I like that he also messaged me when he was on his way. He and his colleague worked on the drainage issue. The kitchen sink works again! Received a call last night from our tenant about water over flowing, it sounded like a real mess. Wasn't sure who to call, my wife had remembered she had a coupon she recently had saved from a mailer. When I called after hours the phone message said to call another number so I did and reached Todd, he sure knew his stuff and was ready to go at 10:00/ 10/30 pm. After taking with him and the tenant we decided to have Optimum come out first thing in the morning. They were right on time and showed me on there camera the roots that where causing the problem from outside the condo. The association had planted a huge ficus tree about 15/ 20 feet from the back patio and the had spread all in pipe. Todd even pull out most of the roots so I could show the property management, he also got on the phone to explain to property management what was going on. After he got off the phone with them he put me back on, they said they would pick up the bill and send a crew out to take out tree and reline or repipe the problem. Thanks to the whole staff at Optimum very professional . I will defiantly be using you guys again for all my plumbing problems.

I just want to say that the people at better sewer maintenance really have your best interest in mind at all times, and you can really tell by the way that they talk to you and how professional they are. I found Art and his team on Yelp for a quick plumbing job I needed done to move forward with a kitchen renovation. They were super quick to respond and his guy Luis was out there in a matter of hours. They were easy to work with, communicated issues and resolutions well to myself and our contractor, and were affordable. Very thankful for their service and speediness, I had a great experience with these guys.

Today, Stephen's Plumbing & ac.   A great team came to my home and installed a new AC pro ac system & furnace, it came with a great warranty of 10 years on parts, 3 years on labor, along with a new tstat.  Freddy was very professional and knowledgeable on home systems ,  jT & Oscar very professional for the furnace removal of the old and the new system.  This was a job I thought was 2 days, done in 8 hrs period.  This being a mobile home, spaces are very tight,  I will recommend this company to any of future home owners.  Great job !

Ive had a few more issues pop up in different areas of my house and David has been able to fix all of them in a jiffy. Definitely would recommend to anyone that has a plumbing issue.

Our experience with ePipe was excellent from beginning to end! We had all our pipes coated in a four-day process. The crew was very professional especially supervisor, Martin. Though not cheap, definitely worth the peace of mind knowing we will have no more pinhole leaks. Definitely recommend!!!

We called them later on a Friday afternoon and they were willing to come on short notice. We ended up not needing them to come until Monday, but even then, that is short notice. The associates were punctual, efficient and polite. They gave us a fair price and were quiet and clean. We will be using Action Rooter & Plumbing again should we need anything else during our remodel or for plumbing services o the rest of the home as well. If you're looking for good guys who get the job done, hire them. They did not waste any time and again were polite and cleaned up everything. They even sent pictures to my husband of the work.
