My garbage disposal started leaking and needed to be replaced.  I requested for an estimate through yelp and Teo responded quickly.  He was able to come the next day and got the job done quickly.  His rates were very reasonable.  He was punctual, courteous, left the area clean, and even took off his shoes when he came in the house.  This has been a great find and will definitely keep him in our contacts for future handyman needs.

Our water heater was no longer working so I placed a call to B&B plumbing on a Monday evening.By the next morning they  called me and were at my home installing my new water heater by 10 am .. I was very impressed by their professional service from the friendly office staff to the  quality installation ..   Thank you B&B plumbing for making this such a pleasant experience.. This guy was honest in an industry that is full of stucco just kid. I met several shady characters but also upfront no sale tactics like this guy.

Andrew has done a couple jobs for us.  He is available to come out within 24 hours of the problem arising and is fair with his pricing.  If the issue is under warranty, he doesn't try and collect more money and addresses the problem.  So glad we found his services!

My kitchen sink was leaking and the water was warping the wood. I had North Highland install a new sink and am very happy with their service. I got a number of estimates including some from other 5 star businesses. North Highland was clearly the most reasonable estimate. They were responsive on Yelp messenger, they had many time slots available and he came when he said he would. The dependability was a huge plus because I had to make time from work to get this done. He was quick and polite. Highly recommend!

I notice that many others gave Optimum Plumbing a 5-star rating!  They are about as creditable a company as you can expect.  We have used Optimum many times on commercial jobs and we have been nothing but completely satisfied!  It is nice to have a vendor that you can trust and in which you can have complete confidence.  They handle a job as though they care and I sincerely appreciate that!

I really don't know how my houses plumbing situation was working for so long but before Better Sewer Maintenance got a hold of it, it was terrible. But I am so relieved at the fact that I hired this company because I don't know where me and my whole plumbing situation would be without them. All around great company and I most definitely recommend.

I found Art and his team on Yelp for a quick plumbing job I needed done to move forward with a kitchen renovation. They were super quick to respond and his guy Luis was out there in a matter of hours. They were easy to work with, communicated issues and resolutions well to myself and our contractor, and were affordable. Very thankful for their service and speediness, I had a great experience with these guys.

Miguel and Byran came out today from Stephens plumbing to inspect our sewer and give us a bid for repairs. They arrived during the window we were given, were friendly, and efficient with their work. We had Stephens plumbing install a water line for our fridge a few months ago, as well as clear a blockage in our shower drain. We have found their prices to be competitive with other local plumbers.

I didn't know what a backflow was until I received a paper from my water company saying it was required. I wasn't too happy about it but after asking the Hydro guy a million questions he nicely answered them all and explained how it worked, that it was there to protect our drinking water and that it's required by the state. After, I had no problem having it done. He made it understandable, easy and fast. They were professional and offered a great price. Would highly recommended!

Dave Harris is the REAL DEAL! Dave is both a skilled plumber AND an outstanding individual. The work he provided proved to be first rate. He installed two toilets inn our home with competent dispatch and expertise. He appeared at our doorstep exactly on time, dressed immaculately and ready to provide honest and superior customer service. The lady of the house appreciated the fact that there was no butt crack! We now have Dave's number on speed dial. We plan on asking Dave to return down the road to do future renovations. We love you Dave!!!!!!

The short version: horrible service. Estimate visit which lasted literally 20 seconds. Didn't ask questions, made no effort to understand our situation, just took one step into our 2300+ sq ft house and said No, we aren't doing this job.  Details below.

The longer version: Had two leaks in copper piping in the ceiling of the kitchen and family room of our 30yo townhouse. This caused a bunch of damage and forced us to relocate much of our stuff to our living room and dining room due to demolition and remediation while the rooms were sealed off with plastic sheeting and ServePro's blowers and dehumidifiers did their work.

Both plumber who repaired the leak and ServePro recommended we look into repiping whole house since leaks happened in rapid succession. Since so much of the ceiling was demolished, you can literally see where the pipes are running instead of trying to guess. ServePro guy suggested we also contact ePipe and get an estimate since he'd heard good things. Called and made an appointment.

Two days later, Tommy arrived on time.  He literally took one step in our house, and I said, Sorry for the mess, referring to the clutter from the contents removed from kitchen and family room adding to office setup in dining room (work at home setup since COVID pandemic started). He took one look around whike standing on our doormat and said, No, we aren't doing this job. We have to trace the pipes and there's too much stuff in the way.

He didn't bother to ask if we'd be willing to move the stuff. He didn't hear the 5 industrial air movers blowing air in the family room and kitchen. If he bothered to take five more steps into the house, he would've seen the plastic sheeting ServsPro out up where the demolition from the water damage had occured, and maybe would've thought differently. But he didn't. He just said No within the first 7 seconds.

I was shocked. I was about to explain why the stuff was there and that if it was a concern, we could move stuff eventually. (Note that we already had one plumber give an estimate for a copper or PEX recipe, and we knew that they'd need even more access than ePipe would, and that plumber didn't express any concerns). But I decided that if he was too clueless to express interest in the job and be as terse and rude as he was, I wasn't going to try to talk him into giving me an estimate, let alone actually trusting this company with a major repair on my house likely to cost $15k-$30k.

So I politely said, Oh, okay. Thank you, let him turn around and walk out, and closed the door behind him.

My first experience with ePipe lasted 20 seconds.from start to finish. It will be my last.

You blew it, Tommy. Maybe you have so much work coming your way that you just DGAF.  Maybe you were just having a bad day. Maybe the extra five minute delay before I could let you in the house put you in a bad mood. Maybe this is how you treat everyone. I have no idea.

His name is Saul he is very rude has no manners . Be very careful with this kind of service if can avoid him move on to the next plumber. If I could give him a negative -3 I would.
