We recently had a major issue with our 2 sewer pipe in the middle of our house.  What made the issue particularly difficult is that we live in an Eichler home that has radiant floor heating as well as hot and cold lines through the slab floor.  The thought of breaking concrete and finding the broken pipe among the radiant floor pipes was a very stressful situation to say the least.  Luckily, one of my neighbors recommended contacting Able Septic in San Jose and I was fortunate enough to speak to the owner Glen.  After a few minutes of discussion, he described the approach and assured me that it could be fixed.  Adrian, the camera technician was the first one to arrive and very quickly identified the break and concrete was removed.  Sergio and Alejandro were very friendly and knowledgeable.  They put plastic on the floors and tape on the walls to protect the surfaces..  Sergio explained what they planned to do and assured me that they would work very carefully so as not to damage any of the radiant floor heating.  They found solid pipe to ensure a permanent, long-lasting solution.  They very quickly removed the dirt and recommended replacing approximately 5' with new PVC.   Prior to final fix, the camera was used to inspect all the pipes upstream an downstream to ensure there were no other issues. After the repair, they then packed the space with gravel, cleaned the floors, and even rinsed off the front walkway.  The icing on the cake is that they have a sister company, Valley Concrete that came the next morning to put the slab and tile back.  Christian was very courteous and did an outstanding job as well!  If you ever need to have plumbing or concrete work, I highly recommend calling Able Plumbing and Valley Concrete!  5 + Stars and AAA rating!

Thank you to the Garrison Plumbing team!  My pressure tank finally blew out for once and for all and wasn't going to take another patchwork job by my hand. Shanna answered right away and Philip Garrison responded quickly to assess the situation who.  Gratefully, he prioritized my job so I could have running water again.  Garrison's great crew of Byron and Jacob went right to work on my 20+ year old mess, diligently working until a beautiful new pressure tank was installed with PVC piping that didn't look like a pretzel!  Great communication, great work, competitive price, and I'm a new fan.  I'll call again for future needs and you should too!

Freddy and crew are awesome.  If I could give them ten stars I would.  I had my septic tank back up over the holidays.  We had no idea where the septic tank was. I called a local septic GC nearby and I got nowhere (Told me, let me know when you find your tank and pump it out then I will come and inspect??).  I reached out to Freddy and he was great. He came out on a Saturday to try and stick a camera down our drain pipe to find the septic.  It was blocked.  His crew came out the following Monday and saw cut my sidewalk, hand dug down 3 ft to find a clogged orange burg pipe.   They ended up having to saw cut the floor of my pool pump house and dig (by shovel) down 4' to replace all the bad pipe.  I didn't think it would be possible.  They were like surgeons only removing what they needed to expose the work area. I was amazed at how fast they were able to dig and find the problem.
We discussed with Freddy and decided to expose the septic tank and put risers on it so now we know where our tank is and can pump out if needed.
