We are very happy with the service provided by Irbis! When our microwave ceased to heat I left messages with several service repair companies and Irbis was the first to get back to us. While others said they could not repair our microwave Irbis confirmed that they could. They were very professional, polite and courteous. They quickly provided us with a quote along with explanations for the breakdown and a timeline for the repair. They also arrived on the time and day that they had specified without any delays.
They were very quick and competent with the repairs and when there was a follow-up issue they immediately returned to fix it. Tim and Ryan were very respectful of our home and we appreciated their friendliness and competence. We will definitely call them again in the event of further appliance failures.

I contacted Bellows for a quote on air conditioning in my new house.  They are very responsive and professional.  Gave me different options without being pushy.  I chose Bellows to do the work and they responded quickly.  They took precautions to protect floors and carpets while accessing the attic.  Workers were polite and hard working.  Best of all, they followed COVID 19 precautions while doing their work.  Everything was finished on budget and under time!  I selected Bellows for our annual preventive maintenance on air conditioning, heater, and tankless water heater.  I'm sure they will deliver!  Strongest recommendation!

I would give Adam and his Fuse Appliance Repair a six star if the website allows. It is very hot this week and my AC stopped working. I made many calls to a few AC repair companies but couldn't get any appointment soon. Then I tried the quote on Yelp. Fuse Appliance called me and was able to come at the same night! I checked on Yelp and found so many good comments about Adam. He showed up on time, very polite, professional, knowledgeable and patient. He soon found the root cause and replaced the bad capacitors. After that, he checked the vents to make sure the AC is blowing cool air. He also gave me a lot of knowledge about what are the purposes for those capacitors and what went wrong when those capacitors are bad.  He also told me the potential impact to other parts of the AC. I would highly recommend Adam!

I just wanted to update that Palo Alto Plumbing later contacted me and helped fix the faucet leaks and the water damage via another company. The process was not easy though. I am adding stars as I know it's not easy for both sides.

I was thrilled they could get the job done so quickly and efficiently! They showed up on time in Covid protective gear and got right to work. When they were done they cleaned up and then showed me how to light the pilot and operate the thermostats. So happy to have heat again! I have a circulatory disease and was concerned that I would have to wait several cold weeks for an install date. Pacific Coast and I signed the contract on Friday and the heaters were installed on Monday! Now that's service!

Couldn't deal with these hot north Marin summers anymore so we finally started looking into AC. Had estimators come out twice from Costco, but never got any bids or estimates after they came to check out our home. They also primarily pushed the mini split systems, which can work great for cooling a few rooms, but gets very expensive and likely would have challenges cooling an entire house without a unit in each room.

Contacted Bellows instead and Jason was out that week and provided numerous better options to cool our entire home that really helped save us money. He helped us to dial in what would be best for our situation, being honest when a more expensive option wouldn't provide any additional benefit, helping us to invest our money where it would make the most difference.

Del did fantastic work with the install and it now feels like we have a brand new home! Everyone with Bellows has been extremely friendly and the whole process was relaxed couldn't have gone better!
