I had a superb experience with this company.  
I had a huge and time sensitive project; pipes broke under my house, and I was sitting on a pool of water and sewage.  Not only did I not have the use of my facilities, but the smell made staying at home unbearable.

Richard and Rafael came out promptly and identified the problem.   The solution was to pretty much replace most of the pipes under the house (I had other companies come out for quotes, so the assessment was confirmed).  Repairs were going to be costly, but they worked with me to get the price down whenever possible.

As far as work, both gentlemen were extremely professional, friendly and accommodating.  Fixing the problem was difficult (i have a narrow crawl space under the house, so most of the repairs had to be done while crawling around on their stomachs).  They finished repairs in under three days; and given the size of the project, this was a very fast turnaround.

James was my phone contact, and he also did a great job communicating with me, figuring out the least painful price, even helping me navigate the insurance process.

Fantastic service.  Prompt and very friendly.  Had a professional come out during the scheduled time.  Also called me 20 minutes before showing up and also when arriving.  Unfortunately the professional was not able to fix the problem but referred me to a company that they have worked with previously which was a great help.  Also I was not charged for the visit as they could not solve the problem even though they attempted to.  I will definitely use this company again in the future without question.

My tankless heater was leaking and not producing hot water. Burtech came same day, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and fixed it within a few days. They followed up with me to make sure everything was running properly. I'm very happy with their service and will use them again.

DO NOT USE.  I am a Facilities Director. I work with plumbers almost weekly. We had a tenant call Elite Rooter out.  They said we needed to jet/high pressure flush out our pipes. We decided we would have them finish the job. Not only did they not finish the job, left the toilet off without a plan to finish and flooded one property and into the next, they charged us 3x as much as almost any plumber. $1500 for a $450 job. I tried to talk with them about it and they just argued and basically told us that we were lying about the lack of communication from the plumber.   With in a week we needed to have someone out because they did not fix anything and our regular plumbers said it doesn't even look like they actually jetted. There should be marks in the still clogged pipes and are there are none on the new videos. DO NOT use Elite Rooter. They're prices are highway robbery. After we used them I have read review after review of their over priced cost and subpar work. There are great reputable companies out there. This is not one.

After talking to multiple plumbing companies and receiving multiple quotes, I seleted ProMax to replace my father's Hot Water Heater for at least $350+ less than the other quotes.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PROMAX!!!  They are my go to plumber from now on!  Daniel, the owner, sent two of his crew to my father's house for installation, Danny and sadly, I forgot the other guys name.  The were both courteous and professional wearing masks the whole time.  It took them quite a bit longer to install the water heater because the water heater needed to installed on an 18 stand per current building codes and the place the the water heater was installed was in very tight quarters between a cabinet and clothes dryer in a corner of the garage. The labor to install the hot water heater was a flat rate and even though it took them much longer than normal, the cost remained the same.  They said this was one of their more difficult installs.  They changed out the hot and cold water lines and cold water shut off value and gas line, plus added a water heater strap as part of the flat rate installation costs, no extra charge for those parts.  When Danny and his co-worker finished the job they told me to please call them if my dad or I had any problems or had any questions.  Another plumber was going to charge for the water lines, gas line, heater strap and cold water shut off value plus they had an hourly rate, but couldn't even give me an estimate as to how long it would take, they were also going to charge me for the time to pick up the hot water heater, stand and disposing of the old water heater as well.  If I would have gone with that company it would have cost at least $400 more.  PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AT LEAST GET A BID FROM PROMAX BEFORE SELECTING A PLUMBER.  Daniel, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and patient and will answer all of your questions.  I CAN'T EVEN BEGIN TO EXPLAIN HOW GRATEFUL I AM FOR FINDING AND HIRING PROMAX!!!

After having an emergency leak, due to a cracked shower valve behind the wall, we called Almighty Plumbing based on positive Yelp Reviews - so glad we did!  Matt the owner was very helpful sending a plumber over asap.  Ricardo was the plumber they sent and ame within 30 minutes of calling.  He was so helpful and thorough.  

We have had 3 other plumbers come to the house in the past, and they never mentioned that our home water pressure was too high, which may have resulted in a flooded living room, removal of hard wood floors and other leaks in the past.  One of the first things Ricardo told us, was that our pressure was set MUCH too high, at 140psi, when instead it should be set to 70psi.  He was just as shocked as we were, to learn that no other plumber had ever pointed this out to us.  He managed to go in and fix the cracked valve without having to damage our walls, and also fixed a broken shower/tub handle, that other plumbers claimed could not be fixed.  He was very knowledgeable, came immediately when we needed them, fixed the problems and explained everything that was done.  I highly recommend!  We will definitely use them again in the future and request Ricardo if possible.

Chris responded within an hour of requesting a rate. set the date for working and was on time. he worked diligently all day and I felt safe leaving him alone while I had to go run other errands. He had to redesign my whole wall to add a sink to my service porch. He is very friendly, easy to talk to, and very conscientious. He even looked at a toilet in the house that wasn't flushing well and quickly fixed the problem. When all was said and done the job looked magnificent and we have a plumber for life!

Greg was very helpful and efficient. He explained everything that was wrong and provided prevention information. Scheduling the appointment was easy and they were on time.

We were in the middle of our oven replacement when we found a huge gas pipe. Installation couldn't proceed without fixing it and that's when we called vessel plumbing. Outstanding service. Had a leak in my guest bedroom ceiling, first noticed when I saw a dark stain on the carpet. Immediately turned water off and started hunting for a plumber. The first 3 I called were unable to come out ranging in time from 3 days to 2 weeks. The third business recommended Ideal and I am so glad they did. Aaron showed up in a few hours and was able to diagnose the problem. He and Ramiro came back the next day to finish the job. I can't say enough about how professional and caring they were. I contacted Happy Plumbing regarding a broken kitchen pipe that must of been leaking for quite a while by the amount of water under my house. They sent out Efren Diaz for an estimate. I liked him right away. He was friendly and very professional. He gave me an estimate that I thought was very reasonable and so I agreed to have them fix it. It was late in the day so we we had Efren start the following morning. Efren showed up right on time the next day excited to start the job. It was a big job and was expecting it to take some time, but within an hour and a half the job was completed and my drain has never ran so good! It was a great experience and I will be using them again in the future. Thank you Efren!!!
