Alejandro has five-star ratings for a reason - he can fix it.  He did some electrical work for me that was pretty complex and did a great job.  Even came back to help me with the electrical software, which was a bit tricky.  Pricing was lower than I expected and he wore a pandemic mask, both of which I appreciated.  Good to know he's around because I will hire him again when the need arises.

Our household had a plumbing emergency with our shower cartridge being stuck. We had called another plumber previously who wanted to charge us $280 an hour because it was an emergency. They claimed they had to cut a hole into our bathroom wall and replace the entire valve which would have been a 4 hour job.

Christian from the Pipe Bros fixed the problem within 20 minutes without having to do any invasive work whatsoever. My family really appreciated the honesty which is truly rare these days.

Jared is a cut above the rest. I needed a quote for a new water heater and other places just wanted to do rough quotes over the phone. Jared took the time to come out and inspect our old equipment and provide an actual written quote. Not only that, but he came in the lowest. His work was excellent! Steve has always been upfront, honest, ethical, and generous with his time and expertise. He is willing to take the time to explain issues, needed repairs, and how to proceed in the future. We just completed a bathroom remodel, and some highly problematic issues were discovered. Steve worked alongside the person completing the remodel to address and resolve these issues, as well as prevent future problems. Both his son and daughter have come along as assistants, and they are kind, polite and extremely hard-working. We love having them. We will continue to be loyal customers!
