I cannot express how impressed I am with this plumbing company even though they never even made it into my house. I was referred to them by several people in my neighborhood (after using a big well-known name here in Ocala) and my homeowners insurance was making me replace a water heater so they ordered a special tankless water heater for me and my insurance messed up. Gave me the wrong info I had to cancel they did not charge me restocking or return fees. They were absolutely professional awesome people I have to say I can't wait until I actually have to have them come to my house and fix something. Great job Johnson brothers.!

Just got a new Samsung dryer with the steam feature.The delivery guys could'nt remove the water hose from my washer to tie it into the dryer via a splitter,so after a quick web search I called Chucks due to their decent reviews.
I called around 9 AM or so,and Chris arrived around 10:30ish,which is the time I was initially told to expect him.He called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way.He could'nt remove the hose either,so he had to cut off the old spigot and weld a new one on.Sounds time consuming but he was done with that part of the job in around 10 minutes!The next part of the job included hooking up the water hose to the dryer. In doing so he had to remove the hot water hose to the washer and discovered calcium had built up to the point that it was virtually clogged.No wonder the water was not getting very hot while washing!
He cleaned out the receptacle where the hose connected to the washer,replaced the old hot water hose with a nice new stainless one,and tested it.Hot water immediately came out.He then connected the water to the dryer,tested it and once again success.
Chris also helped by positioning the washer and dryer back in place,which took a bit of patience as the dryer vent hose was not cooperating.
I would describe Chris's demeanor as friendly,calm and methodical.He worked quickly but accurately,and did'nt leave a mess for me to clean up.
Chucks is'nt the cheapest plumber,but if you want a job done quickly and correctly,it's worth paying a bit more;to me anyway.
Since the tasks I requested were accomplished very nicely,and the unforeseen problems (clogged hose and receptacle)were caught and fixed as well,I'm giving Chucks five stars.
This is the first time I've used them but will not be the last.Thanks Chris!

The one good thing about Richard morales the owner is he is responsive by email. I had an AC system that's about 5 years old. It was taking longer to cool so most likely drain line right? The company was requested through thumbtack and they were able to come the next day. The tune up costs $69. Now that it's said I requested a tune up on my AC system which should include cleaning a condensate line on a system.

The guy who did the tune up was not Richard morales who is licensed to conduct hvac service. The technician kevin must have been new because it took a while for him to supposedly do the tune up. It also took a while to figure out what was the issue. We got this estimate after the supposed time up.

System repair Lv.2 - TXV/Piston replacement

- Pump down the remaining gas to the condenser.
- Disconnect old and install new TXV/Piston (cost of the part not included in price).
- Solder and check for leaks (if needed)
- System vacuumed.
- Add gas and needed (Cost of gas not included in price)

System repair Lv.2 - Filter dryer replacement
New Filter Dryer for condenser unit:
- Pump down the gas back to the condenser unit (if any is left)
- Replace Dryer Filter.
- Solder and check for leaks.
- Vacuum the system.
- Add gas as necessary (Cost not included in this price)

System repair Lv.2 - Add R410A to system
R410A added to the system

* This amount is an estimate, the real amount will only be shown after the job is finished.

** Adding over 2 pounds of freon, could indicate that the system has a leak. Be aware that this issue needs to be addressed or the gas will leak eventually.

An hour after he left the ac no longer cools. I asked the owner to fix the issue they caused. He said I was trying to trick him into doing the maintenance they claimed. Document document document with this guy.

  I was there on the phone with my technician while he was doing the diagnosis. I have the habit of checking in every call that my guys do and when it gets tricky like this, they call me. The description I just gave you is what I remember from my conversation with Kavin.

    I have been on this field for a few years, and I have created a process to protect us against claims like this. You are not the first client nor the last one I suppose. A bad review is not going to get me to fix the issue that you are trying to trick into . My technician and I are clear in what we did.

So guess what I put some vinegar down the drain line and 30 minutes later cooling back to normal. I don't trust this company.

We are very happy with the multiple jobs we asked Mainline Plumbing to help us with. When we bought our house, the previous owner did work that left us with sketchy plumbing issues.  Mainline helped us fix the problems and helped us prevent future issues.  They came promptly at the time they said they would and the price was reasonable for the huge amount of work we needed.  All with a friendly attitude!!   We definitely recommend them!

I requested a quote through Yelp for a possible clogged main line. Paul responded within the hour and was at our house the same afternoon. We decided to snake the line. As we have been wanting to replace the toilet as well, we scheduled a time 2 days later for both jobs to occur.

We love our water softener! Showers are so much more pleasant using less soap, and reduced water spots are a plus. The dishwasher even cleans the dishes better. The installation was quick, and looks very professional. We won't ever have a house without a water softener again!!

Wow, wow, wow.  Amazing company with amazing employees. Robert was honest, kind, and explained all my options very clearly. The installers of my new system were on time,  extremely courteous, hard working.  Honest business with extremely reasonable prices. I will refer to anyone who will listen. Stay FAR away! Jake came out to my home to look at our ac and he bold face lied to me. He told me that if I didn't  move my air handler it would flood into my house. He then advised me that The original company who installed it would not fix it because it was not mechanical he proceeded to use scare tactics  since I'm a woman and took complete advantage of me. He collected my payment of $1560 upfront. He then set  an appointment for him  to come back on Monday. Monday came and he called in called in sick, so He finally came out Tuesday and did half the job and left us without AC. This is when we contacted the owner Shawn H.  Shawn who would not give us a refund because we were dissatisfied with Services , he agreed to give us half of our refund back or to come out and complete the job within a day or two. When we called this morning To set an appointment they told us they could not come out until next Monday or Tuesday. Shawn is not a man of his word and  did not put us on the schedule as asked. Therefore wanting to leave us without air-conditioning for 14 days in August in Florida, it's inhumane. They refunded me half my money for doing a quarter of the job, they did NOT do HALF the job. So please do your research and get multiple quotes before going with this company. They use scare Tactics, they take payment upfront and do not complete the job, and their word means nothing they are LIARS and it simply DISGUSTS me that there  are companies in the world like this.

Extremely disappointed. We had 3 pipe bibbs that needed replacing. Two people showed up and completed the job and then handed us a bill. They were at our house a very short time but we were charged a significant amount. I'm very disappointed we were not told to the costs up front before the work was done. Then one of the pipes burst through the night and water was shooting all over the house. The owner called and apologized and said they would be out right away as we had to shut off the water. We then got a call back that they wouldn't be out until the afternoon. My husband fixed the issue in the meantime since we have kids at home and need water. The owner was then not willing to credit anything on the bill for the time, effort or headache this caused. Just a minimal credit would have been nice. I would NOT recommend this company.

I called this company at 7:30AM. Whoever answered (the owner I assume) was incredibly professional and on point. It's now 9AM same-day and all my issues are fixed for a reasonable price. A+

Joel set up an appointment for 3:30 Tues, Aug 8...didn't show...didn't call...didn't reply to my texts or calls for 2 days...so I thought this might have been some kind of a lame joke...COLON PLUMBING...please help me out
