Best Tile Installation in San Francisco CA

I'm so glad that I called Bedr when I was searching around in google. He not only did great job assembling my furnitures, he also gave great advices about  what I can do to improve my home in general.  He made things really easy for me. And I'll definitely call him for future work!

Ben totally saved the day!

We suffered a break-in attempt yesterday morning, which ended up damaging our building's front door frame to the point that it would no longer lock. This obviously needed to get fixed ASAP and I knew that same day availability for a big job like this would be a challenge. Luckily I found Ben's page and gave him a call. He was able to fit me into his afternoon and worked until sundown to get the door frame repaired with new lumber and reinforced. He was polite, helpful, and a total pleasure to work with, and we went to bed soundly knowing that the front door was now even more secure than it was before the incident. Thanks again Ben!

We had Steven replace 22 electric receptacles in our house.  He was efficient, thorough and safety-conscious.   He finished within a reasonable time frame and generally did a great job!

We needed to put safety bars in a bathroom for an aging parent. I had bought the bars but had no way of installing them especially since the walls were all tiled. I contacted Keshab and left a VM. He promptly called back a little later and confirmed this was definitely something he could do. The day of the appt, Keshab came on time and was well prepared with all necessary tools and parts. He was very kind, thoughtful and diligent. I also greatly appreciated him wearing a mask in the home and removing his shoes as well. He did a terrific job of installing the two safety bars and also helped install a handle bar for the toilet. His fee was very reasonable and I was completely happy with his work. I definitely have him in my phone for future work; thanks again Keshab!

Jorge and Johan were the two gentlemen I worked with on some basic plumbing repairs on a newly purchased home. Much of what needed to be fixed from an inspection report was due to the previous owner using a contractor rather than a plumber, so things weren't done correctly.

I was able to schedule an estimate the following day of my call, and it was done for free! During the walkthrough they even suggested items that should be fixed that weren't even noted in TWO different general inspections. They even helped me fix some simple sink issues during their first walkthrough. I knew I had contacted the right people.

They arrived on time and completed all work in just a few hours. We had initially scheduled for 9am-5pm but they arrived a little early (called me to confirm if that was okay) and ended at around 1:30pm.

The work I needed to be done was replace a kitchen faucet, secure a toilet, fix touching gas and water lines in my crawl space, add traps for both my gas and water lines, and move a laundry sink in the garage.

I had a giant hole in my crawl space, and Jorge and Johan even patched that up. They don't take any shortcuts and are prideful of their craft. If I had any issues with plumbing or want to do upgrades, I would go with them again. No questions asked. The estimated work came out ti be cheaper than they had thought, and they asked me to rewrite their final check, so they're also super honest. Thanks!

Moe is freaking awesome. Punctual and he cares. I had two project, one to anchor a day bed to my 100 year old plaster San Francisco wall. Job was done properly and professionally. Two, I had to have my direct vent Rannai wall heater installed. Another company not to name any names (associated heating) wanted to over charge me by at least $1800, Moe took a look and with some amazing custom work he got the job done for me in a few hours saving me a ton of cash. I know I've said this earlier, but this guy cares and doesn't overcharge. He's honest and being a homeowner in sf I will continue to call him for everything that I need a general contractor or handy man for. He does it all is licensed and insured! Hard to find.

I had dave come help me with my fence. Kinda a diy, it was a side wood fence that didn't open, or close. I wanted Dave to add henges and a lock, to be able to use it as a walk way to back yard. He came within a few days, worked hard and made my vision possible with a reasonable price.

I contacted Paul for help during an office move.  We had a limited amount of time to move a conference TV and wall-mounted rack server.  Paul disassembled the items from the old location and installed it at our new office location.  He did a great job and we were very happy.   We also had him come the day after our move to help with finishing touches around the office (hanging pictures, moving furniture, etc.)  He's now our #1 guy to call  when we need help around the office.

Bay area renovation was a life saver find for us. We moved into New apartment and it had so much much work to be done.
We contacted Marin from Bayside Renovation, for plumbing, electrical and handyman tasks.
We have worked with Marin several times now and I am writing this review to share our wonderful experience with him.

Just seeing by these tasks you can figure out the range of Marin's talents.
He has been extremely punctual, hard working, doesn't waste time at all and so confident in his solutions.
He has always been extremely humble and honest and fair in his pricing. I always pay him extra than what he asks for being such a talented and hardworking person.

I'm very picky about house cleaning and Elim and Alexandra did an amazing job. I have a plastic tub that is impossible to get white, even with hours of scrubbing, but Elim was able to get it to a gleaming white. It was miraculous. The communication before was easy and smooth, and they were punctual. I will definitely ask them back for my next deep clean.
