Bellows answers the phone quickly, has articulate people on the phone and assessing the job to give an estimate. It was super easy to get an estimate and schedule the work. The team showed up on time, were very polite and incredibly efficient.

Bellows is an overly expensive Company with poor customer service. They charge you excessive fees to fix things that are under warranty and do a pretty poor job if it. I like Costco and got in touch with Bellows through there. They make Costco look bad.

Very dishonest and unethical business! Beware! I decided to go with Fuse for a repair diagnosis for my electric cooktop repair. It was a $90 diagnostic fee that will apply toward my repair if I decide to do the repair/installation with them. That sounds fair so I scheduled a diagnostic service appointment with them. At the diagnosis, it was determined that the unit was unrepairable and I will need to buy a new cooktop. The technician confirmed with me at service that the $90 diagnostic fee will be applied toward the installation of the new unit. A few days later, I contacted them to schedule an appointment for the new installation. At first, the manager, Zhanna, told me sure the $90 will apply toward the new installation but then after a few minutes she mentioned that it was a mistake. The $90 diagnostic fee will only apply toward the repair if it's for the same unit of the same brand and not for installation of a new unit. What?! It makes absolutely no sense and I do not see why it makes a difference. There was no disclaimer about this from the very beginning. I will 100% respect their policy if they had informed me about this from the very beginning before scheduling the diagnostic appointment. $90 isn't a big deal but it's about the principal and honoring what you said. After a lot of unnecessary back and forth talking, they decided to apply the $90 fee toward the installation but by then it already left a bad taste in my mouth so I decided to go with another shop. This whole situation was handled very poorly and left a very bad impression about this business. $90 lost and a lesson learned! Avoid making the same mistake like I did & avoid them. The 5-star reviews on Yelp had me fooled.

Excellent communication and attention to detail. I scheduled an emergency visit from Nick. He was able to squeeze me into schedule. I was afraid he might rush but he took his time, provided advice, asked that a call back is I saw any issues. It's been several weeks and everything working perfect.
Nick is a perfectionist and very friendly. Give him a call to get the job done right.

I paid Pacific Coast a fee of $89 to come out and fix my electrical problem. I was told they apply the amount to the labor. After checking out the electrical panel, the technician said it would be $560 to check out the rest...calling it a diagnostic testing! Other than checking the electrical panel, no switch plates were removed or checked to see where the problem was. When I asked him to check it, he said it would only be covered if I paid for the $560 Diagnostic Check and they did NOT do anything by the hour, only by the job. I am a senior and found it $560 to be outrageous!!! I am on a limited income and $560 seems extremely unreasonable. Would not recommend this company! It should be made clear BEFORE how their policy works!!

Norman has completed a few projects around our house, in addition to doing work over the past year at an apartment complex I manage. He has always taken his time to do a quality job, and also keeps me informed of his progress. He has completed our projects in a timely manner and we've been happy with the quality of his work.

With Thanksgiving around the corner, my husband and I realized it was time to call in Mark and Accolade Home Services. We emailed and he came over, quickly surveyed the work, identified materials he would need to for the tasks and we scheduled a morning. Yesterday was like MAGIC! In a few hours, the items were completed, the list is gone and the house is ready. He is so efficient and informative. He educated us as he went about the work so that we learned more about our home, and some key safety tips. From door latches to light fixtures - he diagnoses the problem and poof, it's gone. As others have said, he's our go to guy. So professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.

My tub was beginning to leak where it joins with the tub door, so I called various places for quotes, but Chuck was the only one who asked meaningful questions about my dilemma and was able to give me a thorough and accurate run-through of what the repair job would entail. From this I gathered that he is a detail-oriented person who is expert at what he does, which was later confirmed to be true by the wonderful results of his work. For example, he did his research by reading through the manual for the exact model tub that I had and followed the directions to a tee on what type adhesive to use, something that the previous homeowner's handyman neglected to do obviously. One of my tub doors had a handle that was falling out of place and he even fixed that, so it literally felt like I came home to a brand new tub.
Another thing I appreciated was how careful he was with moving things around and keeping things clean, because I imagine working with tubs and leaks can get messy but I came home to a perfectly clean and tidy bathroom. Chuck is also extremely thoughtful and respectful-- without being asked he took off his shoes when entering the house. He's also very kind and cheery with his words, which makes a world of a difference when dealing with the stress of things breaking down in the house.
I've already recommended him to friends and family and would call him up again should something else need fixing in the future. Quality handymen really are rare to come by these days.
