Best Water Purification System Repair in San Antonio TX

So many pros to list....
1) answered phone each time I called (great communication)
2) bumped me up on the waiting list a day in advance
3) job was done clean, in a timely manner and perfect.
4) I wasn't home when the service was being performed but my wife was.  The tech spoke to me over the phone and I asked my wife to take pictures of work being done.  Better yet... the tech took pictures of before and after and sent them to me from his phone.  That shows confidence and accountability and that goes a long way with me.
5) price was fair in my opinion.  I didn't get other estimates because I felt I didn't need to nor did I care to pay someone less money because of all the reasons above.

The work that took place was repairing a leak at the main valve.  This required digging about 15 inches and replacing a section of old rusted pipe with pvc and fittings.  No more leak!

If there was any con.... it would be that there's a waiting list, but if there's a waiting list for something, there's probably a good reason why.

Highly recommend.  Courteous helpful responsive knowledgeable! I agree with other reviewers that they took time to explain everything and did not try to over sell.  Very happy we found PlumbSmart!  We will certainly use again.

After our discussion, I could tell he really cares about his business and was going to discuss Customer Service with the individual involved again. I am really sorry I could not do business with this company because I feel they are a good And honest company to work with.

They have a great team and system going. I appreciate the texts they sent with instructions for covid procedures and I always appreciate it when they send a photo of the technician so I know who to expect. I have used Mauldin Plumbing twice with excellent service both times.  Once was a broken main water line in the front yard and most recently a piece of cloth accidentally went down a toilet stopping up the drainage.  Our house is lower than the sewer main in the street so we must use a grinder pump that collects all the waste water from the house and pumps it up to the sewer main.  If anything like a toy or piece of cloth gets in the pump it stops working essentially forcing you to stop using any water.  Troy and Nick responded in a timely manner and quickly protected the pump inlet from letting any foreign objects from going into the pump while using a specialized tool to explore and remove the cloth from the in-house sewer drains.  We were back in service quickly and at a very reasonable price.  I'll continue to use Mauldin Plumbing and recommend them to friends.

We are in the process of selling our home. There was a minor issue with the water pressure. Our realtor suggested S&D and we were very happy with the results. The technician (Dustin) came on time and walked me through the issue. Thankfully it was one simple valve to be replaced. He took care of it that day and worked to put the yard back as neatly as possible.

The pricing was fair and the work was done well - the issue is resolved. As well, the next day the office staff called to check up with me and be sure I was satisfied. That is a nice touch.

Definitely recommended.

I cold called these folks this morning to replace my pressure reduction valve.  Within a couple of hours, they stopped by my house, quoted me on several options, made the repairs, cleaned up the jobsite and were done.

Justin was the plumber that handled the repair.  He was prompt, professional, courteous and did not waste my time with a lot of upsale talk.
The office staff called me several times to coordinate the repair and invoicing.  They were equally professional and courteous.  
Mr. Plumber is at the top of my list for future plumbing needs.
