We had a great experience with Damon, Carlos, and the whole team at Berkeley Home Repair. We wanted to reclaim a small corner of a kitchen where an old water heater, long since removed, once stood. Carlos & his team removed a small partial wall, patched up the drywall, removed some old exposed piping, and reflooring the area, all in about four hours. The work was completed to our pre-agreed specifications and at a fair rate.

Communication from Damon before & after the job was prompt & clear, and Carlos & his team were friendly & helpful throughout the work day. We appreciated that they covered the floors & furniture in adjacent rooms (not just the kitchen) with plastic sheeting before work began, ensuring barely any dust was left behind after the work was complete.

I can't say enough about the excellent service from Manuel M at 24/7. He explained every option regarding my clogged bathtub drain, there were no surprises when it was time to settle the bill. Manuel also gave me some tips on how to avoid clogged drains in the future. He wore a mask as did I and wore booties over his shoes. Best experience ever!

Yevgeny is great.  I called him with an urgent request to help with a leak in our garage, and within 15 minutes he was outside our house ready to help.  After fixing two separate pressing issues, he offered to take a look at any other issues we were having at the house.  He is true professional and helpful for any plumbing, GC, or electrical issue you may have.  Yevgeny comes highly recommended, and I will definitely be calling him again in the future.
