Best Appliance Installation in San Antonio TX
Prompt, professional, thorough, kind, knowledgeable. Literally everything we wanted in our plumber.
We purchased a new home and needed a follow up on deficient items in our inspection - water heater issues, slow drain issue, water pressure. Brad was capable of resolving and educating with regard to these issues and more.
100% recommend.

Gilbert is incredibly responsive and is happy to work with you on scheduling. He's very straightforward with what he'll need to do and how much it will cost, which is refreshing. Highly recommended!

Fantastic customer service. Honest and transparent, Noel explained the entire reason as to why our AC system wasn't functioning properly. We so appreciated the honesty and lack of pushy ness and fabrications. We'll be calling again... thank you..!

This was our first time dealing with the Greenshire Handyman service and will definitely use them again. AJ was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us on ensuring our projects would get completed as we expected. Additionally, he took the time to explain the entire scope of work and absolutely made sure we were happy with the final outcome. He even touched up some items that needed some attention. The customer service was pleasant and attentive to leaving our home as clean as possible. Great to have this business be local to us and will definitely use them again!

Recently had a hot water issue, after calling Reeh they looked at it and even with the heater being 15 years old, they attempted to replace an element.
Then decided that wouldn't work so said it needed replacing at a $1500 price. We choose to replace ourselves for $400 and they still charged $200 for basically NOTHING. A service charge is one thing but $200 is
Ridiculous! Buyer beware!!!

What can I say, we rent an old old house. I have now emailed Jeff several times for help with different problems and he's so responsive, friendly and willing to help out over email. Thunderbird are in demand because they're great, but Jeff always finds a way to fit you in.

We needed the HVAC unit to be checked because our electric bills have been escalating. They came out to the house and thoroughly took care of the problems. Excellent, knowledgeable service.

They are great! Fixed a broken bed frame, replaced a ceiling fan, balanced another ceiling fan, and fixed a blocked lightbulb socket in our oven hood!!! I will definitely call them again!!!

I have a couple of circuit breakers that trip randomly, even when there is no electrical load on them. Called John Wayne on Tuesday and scheduled a service call for two days later (Thursday). I agreed because their service fee was cheaper than anyone else's ($29). Three hours before they were supposed to come out, they called and said their technicians were on an emergency service call and wouldn't be able to come out until the following Monday (4 days later), and I agreed because they offered to waive the service fee and give me $50 off the charges. On Monday, the technician arrived one hour later than the scheduled window. After testing the amps and determining that the breakers had gone bad, the technician quoted me a price of over $700. I asked how that broke down between parts and labor, and he stated that they don't break down their quotes that way. I know the breakers are only $75 on the high end and $45 on the low end, so the labor would be assumed to be over $500 for maybe an hours worth of work. John Wayne Electrical is very over priced. Don't let them fool you with their cheap service call fee.
