I have used other plumbers in the past, but none are as responsive, reliable, kind, and fair priced as Rudy and Ivan are. I previously had a go-to plumber, but when he was unavailable to help me out due to his schedule... I was not sure what to do. I have trust issues and am reluctant when it comes to switching my go-to plumbers, mechanics, and others who provide other high end services. My longtime friend referred me to Rudy's Plumbing Services. They were quick to respond and were available same day. They came out to fix a leaky sink in my roommate's bathroom. They were quick and efficient, so I asked them for a quote to fix the cold water issues with our other bathroom sink. I got the quote and was told that it would cost more if it was a more intense issue to where the pipes are not easily accessible from in the house, but to where they would have to go under the house and replace more pipes and connections. I text (perfect for me, an introvert) them literally two days later. They came out the next day (today) and thoroughly explained and showed me what the obvious issue was. We are going to throw out our current sink/cabinet combo and opt for a mounted sink, so we will be replacing a good portion of our wall as well. This came in handy because they would have had to go under the house if the could not reach the proper pipes in the worst case scenario. Luckily, the problem was not too far along in the pipes, but partially inaccessible. I told them they could remove as much of the wall needed for them to reach the pipes because will be replacing a good portion of the way anyways. They did not take off too much of the wall, but enough to get to the necessary pipes. My cold water flows beautifully!! I love how accurate their quotes were, how friendly they were, their fantastic work, and their ability to quickly respond. Rudy and Ivan are my new go-to plumbers!! I have used Jacot Plumbing in the past few years and they have been great. Day after Thanksgiving, when the sink wouldn't drain, they came out and Art took care of it. This last year I needed a new garbage disposal installed, easy. This last 2 weeks though, I've needed my hot water heater maintenance done. Last Tuesday they couldn't make it so I rescheduled for today and even called to confirm the appointment this morning and all was good to go. Just received a call that they couldn't make it until this afternoon so I cancelled.

I took time off work to make the appointment, costing me money. Their response was they couldn't leave someone without water. Yet they can leave me without pay. Not sure what happened between previous visits and now... But this not good. Next!

My call to So-Cal 1 Plumbing was because my water heater needed to be replaced. The technician who came to service my issue was very knowledgeable and was able to give us options in pricing. My husband chose this thankless water heater, and I have to admit the outcome turned out very nice. It's more appealing than a traditional one. The job was done in a timely manner and with no mess.

My plumbing system had a crack/leak way down below ground on the main water intake, thus no water in the house or for irrigation. Adam drove a long way in rush-hour traffic to inspect the problem, late in the afternoon. They worked until past 9 pm to get the repair job done. Very responsive, curteous, and professional. Highly recommended.

Dmitrii is a professional, and honest handyman!  I've been wanting to knock a number of projects around our newly purchased home and after discussing the projects,  Dmitrii was very transparent what he can do, the labor required, and the end result, which in my short time owning a home, have realized not all service professionals are.
