Best Drain Installation in Saint Petersburg FL

I went through Home Depot to get my flooring and during the project they needed to seal my concrete slab because of some moisture. They did a horrible job then tried to say it was my fault because there is a leak in my pipes which I didn't believe. I knew they just did a bad job.
Dave the Leak Guy came by and did a thorough job testing my pipe system and discovered I had zero leak issues. This guy was knowledgeable and experienced as well as friendly and respectful. He knew his stuff and it sure showed. If you have any leak concerns call this company and get Dave the Leak Guy out there to figure it out. You won't be disappointed.

Andy and his guys are just wonderful!!  I bought an older Mobile Home as a Winter Getaway.  Little did I know all of the plumbing issues I would have. Andy jack-hammered the concrete, replaced a clogged clean-out from 50 years ago, installed new plumbing and re-concreted the area.  After that he replaced some flooring as he installed new toilets.  We had a new kitchen installed and he will be back today to hook up the kitchen plumbing.

I am a renter, and my landlord has some rules I have to follow.  My bathroom sink started to leak, and according to the lease, I needed someone to come and identify the problem and repair it.   I went to Yelp to find who was recommended and put out a request for a quote.  The company I expected to provide a quote never got back to me - but Prendi Plumbing was quick with a quote, I provided photos, and they updated the quote.  They managed to come into my house and make the repair while I was at work - and managed to fix everything so that it was better than when I first signed my lease a year ago.

I would gladly recommend Prendi Plumbing and would hire them again if I needed more plumbing repairs around the house.

I had a big problem with an unscrupulous contractor and Formula Plumbing came to my aid not once but twice in 2 days - They came quickly and were so kind

I had a main line from the county leaking into my soil and turning it into a mud pit.  I made the repairs myself, but when the water was turned on I found a new problem, a coupling further down line that had never been glued and broke.  After 2 days of sweating I called and Tim who hooked me up with his technician Stacey.  Showed up within a few hours.  He was honest and said that my prior work looked great and I could complete the job myself.  Being wore out, I had him complete the work.  Thirty minutes the job was done and I paid a reasonable price.  Great experience,  I would use them again in a second.

Clayton and Michael from Bella plumbing built a new sewer for my residence a day before the threatening hurricane Ian  .  They promised me they would finish it in a-day and they delivered. Their work ethics are superb as well as their workmanship.   Problems with fencing?  They come up with a plan & solution on how to get onto your property and get the work done. They are fair to the client and they're fair to themselves . Will not gouge you like other companies.   I highly recommend them. I asked them if they were sure about the price,  I wanted to pay them more!

On Jan. 25th I had a long list of plumbing jobs that weren't urgent, but then got a water leak in outside wall that raised my water bill $150. last month so  called 6 plumbers that had been recommended.

My List:
1. I had a leak in the outside bathroom wall that raised my water bill $150. Also needed old piping from water softener removed in same spot and replaced with a new bib and add a main shutoff to the house.
2. I wanted the angle stops in all 3 toilets replaced, and a sink check and recommendation.
3. I needed the hot and cold faucet handles rebuilt in a shower stall as they were corroded and both leaked when turned on.
4. I needed to have my kitchen faucet replaced (I had the new one).

So I call 6 plumbers.
1. Never showed up for appointment, no call.
2. Spent 30 minutes of my time looking at everything and advised me to get leak detection company out because he thought leak was under the slab, not in the wall. Said he would send me an estimate the next day and I never heard from him again (today is a week).
3. Wanted me to pay $120.00 to have someone come out to give me an estimate.
4. Gave me an estimate of more than double of the one other estimate I was given and also told me I could not rebuild the hot and cold as it was not code, it needed to be replaced with a single handle set-up. Also stated he might have to make a large hole in outside wall and I would have to have it fixed by a handyman.
5. Left message, no one called back.
6. I left a voice mail and he quickly responded. He gave me a price and said he could come Feb. 4th as he was booked until then. I agreed.

And wouldn't you know...last Sunday my kitchen sink clogged. I'm a bit of a do-it-yourselfer so when I ran out of cutlery and dishes I took the drain apart and found nothing, then filled sink and plunged about a hundred times and discovered I was just pushing all the water into the dishwasher discharge hose. lol. I gave up.
I called plumber #6 and told him to add snaking my pipe from the roof to the road to my list of jobs.
And after checking all of them, he recommended also changing two sink angle stops and I agreed.

My total cost was less than $1000.00 and he only made about a 5 hole in my outside wall (easily repaired).

Very prompt and professional. The estimate was right on the money. Had a quote to replace a faucet on my kitchen sink for over $390. Jones and Sons did for about half that. Will definitely use them again. Responded in 1 day.

I feel so fortunate to have had this company recommended to me. Ive had issues with my cast iron lines for 1.5 years and have had MANY different plumbers come to my house do the bare minimum and have back up the following day and try tell me that they dont guarantee their work. $ 500-1000 each time is just beyond ridiculous for such a company to not try to make things right to a paying customer...

Robbie and Chuck were my service men, THEY WERE AMAZING!!! Ive never had guys that genuinely cared for the way I had been living with my plumbing issues.I went over a month that I could not shower, could not use the bathrooms and had to start using plastic utensils in fear that the water back ups which occurred so rapidly with water use, would continue to cause damage in my house and come up dirty.

Both gentlemen were clean with their work and informative. Worked very efficiently together and went the extra mile for me. This was my 2nd Hydro-jetting done in less than 2 months. Robbie snaked my lines from ALL access points, did a Pre-wash then ran a camera to see my lines conditions. My graduated was extended when I saw them Hydro-Jetting from every line and not just my main line (like the last company)...even my roof stack vent!  I was even provided with the videos taken from each line.
All my lines had so much built up and are in bad condition that im sure that was the reason I kept having issues- minimal work from past companies to have them keep coming out...WHICH DOES NOT build life long customers! Tampa Bay Plumbing has a life long customer with me and as a Realtor I WILL CONTINUE  to recommend to my associates and clients to call TB Plumbing!!!! This construction industry is hard to find great services. Take my word Robbie and Chuck will earn your trust in their work. Thank you guys soooooo much!

Aaron came to the rescue as I needed my door jam and frame was in need of repair. His responsiveness to my needs was quick compared to others in the market. His rate is pretty competitive and gave multiple options to stay within budget. Highly recommend! Thank you

Of course my drain clogs on a Friday.
I called a couple of other plumbers and they couldn't get here until next week.
I called the Home Team and they had someone out within a couple hours.
JT knew exactly what to do. He explained everything in detail and did the job quickly and very efficient. He was great! I will definitely call this company again and only JT will do!!

This company runs a bait and switch scheme and they charge over 700% more than their competitors.  They refuse to give a price for services prior to them coming to your home.  They will inform you that they charge $70 for a service fee, which seems reasonable, but it's not.  They sent a technician to our home to hook up a gas dryer and a gas grill.  The technician poked around our laundry room for a few minutes and gave us an estimate of $700.00 to hook up the dryer and refused to touch the grill.  We inquired why it was so much to literally plug in a dryer (we already had gas running to the stove and water heater in our home) and he said it was because we did not have the necessary parts.  Without parts, they wanted $500 for service.  Refusing to pay such an outrageous price, we asked the tech to leave, but he refused to leave without payment of the $70 service fee.  Upset, we called the office and asked for a refund but we were told that we could look into TECO's online rebates and then have the service completed and they would apply the $70 to the cost of that service.  The online rebates were for new TECO customers to have gas service turned on.   We did not qualify because we already had the gas.  I called Lapensee Plumbing and asked them how much it would be to hook up the dryer and grill and they quoted us, over the phone with no issue, $98.00.  She also said that our contractor just called her a few minutes before inquiring about hook ups at our address.  (It had to be Plumbing Express calling in doubt of their own prices!)  I mentioned the $500-$700 fee and she literally lost her breath and was speechless for a few moments before telling us we were getting scammed.  Bad.  Giving them the benefit of the doubt and thinking maybe there was some confusion about what we wanted done, I called and I spoke with Scott, the manager about a refund and he explained the job would take the most experienced tech at least a couple hours and they needed special parts for my steam dryer and they wanted to do several inspections.  I explained it was a new build and had just been inspected by another gas plumber just a few days prior upon hooking up the stove and water heater.  He then quoted me $250, if we purchased our own parts (a dryer vent).  I inquired why the price kept jumping and he couldn't give me a straight answer.  Lapensee, who is also a TECO recommended contractor, came out and hooked up our washer and our steam dryer, and provided a part to hook up the grill and was in our home for less than 15 minutes.  We paid $98.00.  I called Express requesting a refund of the $70 service fee, but they refused and continue to stand by their outrageous pricing.  They lied about the parts we needed, lied about the time it would take for service, and tried to charge us $700.00 for a $98.00 service, then had their management staff back it all up.  We are currently filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and notifying TECO of the incident.

Contacted them and they came out the next day which was great. Ethan was a very nice young guy who did excellent work. I had him replace an old, which also turned out to be rusted, two handle faucet with a nice single handle chrome faucet with a 10 inch plate both of which I already had.  .
I was happy with the quick response, the quality of the work, and the tech they sent - Ethan.
I was lukewarm with the price. I paid for the same thing early this year using Richards Plumbing in my prior home and it was $120 less.  I know gas prices and expenses are up which is why I went  with it.  
Otherwise service was a 5. I'd give them 4 1/2 stars if Yelp would let me !  

Bottom line if you need a good plumber you wouldn't go wrong with these guys.

there were very helpful and the girl on the phone was respectful while scheduling for a tech to come out. They came out the same day for my running toilet and got it fixed right away. I would use them again if I need any more plumbing problems fixed!

I was referred to Antone's by a good friend of mine.  He was very happy with their work.  On my first call I left a voicemail, which was promptly returned by Tony.  We setup a time for an estimate to run the natural gas lines for a home standby generator.  Tony showed up on time and provided me with a very fair quote within the timeframe he specified.  We then scheduled a time for the work to be performed.  Tony contacted me several days ahead of time and indicated that he needed to reschedule to a day later due to a current job requiring additional time.  I appreciated both the call to let me know and the commitment to completing the job that had already been started.  On the day of the install, Tony showed up as scheduled and performed the rough-in work.  Once the inspection was completed, Tony promptly returned to perform the final connections.  I was very pleased with the job performed by Tony and Antone's Plumbing.  They are old-school in that they say what they will do and do what they say.  These guys are legit!

Sorry to give a bad rating but this company is sold and the new company didn't explain that to me. Performance Air-conditioning took over and didn't explain that at all. Their tech only tried to sell a membership, a new unit while the existing unit is from 2014 and with the new code requirements. I couldn't get an estimate until the work would be finished. Just be aware that a low service fee can come with a high price but I didn't let them do the work and wait for the regular companies that we work with on a regular base.
