Damon at Berkeley Home Repair responded to my initial query within ten minutes. After fully assessing the problem I had described, he got back to me to say someone could be there within the day. He came out on a Sunday a few hours after i called, already had the parts with him. Completed everything quickly and efficiently, explained everything, didn't rush, answered all our questions about other repairs that are needed or soon will be needed for the house. He even asked how is our roof? Tried to save us money by offering the necessary repairs sooner in order to save a lot of money and a headache later.
