Teo was great!! We had a drain that needed to snaked and we had a small leak around our window that needed to be sealed and painted. I called teo and he came out and gave us an estimate and was able to come back the same week to do the work. The shower drain took a lot longer than expected because of a stripped nail that was really hard to take off but teo was persistent and was able to get it off.
He was very kind, honest and professional and didn't charge us any more than his original estimate. I would recommend him to anyone that needs some fixing around their house.

Had a water heater that kept breaking and needed replacement. They were recommended from manufacturer to do warranty service. They showed up on time for original call, quickly diagnosed the problem, offered multiple suggestions and guidance to address the issues, and then returned a day earlier than promised to replace the water heater.

Having a water heater located inside the house only complicated matters. When they were done, the area was cleaner than they found it, completely up to code, and masterfully installed.

I can't praise them enough for turning what was a horrible situation into one that we actually are happy about. They will be our new plumber for all future needs!

Their technician Henry was professional, prompt, and polite with all of our questions.

I cannot say enough about Jeremiah and what he can do.  He is absolutely the best and I'm so happy I found him.  He just did a complete remodel on my kitchen, picture below, including all the plumbing, painting and woodwork and much more.  I have also used his services for plumbing throughout my home.  Whatever you do CALL JEREMIAH!  You will not be disappointed.

This review is long overdue.

Last year, I had a clogged kitchen drain.  I used Yelp to try to find a good company.  I spoke with 3 companies, all stating that they specialized in drains, and all with very strong reviews.  One company that had many 5-star ratings came to my house with 2 people (which was puzzling to me), looked at the drain, spent 2 minutes trying to snake it, and concluded I needed to replace a section of pipe.  It would cost about $2,000.  When I asked if hyrdrojetting would work, they said they doubted it, and could guarantee anything.  Wow, I thought to myself, I know my house is older, but that seems strange.  The second company that came suggested hyrdojetting at a cost of about $800.  They were willing to guarantee the drain would stay clear for 1 year, but I felt like the price was a bit high, and I had a funny feeling the person was lying to me.  

Thankfully, Andrews Drain came out, looked at the drain and said he'd try to snake it.  He said he could probably clear the drain, but would let me know.  When I mentioned hydrojetting or changing out the pipe, he said he would see, but even if he had to replace the pipe, it would cost about $800-$900.  

As luck would have it, Andrew was able to clear the blockage that day, and gave me a 30-day warranty.  Unfortunately, 3 weeks later, the drain clogged, I called Andrew, and he came over that day to re-snake the drain.  Drain has been clear ever since.

Recently, I had him fix a broken pipe in my yard.  It was feeding my irrigation system, so it was pretty important, and Andrew came the next day, looked at it, gave me a quote and did the repair.  I didn't ask him to, but he installed a new faucet.  

Andrew is a young and honest plumber trying to build up his business, and I highly recommend him.

My kitchen sink was leaking and the water was warping the wood. I had North Highland install a new sink and am very happy with their service. I got a number of estimates including some from other 5 star businesses. North Highland was clearly the most reasonable estimate. They were responsive on Yelp messenger, they had many time slots available and he came when he said he would. The dependability was a huge plus because I had to make time from work to get this done. He was quick and polite. Highly recommend!

I really don't know how my houses plumbing situation was working for so long but before Better Sewer Maintenance got a hold of it, it was terrible. But I am so relieved at the fact that I hired this company because I don't know where me and my whole plumbing situation would be without them. All around great company and I most definitely recommend.

First of all, I did not know this business or anyone there before I hired them to fix my drain line leak this morning, and I am writing this review based on my own experience and not being compensated by this business at all.

Art was very responsive and provided me with information quickly and accurately based on the photos I sent to him.  We then set up an appointment this morning; Ricardo and Joel arrived in their company van and company t-shirts on-time.  They fixed the drain line leak quickly and performed a thorough test to make sure the fix is good.  They also provided additional replacement recommendations only as answer to my question, but never pushed me to proceed with it.  I also had a couple toilet issues and they fixed 1 of 2 and quoted me the second one since it would require a new toilet purchase and replacement.  They are super polite, knowledgeable and professional the entire time.  I cannot be happier with their services provided to me this morning, and I am very glad that they are my local plumbers in north Orange County.

I highly recommend their services and will definitely go back to HR Plumbing for any future plumbing services.

Omar is very pleasant and professional. He did his best to service my old heater but was unable to fix the issues. He showed up on time and did quick replacement with a new wall heater and piping. I highly recommend Stephens Plumbing service!

Dave Harris is the REAL DEAL! Dave is both a skilled plumber AND an outstanding individual. The work he provided proved to be first rate. He installed two toilets inn our home with competent dispatch and expertise. He appeared at our doorstep exactly on time, dressed immaculately and ready to provide honest and superior customer service. The lady of the house appreciated the fact that there was no butt crack! We now have Dave's number on speed dial. We plan on asking Dave to return down the road to do future renovations. We love you Dave!!!!!!

This was our 2nd water leak in this calendar year.    Our HOA is susceptible because of soil composition and other factors.     DC Drains did everything possible to find the leak with no success.     However there was a leak somewhere.     They recommended EPipe.     Rick was the representative who fully explained what the epoxy repipe  does.     This is not a complete copper repipe  which literally  tears your house apart.   I went through their website that is very helpful.

We agreed on the estimate which was a 2 day job.    Sal was the head man.     30 years experience.     His crew checked and rechecked to make sure the water was back at the right psi.    Bottom line is there is no leak.    

I highly  recommend EPipe and their epoxy method of repiping.     Especially if you have continuous pinhole leaks which are difficult to find.

I got up for work one day and my plumbing was backed up out of no where. I posted a project on Yelp and at 5am the only person that answered was Adrian, caught him on his way to the gym but quickly took the call and was at my house in a half hour. He did an amazing job and was finished by 6am, price was very affordable and quick response was very much appreciated, I can't say enough but Thank you very much!!

Saul is a wonder worker. I am so pleased with the work he did. He was able to come out the day after I called. He replaced my toilet that was cracked and leaking. He replaced a bathroom faucet and valve from the back (bedroom behind the bathroom) so the bathroom tile didn't have to be torn out. He is polite friendly and nice to work with and wears a mask and was careful with my newly cleaned carpet. Price wise very reasonable and fair!
