I won't use any other plumber. They are always fast, fair and keep you updated on when they are arriving. If you have an emergency like when I had to turn the water off to my house, they will do everything they can to get someone over to you. Nice family owned business.

Called in make a non emergency service appointment. Was told a two hour window, did not happen. Was given a later two hour window, did not happen. Was given a time and finally showed up 45 minutes after said time. Sent a camera down the line. Screen was about 4 inches wide and scratched so badly I could really see nothing. Tech said I had three options. First to run liner at appox 20K, second to run new line from foundation to street because of roots, 5K and then third to hydrojet systen at 2K. I called another company. They had a camera with a 12 inch screen clear as day. No roots! Did see a pair of ladies leak proof undies in the line and removed them. System works fine. My mother-in-law will not do this again.

Aaron is very knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable. We had a number of plumbing issues pop up on a house inspection that he fixed quickly and for a very reasonable price. I am very pleased with his work and look forward to continuing to work with him for other projects. HIGHLY recommend!

What a great company!  I had a leaky toilet and a leaky shower.  Steve from HIP came out the day after I posted a request for service on Yelp.  He showed up on time and did the work efficiently in a couple hours.  He explained my options and the reasons for the toilet and shower leaks.  I could not be more pleased with H.I.P.'s and Steve's service!

Curt from Curtis Plumbing is fantastic. He's responsive, hard working and honest - and fixed the issues we had quickly.  I would definitely use him again if the need arose.

From the time I requested a quote, In less than 5 minutes Jared reached out saying to give him a ring because he was available.  He arrived with a mask on and shoe coverings for when he came in the house. He was over in less than 20 minutes after a little bit of information. Two toilets and two sinks not draining and he explained exactly what he would have to do. Job total time probably just about an hour IF that. He even cleaned up the bathrooms. Super efficient and professional. Cannot say enough good things. Will definitely be saving their contact information for ourself and referrals! Thanks again!

Right away we could tell the experience with Tampa Bay Plumbing was going to be great. First contact with calling them, they were so helpful and informative and offered availability within 24 hours - we weren't going to be home for a couple of days so we scheduled it 2 days out. We had received a call the day before our appointment letting us know there were morning appointments available if we were interested to have someone come out sooner, which we thought was great service! We kept our original time and first thing in the morning we got a call from the plumber Anthony, giving us his ETA. He was punctual, friendly and positive and confirmed what we needed checked. Our garbage disposal had completely stopped working and had to be replaced. He wasn't pushy about the estimate  and replacement and he gave us time to decide if we would proceed. We approved the estimate and he got to work immediately- he was in and out within 45 minutes. Additionally, Anthony had come back within two minutes of leaving just to double check he didn't leave any mess or wet surfaces - he hadn't, but it was very nice to see he wanted to ensure the quality of his service.

Super friendly staff that answers the phone and Anthony was punctual, very friendly, communicative and fast! We will be using this company for future plumbing needs again. Highly Recommend!

Called to arrange for their advertised $49 a/c tune up. Appnt scheduled for 4/12 between 12-6. At around 3:00 they called and said Tech couldn't get there today and rescheduled for Sun. 8-12. Sun. at around 11:00 they call and say tech will be there in 1 - 1/12 hours. Two hours go by...no tech. I call and was told Tech is on his first job and I'm next. I informed him that I got a text yesterday telling me tech would be here at 8:00 am, so I assumed I was the first job. I waited and finally a little after 3:00 Tech shows up (different than the tech they emailed earlier). I told him this would be a quick visit as this was just a tune up & cleaning. He said that the tune up just means they inspect everything and then make recommendations for what needs to be done, including if cleaning should be done, and then provide estimates. I told him that although I didn't blame him, I believe this was deceitul on the part of Red Cap, and they should have explained that to me when I first called requesting tune up & clean using the $49 coupon. I wasted two entire days, only to learn that Red Cap uses a bait & switch tactic. They will NEVER have the opportunity to disappoint me again!!

Evan was at our condo on time.   Only a few hours after I sent a request for help.   He was very polite and explained everything to me.   He practiced social distancing.   Problem solved!   We will contact NLP in the future with any issues we have!

Do Not Use! I had a back up in January they came out and snaked it. Charged $800. The guy tore my TP holder from the wall-didn't bother mentioning it to me. I called the office and they did send someone out to fix.
Had another issue in August so I called them again. They came out and started snaking. Was told a camera was needed to be done at a cost of $2500. I agreed not knowing I was being taken for a ride. Was told they jetted it to clean out sewer due to roots from palm tree.  They were here all day ruined my rug and was told I needed my sewer line replaced. (10 feet of it)  bid was $4650 from them.
I have since called 6 other companies with master plumbers. Each were substantially cheaper then Mr Rooter. Snaking would have been $150-200.
Camera with jetting $500-$700.
Replacement of sewer pipe $1000-3000 depending on how much needed replaced.

In the end I used Continental Plumbing.  Mr Webster was to the point and knowledgable. He is a local to Tampa so he understands the laws and what is needed here. My end charge for sewer replacement was $800.

Please do not use Mr Rooter. It is very sad to see how much I was taken advantage of.

Best service ever from Joe Palacius of Energy Today. He was thorough, very knowledgeable, and helped us to decide on the service plan that best meets our needs.  So glad we switched from the prior company.  Would highly recommend this company to service/maintain your system and will be requesting Joe for the next service visit!

This place is a complete fraud scam. Please don't make the mistake I made and spend 10 cents with this company. They will lie and cheat and steal any money you will pay them. I spent over $15,000 for a Trane Unit and two mini splits and they all broke within the first year and I've had nothing but problems ever since. They don't have any amount of integrity and do not stand by their made up warranties so do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but this place!

I need a contractor for several jobs.  I gave this group of clowns a small job; to install a safety handrail in the pool.  Seemed simple.  
They sent one worker and 1 supervisor; a manager named Bobby.  The manager did not much; mostly watched the poor guy work in the heat.
When they finished and it dried, it was very loose.  I called them back, they said oh, yes, it is loose.  So they re-did it.  I let it set overnight (they said it would be good in 20 min).  It was worse.  Very unsafe.  Very poor workmanship.  I brought them back to show them (a 3rd time) and they offered to fix it, but I told them to go away.  I believe in second changes, but if you can't figure it out in 2 tries; you probably won't.  I asked for my money back. They said no.  They do not stand by their work.  They lie about their abilities and they do not get the job done.  I suggest to avoid BMD.  They created a serious safety problem with the rail and they do not have the ability to do the work....and what they did was sloppy.
YOU SAID YOU OFFERED TO FIX IT. Liar. Yes, you came out a second time and fixed it.  It was worse.  Why would I have you out a 3rd time?  I asked for a full refund, but would accept a refund on the labor. Nothing from you,  i had a real professional out to fix it.  He said you used the wrong cement and did not even have a brace on one pole insert.  He said whoever installed this did not know what they were doing.  You caused a dangerous situation.  You lie and are unprofessional and unskilled.  To anyone: Use these amateurs at your own risk.
