Bedr came by to help with the faucet and got it to work in no time at all. I ran into the problem last minute, and he was able to stop by on short notice. Very responsive and efficient.

Loved working with Ben. He was very professional and offered great advice / help. He completed the tasks doing quality work in a short time. We have a small baby and he was very respectful in staying quiet while working. I highly recommend Ben and will hire him again in the future for any task my home needs!

Damon at Berkeley Home Repair responded to my initial query within ten minutes. After fully assessing the problem I had described, he got back to me to say someone could be there within the day. This is my second time working with Handyman Heroes.  First time they made us some built in shelves and they were awesome to work with.  Efficient and super friendly people that I would gladly work with again, told all my neighbors about them.

For some reason, I did not think they did electrical stuff so I reached out to referral services and nobody wanted to take on the work, but Handyman Heroes stepped up right away and got it done.  This time Stephen came by and was once again awesome, very helpful and super friendly.  He had extra time and helped fix a few other things around the house and even coached me on some stuff.  He fixed our doorbell/intercom system that other companies said could not be done, kitchen lights, and a chair poorly manufactured by Room & Board (yes, I am calling them out because it was not cheap and it turns out 3 of the 4 chairs were not built right).

I am never going to make the mistake of looking anywhere else again.  These people are awesome.

Customer service was great. The appointment set up was easy and someone came out to give me a quote. The reason I'm leave a review though is because the quote was insanely high compared to the other ones I've had, and I felt that they were dishonest in why it was high.
I'm getting recessed lights installed, and was quoted $65 per light, just for the light itself. They claimed that they used the best quality lights, and recommend that I use it because it has cans and temperature sensor so the light doesn't burn out from being too hot. But they are LED lights! When do they ever burn out. Also my place simply did not have space for cans, but they didn't  properly point that out; I would have had to take out studs or insulation to fit those huge cans in. Then I was quoted $2000 to patch up and paint the whole that they were going to cut. Overall was just super overpriced, and since they contract the work out anyways, I recommend shopping around with this company.

I reached out to Ted while looking for a handyman to replace an old vanity, wall cabinet, and mirror in our bathroom. He was very responsive and generous with advice on where to get materials and what kind to get even before I had hired him.

Once on site, I found him to be super friendly, adaptive, and communicative. The project ended up increasing in scope (including tearing out and replacing some drywall) because of unforeseen circumstances. (It's an old house, so honestly I went in expecting a surprise or two.) Ted was great about laying out the options, being mindful of the unexpected increase in cost. Throughout the process I felt I was kept in the loop and consulted on all the decisions I wanted to be consulted on.

This was my first experience with a handyman and I'll definitely be calling Ted when I need one again.

Once again, Divine Electric did not disappoint!  Bobby and Luis were professional, courageous, on time, friendly and extremely knowledgeable with my electrical  needs, and took extra care unpacking and hanging an antique chandelier from Europe.  The final bill was 40 percent less than  expected too!

Yevgeny is a true professional!  I am very lucky to have found someone skilled, honest and trustworthy to work on my home in Daly City.  Yevgeny took great care in fixing my issue by keeping me informed during every step of the process and letting me know what were the proper materials for my job which gave me an indication that he was a true craftsman.  It is readily apparent that Yevegeny truly cares about the work he does and has a very strong customer service focus.  I would most definitely recommend Yevgeny and he is the first person I will call whenever I need additional work.
