Nino is an awesome man!!! He is very helpful and informative.  He fixed my heater... PGE may have diagnosed it, but like everyone said PGE was WRONG!!!  Nino is the best couldn't have asked for a better person to fix my heater..  Yes his price is very fair.  If I ever have another problem heating, air, or plumbing I WILL be calling Nino....

They replaced my old, leaking gas water heater with a replacement traditional gas water heater. I got quotes from a few places, and they had one of the best prices. They were generally very responsive to my inquiries, and the work appears to be fine.

Every place I called offered the same deal: replace with a Bradford tank, and upgrade some of my connections and accessories to be up to current code, so it was likely comparing apples to apples.

Some companies couldn't tell me (when they first gave me an estimate) what model of Bradford water heater they would use. Not that it is a big deal, but this company did.

They were somewhat late for the appointment time, so I was tempted to dock a star for that, but I know things happen, and at least they kept me advised throughout the day of the expected ETA.

The work was done within the amount of time they said it would take (roughly).

Mauro is fantastic, had a clean out valve installed last year and his crew did a fantastic job on a very old home. Nonetheless, this morning the Drop T started to get clogged up and on a Labor Day, Mauro just happened to be on call and put together a plan for our drains cleared them out and with a smile. Is putting together a plan on how to approach  this from here. Old homes are sometimes a little more work then I'd like to handle. But it's very reassuring to know Roto Rooter hires gentlemen of Mauros character and integrity. Brings me peace of mind. Thanks again.
