Best Tile in San Francisco CA

Badr replaced the old faucet in my kitchen with a new one. He ran into a few snags during the installation (specifically, it was hard to remove the existing faucet) but he patiently worked through it for over an hour, and even went back to his place to get a special saw to completely get rid of it.
He was communicative throughout the installation process and did a very high-quality job.
Would love to hire him for any other job in the future.

Love this service.  They replaced 3 smoke detectors, fixed tile and mold, installed a new front door handle and locks... all the stuff I couldn't do and they did it quickly and well.  Cost was reasonable and they are very easy to work with from scheduling to having them in your home.

Very professional and reliable would recommend 100%. Hector is very knowledgeable and honest. He came to our office to fix some lose tiles and we were more than pleased with his work. He was punctual and explained the work he did to the very last detail.

He hacked the side of my garbage room door with a hatchet? such that there is a big gouge in order to make it close.
He spent his time and my money getting an accordian door to fit when it didn't really work, but he thought I might not notice.
Seriously? All these things might have been avoided with a little communication

Woke up to no hot water and called Mister Fixit--he sent me a video on how to re-light the pilot and offered to walk me through it via video chat. I ended up not needing the chat but appreciate Mr Fixit's willingness to help me out for free and on the spot! He's a nice guy and now I have hot water, so 5 stars!

I was having issues with a broken garbage disposal. Keshab came to my home, helped diagnose the issue, and replace the unit with one I had purchased online. He even went to a hardware store nearby to buy a new P-trap that needed to be replaced (the existing one was badly corroded and starting to leak).
Keshab was super nice, very professional and did excellent work. I'm glad I called him and next time I need help with some repairs in my home, I will 100% call him again. I would recommend him to anyone else looking for some home repairs help.

Put a project on Yelp to change a kitchen faucet. After receiving several bids, Reliable Handyman was the cheapest and was able to do it next day. The gewas at my condo the following day, and replaced my faucet without any problems, in minimal time.

I saw all the good reviews he had, an gave him a call. He did not disappoint! Moe was awesome! He was prompt, great with communication, and was able to get my job done professionally and perfectly. Everything looked excellent, and he wen't the extra mile to make sure things got done - he even drove to San Francisco for a part he couldn't find in Oakland.  I couldn't be happier with the job and the price. Well worth it. I will be using him again for future projects.

I had an appointment for this guy to replace the filters in my Reverse Osmosis under sink unit, yesterday. When it became apparent that he would not show up, I called the phone number, listed here on Yelp several times only to get a non-specific voicemail message, so I wasn't even sure if it was his number. I then tried replying to the email chain we had established for the meeting schedule. That was also not successful. Finally I used Yelp's request a quote link and then he did finally answer. He said, didn't you get my previous message? My son is out sick and I can't make it today. Let's reschedule. The upshot I never got the supposed first message and it was only through my own efforts at communication that he replied at all.

Why do I feel that he is lying and that it was a lame excuse? It is not without precedent. I note that on his Yelp reviews there are many glowing messages, all of 5 stars, and a few really bad 1 star messages. I could not find even one 4 star, 3 star or 2 star review. That in itself seems strange.

It seems the one star bad reviews all have a common thread. This guy is a flake! He always has some lame excuse. One particularly interesting one was from him in Lake Tahoe on the appointed date of a job, and that he was in the emergency room up there. It's obvious that he blew off the job to go skiing and then got in touch with the client as an afterthought.

The ironic thing is that I studied his reviews more closely while I was waiting for him to show up, yesterday. I had initially just gone with the couple of praising reviews, which percolate near the top, being most recent. After reading through page after page I noticed the pattern of his excuse making. I didn't want someone so unprofessional and unreliable in my residence. So I just said, let's just forget it in answer to his typical excuse email.

I ended up doing the job myself.

I also think that Yelp should closely examine all of his glowing 5 star reviews for authenticity. I think that many of them are fakes!!

Here is an addendum:
Ten minutes after I posted the above review I got an irate call from Paul. I can verify that his number is correct now, due to my caller ID. I can also confirm that he likes to shout and use very colorful language. Paul, please do not ever call me again!!

Marin was fast and did a very good job on our countertop and instaling our sink. His pricing is very fair. I highly recommend using him.

Hands down the best cleaning service I've ever hired. Communication on point. Attention to detail was fantastic. I will hire Artistic-Methods again, no doubt.
