This was my second time using this company and it was another great experience. I have rented a water softener from a company for years and have told them multiple times it didn't work properly. I finally decided on a new one that I purchased myself, now that I have the money. I messaged late on Wednesday night for a quote on the system and installation. Within an hour I had an appointment for Friday. Matt kept me up to date on his arrival time and by late Friday afternoon, I had a new water softener that instantly made the water in my house better. He explained the issues with the old one and made sure to test everything before leaving.

Jessie came on time and fixed the issue by starting where the problem was and didn't try to jump to the ultimate solution to charge a higher amount. He billed the service visit fee only. He cleaned the area after finishing the job, I am a happy customer.
