Very impressed with how fast I was able to get help. The quality of service was also great. I love supporting small, local businesses and it feels great that I now have a go-to plumber! My garbage disposal was leaking all over and I was able to get help fast.

Legend Services installed a new Day & Night brand furnace in our home today.  Their service was thoroughly knowledgeable and professional from initial visit to assess the situation, to their estimate, and the actual installation.  They arrived on time, completed the work very neatly in just a few hours, and cleaned up spotlessly when they were done.  I would highly recommend this company for heating, A/C and plumbing work.  Truly one of the most professional service providers with whom I've worked in the 29 years that I've owned the home.  Thanks for an excellent job!

The first company I'd hired to clean my main line had told me it was blocked and likely damaged, and that I'd need to get it excavated (under the street, aka $$$). I saw enough positive anecdotes about Cardinal that I hired them for a second cleanout attempt, and it turned out the solid blockage that the first guy couldn't get past was just a ton of tree roots. Lee and Jackie got my line completely cleaned out in just under two hours, showed me Lee's progress on the camera as he went along, and confirmed my pipes are actually in totally fine condition. Lee draws on decades of experience without phoning it in; he didn't waste a moment of the time I was billed for. Morals of the story: 1, get a sewer inspection *before* you buy a 120-year-old house, whether your realtor thinks it's necessary or not; 2, sand/silt in your line *can* be a sign of breakage but can also just be evidence of tree root infiltration; and 3, call Cardinal for thorough and efficient cleaning.

The professionalism and knowledge of Metro Heating and Cooling's company is outstanding. Having someone who knows exactly what they're talking about puts your mind at ease.. Our tech, John, was great. He was easy to talk to, explained things in detail and made us feel comfortable in what was going on. We will recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services in the future.

He was very easy to work with. I was able to schedule service online. I was provided with a quote up front, which was based on service performed rather than hourly. He was able to do the work very soon and on a weekend. He showed up on time, was respectful of my home, and did a great job.

Actual installation process of new HVAC system was fine. However, he was supposed to submit a $450 rebate for us- never did or said he did and maybe used the wrong number. I have now reached out to him in every way possible with no response. My texts to him make it seem that he has blocked me. So that sucks. Michael, if you see this, all I need is the info for you so I can submit it myself and get the $450 back that is owed to me based on our agreement, what I paid and what you said you would take care of.

Totally unprofessional to ghost people like this.

Excellent !!   I called several places late afternoon and these guys were still able to come out that day. Rob came and did an excellent job. Courteous, professional and efficient, what more can you ask for. They were also cheaper by far from the four other places I called. Rob went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier, I will definitely be using American Sewer again, and would say to you don't waste your time,  just call these guys.

Received a competitive quote in a timely manner. Working with them was really easy and they definitely went above and beyond. Very respectful and cleaned up after themselves which was great! Definitely would recommend working with them.

Unable to shower or use toilet.  Called at 7:23 am, and within an HOUR on the SAME DAY I CALLED, Phil (Super Plumber!!) was here.  I was quoted a price, and charged the amount quoted.  Plus I got a 6 month guarantee - if I'm plugged again within 6 months, gratis service.  Phil was knowledgeable, friendly, and polite.  I would call them again in a heartbeat!  Don't even waste your time calling anyone else.  

PS, I used my daughter's YELP account, I actually live in Minnetonka (she's visiting from Berkeley, CA).

Great job installing new faucet and drain opener in bathroom. They also put in new shutoff valves which were not present. Travis and Eric also cleaned sediment from the water lines. We have an old house and so much of this had been deferred for many years. Nice people. Prompt. Fair price. Great job!

Very friendly and fast service. He knew exactly what was going on with the AC. He was the best!! Highly recommend!!

So, when your hot water heater decides to crap out on you, unless you like cold showers and the green apple quick step that cold washed dishes usually brings, you gotta move. Called Home Depot because of their same day installation promise.  While due to weather and the impending New Year's holiday it ended up taking two days, they sent RC out to my house today and he installed it so quickly I was convinced he had just painted my old one while I wasn't looking. The install price, even with whatever Home Depot takes as a cut, was very good. I had two requirements for the job.  Don't blow up my house, and make my water hot again.  It's only been two hours since he left, but so far RC is two for two. Doing such great work on the final day of the year, he deserves a fat raise and the employee of the month award.

I spoke with Jermiah. I also spoke with Keith. The person that came to my house was named Luke. I explained the problem and he wanted to try the motorized snake. It didn't work. The clog was too deep. Luke was in over his head, he called Keith a few times while he was at my place. He wanted to see were my home connected to the main sewer line (we live in a mobile home) It is underneath and I showed him. He very obviously balked at what needed to be done. I asked if their company had a jetter. He called Keith again (or at least pretended to) And then told me Keith would be out with a jetter later that night. He also told me I would have to pay more he said ridiculously expensive. I told him I don't care how much it costs this has to get done now. So again he tells me Keith will be out but it might be very late. I asked for Keith's number and he told me it was against company policy for him to give me the number (even though I already had the number because Keith had called me a couple times earlier in the week.) He then wanted to settle up with me and I said I would pay when the job was finished. He said something about having 2 invoices because it will be 2 jobs. He only charged me $115 for the service call. He did not charge me for the snaking or his time. 2 hours after he left I called Keith and asked him if he was coming with a jetter. Keith said -I don't know what you're talking about, I don't have a jetter, our jetter is in the shop, I got 2 more jobs tonight and I'm going home.- The bottom line is, I paid somebody $115 to rip my toilet off, he didn't even re-install it. Then they abandoned the job.

The WHOLE time, this plumber told me about how juicy his pear was. He told me it was ripe and other inappropriate things. It disgusted me and my 37 year old son who lives in my basement. He told me the plumber was fruity. I guess that explains why he likes pears. He left me in a state of confusion

If you are looking to be scammed by Pedro at Do It Right Plumbing this is the place for you! You get to pay $89 for him to come out to tell you what is wrong and then give you an outrageous quote and not be able to break down to costs. But wait, there's more... if you decide not to use Pedro, he will kindly call the Hopkins inspector and report you for not having plumbing up to code. Basically, a childless vindictive move that was NOT taken well by the inspector! In fact, it turns out that Pedro and Do It Right Plumbing engages is phone solicitation to scam people to their company. I actually called a different company and got redirected to his. Total Scam DO NOT USE PEDRO TOTAL SCAM!!!

Rating this as neutral because they never showed up to give me an estimate on work to be done. They were recommended by Angi and called Monday night after I picked an appointment time and confirmed time that friday between 1-4. Day of the appointment they called at 8:15 to see if they could come within an hour. I was at work so that wouldn't work. I got home early and called them at 10:30 to say I was home and ready. They called back at 2:30 and said the technician was running late and it was going to be after 4 but not sure exactly when he was going to be there. At 4:10 I called back to get an update on the time of arrival and was transferred to dispatch who didn't answer so I l called back and canceled. Feel like I dodged a bullet after reading the crummy service this company provides.

Got a furnace tune-up thru Groupon. Tried to tell me my heat exchanger was cracked and they shut off my heat (and didn't tune it up). Tried to sell me $3,000+ repair.

Had gas company (Reliant/Minnegasco) out next day and they told me it was B.S., couldn't believe that Genz-Ryan would have said that. He showed me how it was impossible that Genz even checked it properly. After a thorough/proper check, Reliant determined ZERO cracking and saved me $3,000 and I had my heat and peace of mind back.

Be careful of Genz.
