Best Gas Water Heater Installation in Tampa FL

Best plumbing company out there. This company really knows what customer service is all about. The technician was courteous and extremely informative about my plumbing issues. I thought I needed a new hot water tank, it turns out I did not. My tank still has 4 years of life in it. Now what other company would tell you that. Most would come out because I said I wanted a new tank and just change it out leaving me with a large bill to pay. NOT the case with this company. I also had some questions about water quality, they did a water test and advised what I needed to do to correct my issues. They were honest and I could not believe they did not try and install something that I did not need, a rare trustworthy company with integrity unlike a lot of companies out there. Now they have a valued customer. Their costs are fair and reasonable.   HIGHLY RECOMMEND.  I do not work for this company nor do I know anyone that works there. I want to state that as I know there are many sceptics out there.

RIP offs! Jerks! Stay away!

There plumber wreaked like cigarettes and I am not kidding about this, but he stunk like urine! Disgusting! He gave me an estimate for installing 5 faucets. The sinks and plumbing were already existing. Just needed to hook up new faucets. His military discounted estimate was $1,523.84! I could not believe this idiot! I had to pay him $49.00 for this BS advice. No way would I use these guys.

I hired a different plumber (Al, he was great!), who did the job in 4 hours and cost me $400.00.

The one good thing about Richard morales the owner is he is responsive by email. I had an AC system that's about 5 years old. It was taking longer to cool so most likely drain line right? The company was requested through thumbtack and they were able to come the next day. The tune up costs $69. Now that it's said I requested a tune up on my AC system which should include cleaning a condensate line on a system.

The guy who did the tune up was not Richard morales who is licensed to conduct hvac service. The technician kevin must have been new because it took a while for him to supposedly do the tune up. It also took a while to figure out what was the issue. We got this estimate after the supposed time up.

System repair Lv.2 - TXV/Piston replacement
TXV/ Piston replacement:
- Pump down the remaining gas to the condenser.
- Disconnect old and install new TXV/Piston (cost of the part not included in price).
- Solder and check for leaks (if needed)
- System vacuumed.
- Add gas and needed (Cost of gas not included in price)

System repair Lv.2 - Filter dryer replacement
New Filter Dryer for condenser unit:
- Pump down the gas back to the condenser unit (if any is left)
- Replace Dryer Filter.
- Solder and check for leaks.
- Vacuum the system.
- Add gas as necessary (Cost not included in this price)

System repair Lv.2 - Add R410A to system
R410A added to the system

* This amount is an estimate, the real amount will only be shown after the job is finished.

** Adding over 2 pounds of freon, could indicate that the system has a leak. Be aware that this issue needs to be addressed or the gas will leak eventually.

An hour after he left the ac no longer cools. I asked the owner to fix the issue they caused. He said I was trying to trick him into doing the maintenance they claimed. Document document document with this guy.

  I was there on the phone with my technician while he was doing the diagnosis. I have the habit of checking in every call that my guys do and when it gets tricky like this, they call me. The description I just gave you is what I remember from my conversation with Kavin.

    I have been on this field for a few years, and I have created a process to protect us against claims like this. You are not the first client nor the last one I suppose. A bad review is not going to get me to fix the issue that you are trying to trick into . My technician and I are clear in what we did.

So guess what I put some vinegar down the drain line and 30 minutes later cooling back to normal. I don't trust this company.

Would not come out for what they said was warranty work on work that was done just a few days before, because it would be overtime.  One would think that they would want to take care of inferior work and correct it so that they would continue to get my business.

Would not use them again.

We are very happy with the multiple jobs we asked Mainline Plumbing to help us with. When we bought our house, the previous owner did work that left us with sketchy plumbing issues.  Mainline helped us fix the problems and helped us prevent future issues.  They came promptly at the time they said they would and the price was reasonable for the huge amount of work we needed.  All with a friendly attitude!!   We definitely recommend them!

Well it was really hard to not take a shower, or do the dishes for three days. We exhausted all our efforts to try and clear the clog in our kitchen and tub ourselves. James came an hour and a half after we called, which was so nice having a quick response time. He did the job within a couple of hours, explained what he did. What a great guy, and very respectful. I thought this was going to cost me an arm and a leg, but was pleasantly surprised at the low cost. Thank you James you made our day.

Quickly fixed my issue at a very affordable price. Very responsive to my emails, and provided my invoice and receipt electronically. Would definitely recommend!

Our master bath toilet was giving us issues and All Purpose Plumbing was great. The woman on the phone was extremely pleasant and got us in quickly. When they got here, our plumber was courteous, clean, and explained everything to me so that I understood. He even went over pricing before he made his repairs. Had a slow drip on a water heater and contacted John (owner) to setup an appointment. My water heater's slow leak turned into a much larger leak (my own procrastination), but was able to use some of the advice John had given me prior to mitigate the issue. I unfortunately was not able to use Adelphi plumbing due to the issue arising during off hours and had to go with another company. John was extremely personable and freely gave up information that after talking with close to a dozen other plumbers withheld on such information. His rates were very reasonable and he did not push for unnecessary parts or services, and happily explained his opinion about why or why not. He came across as trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuine. I will definitely be using his services in the future.

They do great work however, their prices are outrageous.  They do not charge by the hour.  They charge at a flat HIGH rate.

Jordan explained the situation about the plumbing back up. He was very quick he let us know exactly how much did a wonderful job I would recommend them to anyone.

Joel set up an appointment for 3:30 Tues, Aug 8...didn't show...didn't call...didn't reply to my texts or calls for 2 days...so I thought this might have been some kind of a lame joke...COLON PLUMBING...please help me out

We needed a quick fix, saw their truck on the block working for someone else.   They fixed our leak the next day, were fast, professional and very fair.  We would recommend them to any and all.
