Best Flame Sensor Repair in Tampa FL
BEWARE this Christian company!!! I called Northside to perform a routine servicing/cleaning of my AC unit. Instead, they spent their time trying to sell me an extremely overpriced new unit. When they left, my previously functioning AC unit was no longer working. I ended up calling in a different company who informed me that they had disconnected wires and that the outdoor unit they had been working on was not even the one for my unit! (Some of the wires in the outdoor unit they disconnected could have literally cause the technician to get shocked due to the Florida rain.) They seemed super nice when they came over, but they are are a bunch of crooked thieves! They literally charged me to STOP my AC unit from working. I am a young, single woman and I guess they were trying to take advantage of me. Absolutely disgusted.

The toilet tank in my master bath was leaking, so in early February I searched the Internet for a plumber. Cool/Plumbing/Energy Today of Sarasota, FL had good reviews both on HomeAdvisor.com and Yelp.com. The service call - $59 - would be waived if I had the work done. A Cool Today technician came and told told me that the toilet tank parts were worn out and rusted and needed replacing. The toilet tank in the guest bath was also in poor condition, so I decided to have the parts in both tanks replaced at the same time. That's when the technician gave me the 'hard sell'. He offered two options: 1. Install new toilets at a cost of $1,200 (?) or 2. 'Major rebuild' (his words) of the two toilet tanks at a cost of $656. But the hard sell was not over: He also tried to sell me a plan for $159 a year for plumbing maintenance. If I signed up for the annual plan, I would receive a 20% discount on the repair. I did not need new toilets and did not want to buy a plan. I opted for the parts replacement only. He spent 1 hour and 15 minutes. The technician was very professional but I felt that I had been overcharged ($656). The following day I called three plumbers: They quoted a rate between $100 and $150 an HOUR plus parts. I determined that, if I had hired one of those three plumbers, the job would have cost me $250-$300 AT THE MOST! A few days later I called Cool Today and spoke with a Customer Service manager. I told him that the cost of such a routine (not 'major') repair was outrageous, so he offered to reduce the total price a bit. I will never again use Cool/Plumbing/Energy Today for my plumbing or other needs. CONSUMERS BEWARE.

We had a major plumbing leak in the late afternoon and called RJ Kielty Plumbing.
They offered to come out the same day, they offer night service, but we were OK with them coming the next day.
The plumber, James, was friendly, polite, informative, and tidy - even with having to use a jackhammer in our living room/hallway to access the pipes.
We felt the estimate/pricing was fair, and the repair was made in good time - less than 2 hours.
Check for their coupons in local sales circulars or online - we used a $25 off coupon.
We definitely will call on their services again, should the need arise.
And best of all - no butt cracks!
