I was very impressed with Chuck's Plumbing services. I called them and scheduled an appointment to view and discuss my problem and provide me with a solution. When Bobby came out, he was very friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He gave me an insight into what the problem was, the degree of damage and the need for a new solar panel. He gave me a quote and we scheduled a date for installation. They came out two days later and installed my Solar panel with no complications or damage to my roof tiles. They really came through. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

If I could rate this company's any lower, I would!! Total rip off!!! They quoted me $220 maintenance fee on my 1 year old A/C!! And don't expect the guys who show up at your door to speak English, you only can talk to a guy over the phone who relays how much they are gonna overcharge you!

We are very happy with the multiple jobs we asked Mainline Plumbing to help us with. When we bought our house, the previous owner did work that left us with sketchy plumbing issues.  Mainline helped us fix the problems and helped us prevent future issues.  They came promptly at the time they said they would and the price was reasonable for the huge amount of work we needed.  All with a friendly attitude!!   We definitely recommend them!

It is Sunday and I must have called 30 A/C places trying to get my A/C fixed. Did I mention it's Sunday. And it's summer in Florida. Most places I called had answering services who had people call me back to say they can't come out till Monday.

When I called Lakeside first of all it was the owners voicemail I got. He called me back right away and let me know he would send someone within a couple hours. Robert came out and within five minutes he had it fixed.

So I was working on a bathroom remodel and the plumber I hired a week earlier called and said he couldn't make it.
I used Yelp to find a new company.
The first company came out and said $600 to replace a tub shower valve and I had the valve...
Sent them away and made an appointment with All Purpose Plumbing for the next morning.
The women who answered the phone was great and called to let me know he was on his way.
The plumber showed up and in under 2 hours the job was done and it was only $225...
Everyone looking for a plumber should give them a call. Friendly, Professional, on time and fair prices!

This was the best plumbing company that I ever had. They were prompt, courteous, and great price. Their manager, Jack, checked in several times. My two plumber, Mike and Russell, were great. They took hours to figure out and fix a problem that no one else could for several years. I have already hired them for my other home plumbing issues. My only regret is that I did not find them sooner. Thank you so much, what a great blessing in these troubled times.

We needed two bathroom sinks installed.  we went on line asking for estimates. Reliable Plumbing was the only response we received. It was a very fair price and they were able to complete the job that day. Hats off to Marcus, professional and pleasant to work with.  Looking to hiring Reliable Plumber in the future.

Had a slow drip on a water heater and contacted John (owner) to setup an appointment. My water heater's slow leak turned into a much larger leak (my own procrastination), but was able to use some of the advice John had given me prior to mitigate the issue. I unfortunately was not able to use Adelphi plumbing due to the issue arising during off hours and had to go with another company. John was extremely personable and freely gave up information that after talking with close to a dozen other plumbers withheld on such information. His rates were very reasonable and he did not push for unnecessary parts or services, and happily explained his opinion about why or why not. He came across as trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuine. I will definitely be using his services in the future.

MY entire A/C unit and air ducts were replaced by Red Cap A/C Division. It ended up leaking and ruined my wood flooring. John Gennaro the owner of the company came to my house after many complaints from me and gave me a discount on the A/C unit for the leaking.  When the second A/C leak occurred from the drain line they installed which did damage to the wood flooring AGAIN, I called and requested service to fix this leak....they made all kinds of excuses as to why this happened and they were trying to place blame of the leak on everything but what work they did.  Their technician came out and I was told there was an error in the drain pipe placement AND the drainpipe was leaking and it had to be moved because it was not placed over the drip pan correctly. I also had a shut off switch added to prevent any further overflow of water if another leak did occurred which did not work because the leaking water never reached the drip pan because it was wrongly place.... the switch and drip pan  and drain pipe were purchased from Red Cap at the time of installation/purchase.  Five days later after not hearing back from Red Cap on when this was going to be repaired I made another call to Red Cap A/C ....they send out a technician to repair the wrongly placed leaking drain line. The repair was done......AGAIN INCORRECTLY..... now the moved drain line they relocated is entirely blocking the A/C filter. NOW the filter can't be changed because the drain line is placed in front of the filter entrance with no way of putting in or removing the old filter. Now I have to schedule another appointment to have this fixed. THE DAMAGES MADE BY THEIR NEGLIGENCE RESULTED IN ME HAVING TO MAKE AN INSURANCE CLAIM FOR THE REPAIRS AND THE DAMAGE TO MY FLOORING.  By this time I've had it ...I text the owner John Gennaro stating all the problems I'm having and in an ERROR TEXT TO THE WRONG PERSON HE RESPONDS THIS IS THAT CRAZY LADY THAT RUNS ......CLUB clearly this text was intended for a co-worker not me. My response to him was NO THIS IS THE CUSTOMER THAT HAS SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WITH YOUR COMPANY NOT ONLY FOR CLEARLY TERRIBLE A/C SERVICES.. BUT FOR YOUR PLUMBING SERVICES AS WELL.

DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

THEY CLEARLY DON'T CARE ABOUT OR RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

My house backed up and I called several plumbing companies and those companies could not see us until the following week. We reached CDS and a tech came out Wednesday night. The tech looked at the situation gave us a price of $$$$.$$!! My wife said she needed to talk to me to figure out things. I called them Thursday morning @ 9 am and was told by Justin the owner that someone would be out around 4 pm. Around 4:30 we had to call them and they responded they are still coming out like 6-7pm. No one showed up that night.

The next morning I was told someone would be out around 8-9am. No one showed until 12pm. My pipes were clear at the time of inspection. They used a fancy camera that must of cost $100,000.00 (you will see in the total) no clogs, nothing, in the house or to the city sewer line. They took a pressure washer to the pipes and cleaned them out. The techs were here for 2.1 hours. It cost $400 to remove a toilet are you effing kidding me?!?!

So the total came to $2,678.00 for two hours, oh and plus 3% to use a card (who carries 3 grand in their pockets nowadays). I spoke to the owner and asked hey since I had to wait a full 24 hours can I get a little off. Oh man I wish I could!

So I hope your techs make $400 per hour because I sure in the hell don't.

So please do you research and go with someone else!!!!! Stuart's plumbing is who I would have gone with if they were not booked for the next 6 days.

My tenants are having a plumbing issue (leak and backup) so I call on a Saturday to make an appointment for Sunday. Plumbing Today asks what time of day and I say later in the day would be best. They say they can come between 4-6 pm.

Sunday morning (while asleep) I get two messages from the technician: one saying he's on his way and another that no one is home. My tenants did not come to the door because it was 8am and they were sleeping.

I call the technician back explaining that our apt was for the late afternoon (who schedules a plumber at 8am on Mother's Day?!) and he recommends I call the office. The office was surprised to hear that I had been given a time frame and says they usually don't  give one (WHAT? Is anyone ok with waiting around for 11 hours never knowing when the plumber will show up??) but assures me someone will come by between 4-6pm since they already promised it.  My husband leaves a family event  early to make sure the plumber can get access/get paid and I tell my tenants to be expecting someone. No one ever comes.

If i could give negative stars I would.  Incompetent f***ing company.

Buccaneer plumbing agreed to replace a water heater and never showed up to do the job or returned calls to let us get someone else.

I have relocated to a new home. I am closing in less than a week. I live in another city and I received a call from my realtor during the property inspection that the A/C was not running. I called Performance A/C because they purchased the company that I used for my home, business and rental properties.
The tech showed up and called me that he had arrived. I told him what the error code was and he said he would take a look. He called me back and  charged over $800 to clean a clogged drain line. I was not contacted with a price before the repair was made so I didn't have a choice but to pay.
This technician and the company are price gouging. I would never use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
