If you're looking for a reliable company to fix your AC unit, this company will be the last company you should consider, period.
(1) The initial diagnosis fee is Not cheap, more then the other company.
(2) The technician didn't give you the estimate until you got the bill. $5 fuse, he'll charge you $179.
(3) After 4 days, system broke down, technician didn't know what to do, proposed more Expensive solutions...the system never got fixed...I have to hire the other five stars company & fixed it.

The repair tech came out and troubleshot the situation.  We ended up needing to replace the fan from the AC condensing unit.  It took three days to identify the issue, order the new fan and replace the old fan.  He addressed the issue directly without any attempt up sellanything.  We did talk about the age of the AC condensing unit and to keep an eye on it since it's a relatively old unit.

I was looking for a handyman to replace my kitchen faucet because it was leaking underneath the sink.  Nick from Ye Olde Handyman responded quickly and was able to squeeze me into his schedule.  Nick has excellent communication regarding what was needed before, during and after the job.  He is extremely knowledgeable and shares his expertise and opinions freely which I greatly appreciated.  He did a great job on my kitchen faucet and will be returning to tackle another job in my kitchen.  I highly recommend Nick if you need any type of handyman service.

I have water stain on my ceiling and wall in entry hallway. Norman was very responsive on initially inquiry and came over to do an inspection promptly.  He gave a very reasonable estimate and scheduled to work on repair within a week.  He was very professional with good workmanship. He repainted the ceiling, wall and sealed the downspout that was leaking water. He also fixed the main door that wasn't closing properly because water leakage have misshaped the door frame.  I am very happy with the work he did and will definitely engage him again for any future work.

We had a sink leak and it created a moldy, rotting cabinet. Mark was super responsive, and had an appointment slot available within two days. He came with everything needed to fix the cabinet on the spot, and the end result looks beautiful. The price was very competitive, and I will definitely use Mark again should anything else pop up. I had called several electricians to no avail.  Then I switched to looking for a handyman and left a couple of messages, one of which was for Chuck.  Some never called back.  Some were going to charge a ridiculous amount for what I knew was a relatively simple fix.  Then Chuck called back and I'm so glad he did. He came by at the end of what was a long day for him, fixed the problem completely (putting in a new garbage disposal switch), with a very reasonable price and a great sense of humor.  He took a look at another issue I had, and while he couldn't fix it because I had messed it all up, he gave me all the info I need to buy the material which he will then come back and install.  I feel lucky that I found him and recommend him highly.
