Best Wiring Repair in San Francisco CA

This is the second time I've called Bedr to help me with some handyman type work, and again he's overdelivered! He's super friendly, works fast, and is an awesome communicator. So long as I'm in San Francisco, I'll be calling Bedr and Hassle-Free Handyman for everything home related!

Ben is my new go-to handyman! I'd been dealing with a faulty kitchen faucet for months, and Ben was able to evaluate and fix the issue within an hour. His deep expertise, responsiveness and warmth made the whole experience a breeze -- he even took a look at some other fix-it needs around the house, and offered sage advice at no charge. Even my puppy loved him (which is saying a lot!). Wish I could give Ben six stars, he's truly top-notch. I'll definitely hire him in the future, and recommend him to friends.

Had two bathroom faucets starting to leak. Called Mike Handyman. I explained my issues and the age of the faucets. Mike suggested that we change out the old 25+ bathroom faucets which made my wife happy to get new Faucets. After she found the ones she wanted we set up an appointment to have them replaced. Stan came out to replace them today. The first faucet took longer than anticipated because it was an extremely Tight area to work in. The sink and pedestal were too close to the wall. Stan was able to install the faucet and checked for leaks. The upstairs faucet was easier to get to and replace. Stan did an excellent job and cleaned up the work area leaving it spotless. I'm going to use them again for small projects.

Excellent quality work and great customer service with clear explanations of what was needed and done. Eric has been very responsive about the job initially and throughout. Value good from what I can tell. Technician Miguel was particularly good -- high quality work, attention to safety, good clean-up, detailed explanations and available by text for questions after.

I had many people say they were either going to call me back or show up for an assignment, but Ted was the only one who kept his word. No shade, but shade...I had no idea how unreliable people are in this line of work. It was a relief to find someone who is trustworthy. In one meeting our door got fixed  and that was that, thanks buddy.

They charge a fee for simply coming out to the site and giving you an estimate.  I am a property manager and have dealt with many construction/maintenance projects on our sites.  I have never been charged for an estimate so this was strange and to me, unacceptable.  I have a rather big project (replacing 6 federal pacific panels and subpanels) and will have other electricians come out to provide estimates- free of charge.

If I could give it 10 stars I would. My food disposer stopped working, and Yevgeny guided me how to re-set the disposer over the phone for free. It worked and saved me a lot of money. He also gave me some tips on how to take better care of the disposer in the future. Yevgeny is very professional and trustworthy. Would definitely call him again for any electrical or plumbing problems in the future.

My garage side door and surrounding walls were damaged due to roof leaking. Dave and his friend came to fix the damages and as well as they replaced and installed a new gutters. They are very professional and did a great job. I am very happy with their service. I will contact them again for future work.

Ongaro & Sons Saves the Day!

Our furnace went out after a PG&E transformer blew resulting in a very chilly house for over a week.  No one could pinpoint what the problem was - PG&E, two electricians and one nameless HVAC company all tried to find the source but failed miserably.  Enter David from Ongaro & Sons on Day #8.  David was able to determine the problem with our furnace and replace the damaged part all within a few hours time having the heat back up and running by the end of the day.  

Every interaction I had with the company was very professional - from booking the appointment to having David working in our home.  David had to return the following day to adjust a setting on our furnace and was quiet as a mouse as not to wake my sleeping child. He even took the time to pet our wild and crazy dog...two thumbs up in my book!

We couldn't be happier with the work and high level of service we received from Ongaro & Sons and would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC service.
