Best Sewer Line Repair in Tampa FL
I chose Chuck, because of the strong sense of integrity I sensed from the man. He was fair, honest and a gentleman to deal with. I have found so many issues with various tradespeople, but felt at ease and trust in dealing with the company from reception to the installing plumber. My tech was Vinnie a really nice guy. And this is my forgetfulness, but the assistant, I'm calling him an assistant for this review was informative, friendly and very professional.
Vinnie even came back to our house after already being home to check the electrical aspect of our hot water heater. It turned out to be the electricians issue, but Vinnie came without hesitation to insure the quality of his work and customer satisfaction.
Now really, how many plumbers can you say that about?
They have earned my continued business.

Plumber came out quickly for our clogged kitchen sink. He was fast, professional, friendly, and thorough! Services were very reasonably priced. I'm very satisfied and will be using them again in the future!

Had a bathroom flood at 3 pm in the afternoon and they had Sent someone out by 4:30. Sean came and he was pleasant, well dressed and didn't stand around and chit chat but rather got right to work. Will definitely use them next time.

I won't use any other plumber. They are always fast, fair and keep you updated on when they are arriving. If you have an emergency like when I had to turn the water off to my house, they will do everything they can to get someone over to you. Nice family owned business.

Have had a few plumbing emergencies - main water line leak, busted sink pipe, tree limb broke into main pipes - and they always came same day, with no issues. Always had great customer service from the office gal all the way to the owner! Will continue to call them for service, hoping that we don't need it though!

Had some plumbing work done, they did such a great job I added a few more things to the job. I had it done a few months ago and everything has held up. I will definitely be using turn-key home Improvement in the future.

My landlady called Plumb Crazy Plumbing to clear a blocked toilet. The technician was ON Time as promised when the appointment was booked. He was efficient,Took care of the problem, was neat, friendly & according to the owner of the house I rent Extremely reasonable. I know she has used this company in the past both for her own home & rentals. Great job! Would recommend their services without hesittion. Also have posted a review on our community newsletter here in Zephyrhills!

Friendly customer service. Was able to get next day appointment (urgent). Technician Carl was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Only down fall is they are expensive.

Showed up with mask. Very knowledgeable and did a great job. More expensive than I was expecting, but the installer Bill worked very hard and the dishwasher and space he had to work in were difficult. Over all happy with the install.

Our water heater is on the opposite side of the house from the master bath and especially in the winter, it would take a very long time and many gallons of wasted water, to ever get warm. John recommended a Grundfos 'Comfort System' which is a pump installed at the water heater and some gizmo piping under the master sink. WOW what a pleasure to turn on the faucet or shower and have it hot in seconds.
Great solution and great product - but the best was finding a real professional who responds quickly, does what they say, when they say, for a fair price, and treats your home with respect... always wearing foot covers.. and cleaning up the job to better than they found it.
John is our forever plumber!!!!

Complete rip-off!!!
My house backed up and I called several plumbing companies and those companies could not see us until the following week. We reached CDS and a tech came out Wednesday night. The tech looked at the situation gave us a price of $$$$.$$!! My wife said she needed to talk to me to figure out things. I called them Thursday morning @ 9 am and was told by Justin the owner that someone would be out around 4 pm. Around 4:30 we had to call them and they responded they are still coming out like 6-7pm. No one showed up that night.
The next morning I was told someone would be out around 8-9am. No one showed until 12pm. My pipes were clear at the time of inspection. They used a fancy camera that must of cost $100,000.00 (you will see in the total) no clogs, nothing, in the house or to the city sewer line. They took a pressure washer to the pipes and cleaned them out. The techs were here for 2.1 hours. It cost $400 to remove a toilet are you effing kidding me?!?!
So the total came to $2,678.00 for two hours, oh and plus 3% to use a card (who carries 3 grand in their pockets nowadays). I spoke to the owner and asked hey since I had to wait a full 24 hours can I get a little off. Oh man I wish I could!
So I hope your techs make $400 per hour because I sure in the hell don't.
So please do you research and go with someone else!!!!! Stuart's plumbing is who I would have gone with if they were not booked for the next 6 days.

Total ripoff. This company will not quote prices on the telephone because they charge people according to what their service techs think they can get from people in a tough spot.
I wish I had checked the Yelp reviews of this company before using their services.
I will never use them again.

At the end of the day the never showed up to finish the job they promised they would do. They couldn't figure out how to get hot water in my bathtub in my 1/1.5 bedroom condo unit with a tankless water heater. Many units in my building have tankless water heaters and most are changing to them, no issues there. I personally know because I was the HOA president 2020 as well as part of the Construction Review Committee.
I also made a formal complaint with the BBB.

Never ! BAD ! I do NOT recommend this business ! DO NOT GO THERE ! Fraud - A-Stone Plumbing Company !
I feel like I was going to be taken up for $1,950 for unnecessary repairs under false ( ! ) pretenses and fraudulent ( ! ) findings, and that the camera investigation ( $250 ) was imposed on me for the sole purpose of scamming me for the additional pointless repairs.
( will be to file complaint to DBPR )
After attempting to clear the clog in the pipe It was advised that for unknown reason running the auger cable does not clear the clog and further investigation by camera is required to figure out the problem, which would cost additional $250.
Upon alleged further investigation, I was told that the roots of bush in my yard damaged 10 feet of the pipe underneath, therefore an estimate was given to me to remove the bush, dig up the line and replace 10 feet of the main pipe that has roots growth through it.
I have declined the proposal to move further at the time and my plumbing issue has miraculously cleared on its own, needless to say that the camera is being used to point out the problem but not to fix it, if auger cable did do what it was intend to then why further investigation by camera was requested?
To make matters worse, the footage that was provided to me with a quote for the job does not seem to even belongs to my house; I have removed the bush, dug up the pipe exactly where arrow mark left by your crew was showing and to my surprise I did not find a pipe in question underneath at all! After talking to another plumbing professional, I was able to locate the actual pipe, it was not near the bush or any roots and it was free of leaks and any kind of damage.
It is very upsetting, and I feel like I was going to be taken up for $1,950 for unnecessary repairs under false ( ! ) pretenses and fraudulent ( ! ) findings, and that the camera investigation was imposed on me for the sole purpose of scamming me for the additional pointless repairs.
I did not receive A-Stone Plumbing Company reply for resolution my problem.
