CALL THEM FIRST.  This is an awesome company who helps in any way they can.  I was so appreciative of owner John's help with my gas line.  This is a first rate company who are honest and helpful.  I can't recommend them highly enough.  If you have having a plumbing problem, Core is the top company.  I have dealt with many plumbing contractors over the years and I have never found any company so willing to help.  Please save yourself some headaches and call Core Plumbing, you'll be glad you did.

Mission Accomplished. I was so very surprised when after calling to book the service, Jose showed up like 10 min later! It's the fastest arrival I've ever experienced. I needed to replace my non working garbage disposal. Usually I would do it myself but this time I simply couldn't remove a bracket. So I called Discount Plumbing and was very happy to hear they answered right away. Jose informed me right away why I was having a problem removing it. We settled on a price and he got to working right away. He's an army veteran who served tours in Iraq and I could tell that he wasn't going to finish the job until everything was perfect. His work ethic was fantastic and I felt very comfortable with him. I had to work on the project with him due to some issue with plumbing code but he stayed to make sure my work was nice and good. Thank you very very much Jose for all your hard work and for your service. Wish we could give you guys 6 stars.

While our service was not emergent, Daniel responded promptly with a very reasonable quote and was available to repair our toilet the next morning.  He arrived on-time, had all the supplies necessary in hand, and was able to perform the repair without any additional hassle.  And for ONCE we weren't told that something else needed fixing!  He seemed honest, confident in his work, and even touched up a crack in our bathtub caulking.  It's the little things :).  We would highly recommend Express Plumbing!

I hired them to install one kitchen sink and three bathroom vanities together with mirrors. They spend two days for the installation. The 2nd day the crew promised me to be at my place at 9 am but I waited until 11 am and saw no one. Then I called the owner, waited another hour to get a hold of the owner and he said his guys were at my place at 9 but then left. I was home in the whole morning and did not see them at all. When the crews finally arrived in the afternoon, they said they were at another properties doing water restoration in the morning. So the owner and the crews's words were not matching. After the installation, I found one sink leaking and all vanities are not anchored to the wall which can move freely and create safety hazard. Vanity tops are not glued to the cabinets either they just placed them on top the cabinets.  Mirrors are either too low or not centered. Then I called and they came again to fix, but the sink is still leaking after the 2nd time. I do not want them to come again to fix it because I no longer trust them. So I ask the owner whether he can give me $200 credit and got no reply. Just want to provide my experience with this company to future costumers.
----below are my comments to the owner's reply----
1.  I did not let them finish the work the 1st day because it was over 6 pm that work cannot be done in a condo, to respect the neighbors.
2. I was not aware of the whole waitlist thing, if you insist you informed us no guaranteed time, show your evidence. The house was absolutely not showed that day,  who would show the palace with lots of construction going on?
3. I never comment on your crew's nationality, this is an incorrect accusing to me. Only thing I said is he barely speaks English which is true for one of his crew. His crew are actually pretty polite, but not the owner.
4. Never asked them to work for free, given the quality of work, they are over charged.
5. Stop drag my husband in this situation, he is not fully aware of what's going on. The owner never called me to figure out the issue, he always call my husband to try to get away with it because my husband is not aware of the whole thing that he can slip something.
6. When I was not satisfied with their work the 1st time, I said over the phone to the owner:I think you should come over and see the quality of work, then the owner said:I have no interest of seeing that, which shocked me because I never encountered such arrogant business owner before.
7. If you insist on accusing your costumer and cannot take any true and negative reviews, it has nothing to do with me. I paid the contract in full by the way. Again, I have the right and freedom to comment on any business about my true experience on Yelp.

Amazing service! Michael was a true professional. Our garbage disposal had been out of service for many months. He came on time, replaced it quickly, and provided me with helpful info. He did quality work at an inexpensive price. I'm a customer for life.

I have had Jaime for two plumbing repairs. He is very knowledgeable, a long time plumber and really knows what he is doing. I highly recommend him if you are in need of a good plumber.

Phenomenal service from Steven, he made it out to our house within 20 minutes of us contacting them. He was quick and courteous and had our house back up and running in no time! Thank you Elite Rooter for the fantastic service.

Daniel was courteous on the phone and offered to do a free on-site troubleshooting first.

After the initial troubleshooting and calling to the water heater company, he was able to get a free replaced part from the manufacturer from the warranty. He then give me a very reasonable quote for the labor needed. After we agreed, he went to get the parts and replace it all right away.

Daniel's honesty, professionalism and service definitely deserves five star. I highly recommend Daniel !

Had to give CML plumbing a call after my spouse and I took it upon ourselves to fix a shower valve late at night(FAIL) after a couple frustrating hours we called, spoke to Chris around 9PM. We text him photos of the issue and he gave us quotes/options. We requested for him to just come on over on short notice which he said he was more than willing and told us his ETA. It was a great experience from start to finish even at that late hour of the night lol. We will be calling CML for future plumbing needs :) Thanks again Chris for dealing with us

I can honestly say without hesitation that I would fully recommend PAWS plumbing.  Called PAWS for a quote and they had shovels to the ground within 45 minutes of me agreeing to the repair.  Mike and Taylor did a awesome job in digging a almost 4 1/2 foot hole to find the problem and repair it so it will never happen again.   They arrived in a very clean work van with all the tools organized and clean.   Very professional and answered any questions that I had.  Job could not of gone more smoothly.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We found water leaking into our garage on a Saturday afternoon. I found Travis on yelp, called him and he was out repairing the leak that evening. He was professional and knowledgeable. We've already used him again for a different plumbing maintenance job.

This is a very good company.  The people are professional and honest and fair.  We had our faucet leaking and they replaced it,  the faucet started leaking again (because the faucet was defective) and they came out again and replaced and did not charge us.

We just bought a house and needed a variety of small jobs done.  Darell quoted us a fair price, he showed up on time looking professional, he brought all necessary tools, equipment and supplies.  He replaced old 2-prong electrical outlets, attic and crawl space vent screens including a custom built access screen and repaired a broken fan vent that was venting into the attic.  He worked all day to get the job done well!  We will be calling Darrell again for future needs.

I was satisfied with their quoted estimate price, after getting some not so fair quotes from 'other' local businesses.  So i contracted Ideal to change out my outdated electrical panel.  They were punctual and extremely well trained at this work.  
Holy Cow! Positive attitudes and hard work ethic also come with this price???!!! They even looked like they enjoy their jobs!  I was shocked how well they handled my job, which also included Stucco Repair and double checking the whole house electrical for any issues.  Your not going to get this at Loew's or Home Depot!   They (Gabe and Jr.) completed this costly and stressful work just like they promised and I am a very satisfied customer
