I have used other plumbers in the past, but none are as responsive, reliable, kind, and fair priced as Rudy and Ivan are. I previously had a go-to plumber, but when he was unavailable to help me out due to his schedule... I was not sure what to do. I have trust issues and am reluctant when it comes to switching my go-to plumbers, mechanics, and others who provide other high end services. My longtime friend referred me to Rudy's Plumbing Services. They were quick to respond and were available same day. They came out to fix a leaky sink in my roommate's bathroom. They were quick and efficient, so I asked them for a quote to fix the cold water issues with our other bathroom sink. I got the quote and was told that it would cost more if it was a more intense issue to where the pipes are not easily accessible from in the house, but to where they would have to go under the house and replace more pipes and connections. I text (perfect for me, an introvert) them literally two days later. They came out the next day (today) and thoroughly explained and showed me what the obvious issue was. We are going to throw out our current sink/cabinet combo and opt for a mounted sink, so we will be replacing a good portion of our wall as well. This came in handy because they would have had to go under the house if the could not reach the proper pipes in the worst case scenario. Luckily, the problem was not too far along in the pipes, but partially inaccessible. I told them they could remove as much of the wall needed for them to reach the pipes because will be replacing a good portion of the way anyways. They did not take off too much of the wall, but enough to get to the necessary pipes. My cold water flows beautifully!! I love how accurate their quotes were, how friendly they were, their fantastic work, and their ability to quickly respond. Rudy and Ivan are my new go-to plumbers!! I wouldn't call these guys plumbers more like handymen that know nothing about plumbing. They used tape to wrap a P-trap and called that a repair. Don't be fooled do more research before going with such a remarkably terrible company.

We had a tub backing up that we couldn't clear on our own. Chris came out the next day...and was even early! He cleared the backup quickly. He cleaned up after himself and even provided a 30 day warranty on the service! Super nice and straight-forward guy. Great service!

My wife and I were taking a short trip to San Deigo, but we were having some drainage issues. I thought I had a simple clog so I called out a large company in the area. I figured it would be a quick and easy fix, so I left my adult daughter at home to let the technician in. They came out and said I had a clogged main, leaking pipes under the house, and a flooded crawl space. I was looking at north of $25k. They sent out a restoration company to clear out the flood without my authorization, so I stopped everything until we could make our way back. There was leaking, but the crawl space was not flooded, a restoration company was certainly not needed. I searched for a plumber and Federico came up. He showed up Saturday afternoon and stayed until 8pm getting our drain cleared enough so we could use the restroom and showers. The next day he was there with his crew at 9am. They confirmed I had a clogged main and a few of my 50+-year-old pipes were leaking. Federico provided different plans, shared information on what could happen if I didn't make some of the repairs and helped walk us through financing. It was a large bill (but less than half of the big company), it was a lot of work, but in the end, it was necessary and made the most sense for our situation. They were professional, on time and cleaned up any messes, but I think most of all they provided honest information that made my wife and I feel at ease.

My plumbing system had a crack/leak way down below ground on the main water intake, thus no water in the house or for irrigation. Adam drove a long way in rush-hour traffic to inspect the problem, late in the afternoon. They worked until past 9 pm to get the repair job done. Very responsive, curteous, and professional.
