These amazing people replaced a toilet in a rental unit in California while I was in Scotland!

I bought the toilet online at HomeDepot, Berkeley Home Repair picked it up, I explained the process to the tenants, I provided the door code, they installed it and sent pics, I paid online (all in all less than the previous company charged to just REPAIR the toilet), I was happy, they were happy, tenants happy. Why can't everything be this easy?

Had an electrical outage issue on a Sunday and the owner picked up the phone promptly and guided me through a self-serve repair process over the phone without any charge! The issue is promptly fixed and I am very grateful for his help on an otherwise stressful Sunday. Thank you!
