Needed a couple of things fixed around my house.  Mike was on time and did a great job.

I set up an appointment for a technician to come out and give me a quote for AC Installation and possible new ducting in Oakland.  I spent time on the phone setting up this appointment ahead of time, providing my address, confirming my location, and explaining what services we were interested in.

I received a call from the technician thirty minutes before the start of my appointment window on the day of my scheduled appointment, and was told that they do not really service my area (Oakland), and that they would rather not come all the way out to provide an estimate if I was still in the process of gathering other quotes.  I was told that once I had finished gathering other quotes, to let them know and they would match whatever the lowest quote was.  

That's all well and good, but honestly what is the point of that?  If I already have a quote that I'm good with, why would I then take it to a different company that couldn't even be bothered to keep an appointment THEY made and CONFIRMED, and inspect my house for themselves.  If you have a good, established relationship with this company, I suppose that could make sense, but I'm a brand new customer and if this is any indication of how the service will be, count me out.

I am not happy that we blocked time off of our work calendars today, moved items around to provide access to the crawl space, and essentially had our time wasted for no reason.

We had a great experience with Ted last week when he fixed a bathroom door that kept coming off of its track. He was responsive, deliberate and thorough, finishing the job the same day after making sure he had the right materials and we were aligned on his approach. Thanks so much, Ted!

It was our first time Using Divine electric. Prior to our service, things like scheduling and courtesy over the phone were what we would hope for when contacting any business. On the day of our service, the service technician (Jon Hann) was wonderful... arrived right on time, was a good communicator, and was basically just a really nice guy with all of the electrical knowledge you could ever hope for. Jon answered all my questions and made himself available should I need to email any future questions. He truly made what is a sometimes stressful situation, dare I say it, kind of fun... I'll ask for him the next time I need an electrician.

My electricity was intermittent in my house and was starting to cause all kinds of problems. Yevgeny answered the phone early in the morning and came out to the house by 1pm the same day. He immediately diagnosed the problem (correctly) and told me I needed to call PG and E. He didn't try to charge me for the house call, and he even checked back in later to see if everything went smoothly with PG and E. I'll definitely be giving him a call next time I need a general contractor.

David was the first person to respond to my request for quote.
David is a professional who arrives on time, listens to his customers and comes up with a fresh win-win solution.  He fixed the stuck door problem with expert skill, replaced all the door locks, installed a new LED wall lantern and patiently cleaned up the debris afterwards.  He is very accommodating to your requests, patiently answers your questions and even laughs at your not so funny jokes.  His motto is Do it right the first time! which saves you money and time in the long run.  He wore the appropriate PPE out of concern for the safety of his clients and himself.  He has made our family life more simple and less stressful.

Stop worrying and avoid making the problem worst by cutting corners.
