Best Water Softener Installation in Saint Petersburg FL

They do not have camera services. They will still charge you $265 though they can't fix the problem and you will need to pay that to someone else.  This company apparently took over the plumber's business I had used and did not inform me of that fact.

They are eager to steal your money. I asked them to replace three broken valves under the sink. They said gave me a free estimate, and then came, and charge me for $359 just for three valves! We are the first time home buyer and never use plumbing service before and don't know the market price. After that another plumber said he will do that for just $170. The work is pretty easy if I have the tool to turn off the main valve I would do it myself. But for this company, I would never use them again.

30 minutes and they were done, we had no hot water for a couple of days, they came in and took care of it right away. they are fast, efficient, and pleasant.

I called Pro-Plumbing a few months ago and was able to talk to Chuck.  He listened to my needs and had someone come out and quoted installing our water softener and R/O System.  Work was completed in a timely manner and we were very pleased.
Fast forward a couple of  months later.  We needed  the water softener moved because one of the irrigation boxes was buried underneath it.  Landscaper had buried the boxes.  Irrigation was newly installed right before landscaping and I had no idea about the boxes, etc.  The irrigation company blamed landscaper.  Landscaper blamed plumber.  At the end of the day,  the landscaper would take no responsibility and Chuck at Pro-Plumbing Works sent a technician out free of charge to move the water softener over a bit so that it is off irrigation box.  I cannot begin to express my gratitude.  Chuck cares about his business and sincerely wants to his customers satisfied, sometimes even if it means taking care of another person's mistake!  I appreciate him stepping up and helping when the others wouldn't.  A shout out to Noah who came out and moved the water softener.  He was very professional...and kind!  Thanks so much!

We had a garbage disposal that was leaking and needed replacing. Adam came right over and replaced it in the same morning I called him. He was fast and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use Guardian Plumbing for future work.

Needed a cold water valve replaced for my new washing machine that was unable to be delivered because of the valve being rusted and corroded. They were able to come out the same day and heard all my concerns. They did exactly what I asked and were kind and courteous. They were very sweet towards my two year old son as well. Would definitely use again.

Complete ripoff and total joke. They can't justify their INSANELY Expensive rates. Every other plumbing company is 60-80% less expensive. They just slap whatever they feel like charging that customer. And let me tell you it's stupid. They don't respond to emails or return phone calls. And their finished work is very sub-par. Don't bother calling for an estimate. I included their estimate and other estimates from other company in my pictures. They also wanted to rip apart my walls which wasn't necessary at all. The company I hired was in and out in 40 minutes with no damage to my house. This is what Roman plumbing does to our elderly senior population. Other local plumbing companies and general contractors know this company is a scam. In response to the owners response, so what's your reason for the $700 difference? I provided pictures of your estimate and what other companies charge. You have a reputation of ripping off senior citizens. And a bad reputation with other local contractors. Do what you want! I won't be using you! Not a good idea to rip off people in your neighborhood because it ruins your long term relationships with local customers. Florida's notorious for shady contractors and you're one of them. The company I hired after you didn't need to go in thru the back wall like you recommended. They simply installed a new valve.

Chuck's was the best plumbing service I've used in my 25 years as a home owner with a house built in 1961... there's been quite a few.
As with all almost all plumping problems, I need one to magically appear the instant my kitchen sink backed up, this was close.
         When I called I was greeted professionally but warmly, which is always a good sign. Unlike most other services I've used, they were able to give me a same-day appointment between 3 and 5pm. I received a call from Chuck's around 2pm saying that Cleveland Alexander would be on his way, and that I'd been sent an email with his picture and confirmation of a background check, so I'd know whom to expect. This was the first time I'd had a business provide this for a tradesmen and I wasn't sure it was necessary but I have to admit it made his arrival more comfortable, what a great idea!
         When Cleveland arrived he was great. He was friendly and professional and it quickly became clear that he really knew what he was doing. He was old-school. He explained ahead of time what the problem was and exactly what my costs would be. He took care of the problem in record time and then was very thorough in explaining what he had done to correct my issue and what my warranty would be for his work.
         I will only use Chuck's in the future!

JJ installed a new water heater, ran a new water line to the fridge, installed new faucets and repaired toilets. His work was professional, the costs were reasonable, he arrived on time and finished on time. It was a great experience overall, and I would not hesitate to use Merit Plumbing for all future plumbing needs!

The technicians are great but the office staff is horrible! It's like an episode of mean girls. They sound like snotty 20 year olds. Huge bummer having to deal with them and good luck reaching a manager. They refused to let me speak to one. I will never call back.
