Andrew and his crew came by promptly and fix my bathroom sink issue. Highly professional and recommended.

I haven't even used them yet, as I'm calling on a weekend, but I'm impressed that they:

- Have a 24x7 answering service
- Are set up for Yelp messaging
- Have a professional greeting on the phone
- called me back immediately (on a Sat) - in fact got the call while writing this.

Little things mean a lot..

Bellows is an overly expensive Company with poor customer service. They charge you excessive fees to fix things that are under warranty and do a pretty poor job if it. I like Costco and got in touch with Bellows through there. They make Costco look bad.

Did a great job getting my old A/C up and running and recharging it too. I'm always worried it's the end of the road for this system, but it was a pinched wire this time. We waited a few days for the appointment since it was the first hot spell of the summer, but worth the wait.

I am so pleased with Nick's advice, resources and specific expertise. He answered my questions and I decided after checking his Contractor License with excellent references. Then he accepted pictures of the fixtures, before I purchased them. (So I send a 5 star review of the our collaboration in progress.)

Nick arrived on time (as planned days in advance) and the work was done as quoted. So here is a second 5 star review. Because I am so delighted. The work looks great. The shower safety grab bars are literally what the Doctor ordered.

Eric came out to change one outlet and ended up changing my breakers. He saved me from being in an emergency situation. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

A year later and I called Pacific CoAst again. This time they sent me Bryce. He came early and helped me with my smart thermostat. He was very professional and provided me with excellent customer service.

Hired Norman to fix a nagging door that would not close.  Norman was very professional.  He explained everything that he was going to do.  We had other problems as well.  Although those were not part of the project, Norman provided advice on how to fix them.  

I will definitely call Norman again for other handyman projects.

Chuck was quick to respond and fixed a couple of situations - plumbing and electrical - that had stumped someone else. He's also super reasonable.
