I want to start off by saying this company or my experience with the company was not pleasant. The HVAC technician was not thorough with checking sources for the problem I was having with the ac unit. He would go in circles trying to explain what the problem was. Finally he told me it was the disconnect switch that was having problems but come to find out all that was needed to be complete was a little fluid that needed to be vacuumed out. The company tried to charge me $1100 in items that needed fixing and a disconnect switch that was 400 dollars in cost. Save yourselves the heartache from this company trying to break your pockets. Richard the owner was not nice and did not reimburse some of the cost at all. Had another tech out here who was straight up with me. Hire an experienced tech is my lesson learned from here on out. None of this information was relayed to me about my coils being frozen or anything? All he said was a cleaning nothing about coils are frozen plus I had another tech out there and he said the coils were fine. Not even frozen or anything. Total scam. Please anyone who thinks this company is saving you they are doing the opposite. Money hungry thieves

Had a clogged toilet at work(truck drivers ugh!) and called CP. They had a busy week an got me an appointment for two days later at 10-2 pm. They called the morning of and said they had a cancellation. Nice! The guy shows up and gets to work. Fifteen minutes later I checked in with him and he showed me a rag that was 40 feet down the line. It was unclogged and I was happy. I go back to work and see him leave...hmmm. Maybe he needed some wax ring or something.
I forgot about it and the next day asked the office Lady did we pay the plumbing invoice? No! He forgot to get paid!!
Not wanting bad karma, I called and the lady seemed not phased I could have had a free plumbing service. It was pleased with clearwater plumbing and will use them again!

Can I give 6 stars? I recently had Turn Key redo our original tub and bathroom in a 1954 vintage house in St Pete Beach. The plumbing and drain pipes were literally at the end of their service life, we could not take a bath without the toilet leaking! After interviewing several contractors, Matt of Turn Key came out and was able to suggest some very nice designs for the remodeling, including installing a walk in tub and better supports for my wife who has trouble getting into a standard tub. He was also very responsive on Yelp itself which is a plus! He worked with us on the selection of tub, tile, vanity, toilet, lighting and medicine cabinet and saved us some money by letting us buy them with his contractor account at Wayfair. And as Nick P pointed out, he was able to resolve a lot of the problems that often exist in vintage homes, our plumbing works flawlessly now. He had to do a lot extra work due to vintage homes not being set up to use modern walk in tubs without some modification. He had to install a new door and drywall because the existing door was too narrow for the tub and do some floor leveling and putting a hole in the existing floor for the new tubs plumbing. Also when we started to use the tub,  it turned out that our water heater was totally inadequate in capacity, so him and Phil, his main assistant and electrical installer put in a state of the art tankless water heater. And as April M pointed out, he does put his heart and soul into, that is no hype! I do feel like his work is truly built to last, he uses the finest materials and is a true craftsman and even educates you a bit and why he uses things... if. you are a DIY person that is very helpful. Last but not least,
he treats his workers well, trains them and doesn't overwork them. Bottom line is we have a pleasant mini spa experience with a therapeutic tub and beautiful marble accents and a nice porcelain floor.

I found Son of a Plumber when searching Yelp for plumbers in the Tampa/Temple Terrace area. The owner, Jerry, gave me a cost estimate and time of arrival.  He arrived exactly on time, was professional and well-spoken. He communicated clearly (in English!) and was highly recommended by his previous employer.  He completed my job quickly and guaranteed his service if I experience any issues post-completion. I will definitely call him again in the future for other jobs. Strongly recommend.

Andy and Jacob fixed a plumbing disaster at my house. There was great communication with them throughout the repair process. I knew what to expect and they answered all my questions. I called yesterday to make arrangements to have my toilet replaced.  JoAnn was very helpful.  She gave me choices for the type of toilet that I needed, and she immediately gave me the price and said she didn't have one in stock today, but they should be able to have one tomorrow and gave me the name of the installer and time of his arrival.  If there was going to be any problems with delivery she would call and let me know and change the day.  No call and Steve arrived close to 11AM.  He did a GREAT job!  No mess...no problems and now I have a new toilet.  I wouldn't hesitate to have any plumbing service taken care of with Reliable.  Reliable is the perfect name for this company...along with just plain good 'customer service'.  Something that in any line of work should always come first and it was!  Thanks, Reliable!   :)

I used Yelp to request quotes for 2 minor plumbing repairs; Your Home Services was one of the first companies to reply, and their quote was the most reasonable ($39.95 trip charge which would be applied towards any services we chose).  I scheduled an appointment for the following day with a window of 1-4 PM.

I received a call around 3:30 that our plumber was in the middle of a job that turned out to be more complicated than he had anticipated; I was told that he would arrive between 4:30 and 5.  Short version: as he hadn't arrived by 5:45, I called dispatch.  They were very friendly and apologized and asked if I still wanted service on that day (in about an hour) or reschedule for the following day.  I chose to keep the original appointment (but delayed).  They graciously waived the trip charge and kept in touch with me until our plumber arrived.

Our plumber (Jeremy) arrived at 6:30; he sent me a text when he was 15 minutes out, which was helpful.  He was very friendly, professional and efficient.  He gave us a quote for the repair 10 minutes after arriving and was on the job 15 minutes after arriving.  The work was done quickly and correctly.

Although our appointment was pushed back, I understand.  It was not the plumber's fault, and frankly, if I were the other customer, I would not have wanted my job rushed so that the plumber could rush off to another job.

Had a bathroom flood at 3 pm in the afternoon and they had Sent someone out by 4:30. Sean came and he was pleasant, well dressed and didn't stand around and chit chat but rather got right to work. Will definitely use them next time.

I called this company at 7:30AM. Whoever answered (the owner I assume) was incredibly professional and on point. It's now 9AM same-day and all my issues are fixed for a reasonable price. A+

We are renting in the West Tampa area and had one of those nightmare scenarios...water leaking through the ceiling in the garage.  Air handler is up there, no big deal.  It turned out to be a bigger issue than we thought.  On a weekend, no less.  

Northside had a tech come out Sunday night and he easily diagnosed the problem (blocked drainage pipe) and cleaned it out right away.  

We had a couple of techs come out later in the week to do a more permanent fix, and in both instances the guys were super nice, knowledgeable and helpful.  

Pricing seemed fair and reasonable.  All in all a great experience.

Just used Everyday Plumber for a quick snake of my kitchen drain. The person I talked to on the phone was nice and professional, and the plumber they sent was great (Felix). As someone who usually prides themselves on being able to fix things around the house myself, I'm happy to have called a professional this time. Thanks!

They are eager to steal your money. I asked them to replace three broken valves under the sink. They said gave me a free estimate, and then came, and charge me for $359 just for three valves! We are the first time home buyer and never use plumbing service before and don't know the market price. After that another plumber said he will do that for just $170. The work is pretty easy if I have the tool to turn off the main valve I would do it myself. But for this company, I would never use them again.

Had need to call On Deck Plumbing twice recently.  Once to install a faucet after a kitchen remodel and other after I found a leak in my yard.  Both times Mike came out and provide me with great, professional service at a fair price.

When Mike installed the faucet he noticed I was left handed because he offered to change the handle around so it was convenient for me to use.  The world is not made for left handed people so I jumped at the chance to have something that worked for me.  Thanks, Mike.  That was attention to detail.  Faucet has worked flawlessly every since.

Dryer Vent Cleaning-we had it done by Cool Today and are very pleased!  Chris Norris, our technician did a great job. He was very efficient and thorough, kept us informed of what he was going to do and arrived when he said he would. What more could you ask for?  Definitely recommend Chris and Cool Today. We use their service for electrical, plumbing and HVAC and have never been disappointed.
