just aren't many honest and skilled guys like Matt out there anymore. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I found Son of a Plumber when searching Yelp for plumbers in the Tampa/Temple Terrace area. The owner, Jerry, gave me a cost estimate and time of arrival.  He arrived exactly on time, was professional and well-spoken. He communicated clearly (in English!) and was highly recommended by his previous employer.  He completed my job quickly and guaranteed his service if I experience any issues post-completion. I will definitely call him again in the future for other jobs. Strongly recommend.

John showed up, flushed our toilet a few times, did not fix anything because he said nothing was wrong with it. Then he told us we owed him almost a hundred bucks! For what...Flushing a toilet? My husband asked, Don't you think that's a little high? We were happy to pay John something, but definitely felt what we paid him was not a mere reflection of the service we received.

I can't give them a zero star because they don't have it but I thought this company was a good company to work for I came in early to fill out application asking me questions that  I was uncomfortable with I told him to give me my application back you ripped a piece of paper and throw it in my face told me to get out of his office and called me a pussy ass b**** threatened to hit me he is not a safe person to work for someone that could treat a new employee like that not even an employee so please people be aware of Chuck Plumbing

there were very helpful and the girl on the phone was respectful while scheduling for a tech to come out. They came out the same day for my running toilet and got it fixed right away. I would use them again if I need any more plumbing problems fixed!

I just purchased  my home, and the shower in the Master Bathroom would not fully turn to hot. The shower  cartridge  needed  to be replaced, and the shower handle would not come off because  the screw  attaching  it was stripped and would not come out. I had my regular  handyman attempt, and it was  a no-go. I then had a plumbing  company  come out that I found through Yelp that quoted me an outrageous  price to do the repair (though  at the time I did not know that). I was all set to move forward  with that company and Thank God, Kelley plumbing, which I had also found through  Yelp reached out to me. I texted  Kelley Plumbing the picture of my situation. He has been a plumber for 22 years , and he was also a former Delta Rep who said he could easily resolve the problem and his price was almost 4 times less than what the other  company  was going to charge me. I was stunned.  Kelley  plumbing  just completed  the repair in less than an hour and with no damage to my shower, unlike what  the other company  told me they would probably  have to do.  I am so beyond thankful to Kelley  plumbing  for the level  of service, the quality of the work and for the honest and fair pricing.  I highly recommend. I am super happy.

Joel set up an appointment for 3:30 Tues, Aug 8...didn't show...didn't call...didn't reply to my texts or calls for 2 days...so I thought this might have been some kind of a lame joke...COLON PLUMBING...please help me out

I feel like I was going to be taken up for $1,950 for unnecessary repairs under false ( ! ) pretenses and fraudulent ( ! ) findings, and that the camera investigation ( $250 ) was imposed on me for the sole purpose of scamming me for the additional pointless repairs.
( will be to file complaint to DBPR )
After attempting to clear the clog in the pipe It was advised that for unknown reason running the auger cable does not clear the clog and further investigation by camera is required to figure out the problem, which would cost additional $250.
Upon alleged further investigation, I was told that the roots of bush in my yard damaged 10 feet of the pipe underneath, therefore an estimate was given to me to remove the bush, dig up the line and replace 10 feet of the main pipe that has roots growth through it.
I have declined the proposal to move further at the time and my plumbing issue has miraculously cleared on its own, needless to say that the camera is being used to point out the problem but not to fix it, if auger cable did do what it was intend to then why further investigation by camera was requested?
To make matters worse, the footage that was provided to me with a quote for the job does not seem to even belongs to my house; I have removed the bush, dug up the pipe exactly where arrow mark left by your crew was showing and to my surprise I did not find a pipe in question underneath at all! After talking to another plumbing professional, I was able to locate the actual pipe, it was not near the bush or any roots and it was free of leaks and any kind of damage.
It is very upsetting, and I feel like I was going to be taken up for $1,950 for unnecessary repairs under false ( ! ) pretenses and fraudulent ( ! ) findings, and that the camera investigation was imposed on me for the sole purpose of scamming me for the additional pointless repairs.
I did not receive A-Stone Plumbing Company reply for resolution my problem.
