This company is top notch as I own 5 rentals and will use him every time I hav a plumbing issue. On time all the time clean area when he leaves after job and let's you know everything about what he is doing and will always be honest and forthwith about any plumbing issue that needs to addressed. Another great job! Ben White did a superior job getting our kitchen sink hooked up again, installed a garbage disposal and a new dishwasher. Ben is courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We will continue use Ben and Tampa Bay Plumbers!

   Your response was well thought out and equally as well said.  With that being said, I am a state licensed electrical contractor who has operated a business in Pasco county for the past 35 years. I know all about safety, training, liability insurance, workers comp insurance and everything else you mentioned. Even with all of that, I would be ashamed to charge the prices you charge. I have made a very nice living for myself and family charging reasonable rates. Shame on you for attempting to diffuse the situation with the lame excuses

The communication was great.  I had a time sensitive issue with a very picky insurance company.  Chris Reid- the plumbing technician was very responsive to me and accommodating with what the insurance on their specific requests. Hands down the best AC company I've ever dealt with! I found them online 3 years ago and since then they've taken care of all our HVAC needs. This is a family owned business with strong values and an amazing service. Great prices and prompt responses. I recommend it to everyone!
