Finally! I've found a handyman that can seemingly handle anything -- and is fair, kind, hard-working, honest, prompt, responsive, on-time, and reliable! Bedr came prepared with all the tools for the job - with more in his car. Bedr spent hours helping me replace a fireplace mantel, patching drywall, sanding it, and then building and installing my relatively complicated and heavy TV mount above my fireplace. He even troubleshooted a funky electrical outlet. As he was leaving he gave me some free advice on a few other things around the house.

Would hire him again in a heartbeat.

This is our 6th complete bathroom remodel in 3 different homes over the past 10 years.  I've also done quite a bit of home construction in a previous lifetime and am avid DIY'er. I'm very demanding on the quality of work. I've worked with a large number of remodeling crews, bath and whole home. Most of these are marginal with average or below quality.  Roman's team is the best with outstanding quality.  We could not be more pleased.  We had a cracked shower in a bathroom that we'd considered remodeling for quite a while. I was concerned the crack was due to underlying floor issues in our 25 year old home. As everyone knows, it is nearly impossible to find skilled help now. I discovered Roman through Yelp.  He was very responsive with fair prices and agreed to provide staff to diagnose the crack.  This initial work enabled me to further assess his team. After working with them for a couple of days we decided to remodel the entire bathroom: new shower with 24x12 tiles, same tiles on floor, custom 3/8 glass shower walls on 2 sides, new vanity, Hansgrohe faucets and controls, new baseboards, and repainting all walls and ceiling.  We encountered far more than the normal problems.  Roman quickly gave me fair and modified pricing to handle the additional tasks and his team quickly adjusted. The result is world class quality at very fair rates.  The tile work is impeccable. All corners are perfect 90 degrees and all surfaces flat, vertical and horizonal.  I put levels everywhere to verify.  They consistently proactively pointed out problems in the previous construction they could have hidden and would have resurfaced years later as apparently normal maintenance.  This was invaluable. Their attention to detail is outstanding.  For example, they caulked all baseboard lower and upper touch points to the floors and walls.  The caulk lines are perfect. The painting is spot on with exact lines where the walls and ceiling meet with different colors. They spray painted the doors which had many irregular corners.  They consistently went the extra mile to do things right.  The European style vanity required much customization for the drain and water lines.  They expertly modified the vanity and drains as well as the heat vent below.  We wanted a clean modern look.  The result is perfect. We could not be more pleased. We always use Roman and his team for home remodels in the future.

Highly reliable, efficient, honest. I expected a day of work or more but everything on my list and more was completed in 5 hours. And he was exactly on time which was refreshing. As others mentioned he's actually a pleasure to work with.

Came on a Monday night to fix my toilet. Didn't have the right part; ran to Home Depot and fixed 30 minutes later.

Last night, our plumbing ate itself.  Or more specifically, tree roots had gotten into the main sewer line causing the shower drains and toilets to vomit sewage.  

It was extremely nasty.  I put in a call to Ideal Rooter and scheduled an 8:30 am appointment and they showed up on time and gave me a good estimate after a thorough investigation.  After an hour and a half, they had my plumbing back in shape.

Great bunch of guys, great service.  Now, I have a couple of trees to cut down.

I saw all the good reviews he had, an gave him a call. He did not disappoint! Moe was awesome! He was prompt, great with communication, and was able to get my job done professionally and perfectly. Everything looked excellent, and he wen't the extra mile to make sure things got done - he even drove to San Francisco for a part he couldn't find in Oakland.  I couldn't be happier with the job and the price. Well worth it. I will be using him again for future projects.

Needed a kitchen sink area recaulked, Dave was in and out in 45 min and did great work. He also offered a reasonable rate compared to competitors. Communication was smooth and easy. Would call him again for other tasks.

Paul has done various maintenance work around my home to include helping me move. He has a wide variety of skills. He is very thorough and completes tasks and projects in a timely manner. We did a bathroom remodel and interior painting, one of the most things that got my attention during the job is how clean is the job site everyday after work , amazed by that , job was excellent, my wife is very happy from the final results. Definitely recommend Bay Area Renovation.
