Best Water Heater Repair in Saint Paul MN

I purchased a investment property with a great view of the Mississippi River valley. After the purchase realized quickly I had my work cut out for me, everything that could be wrong with a 140 yr house was seriously in need of repair. Contacted Mark for complete plumbing replacement. He got me a very competitive quote quickly, we agreed and he went to work. We worked through many challenges along the way but he stuck to his quote and finished the job to perfection. I have only one regret, that I have no more plumbing needs at the present time but when I do I will call Mark without hesitation!!! Thank you Focus Plumbing:)

Both times, he was very professional, polite and helped me understand the cause of the issues and ways to improve our plumbing. Roman has very competitive pricing and will go beyond to do the job the right way and not take advantage of clients that do not understand plumbing. Great service and great quality of work!

We had Legend Services do all of the plumbing and heating work with finishing our basement and it came out great. They were on time, very friendly. Left no mess behind, professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

As a repeat customer of Keith Nelson Plumbing I was amazed at his memory of not just the dynamics of the house and the plumbing set up, as well as the area of town and neighborhood but, the restrictions of timing to get work done at this household.  I sent a few photos of the crisis we were in this time and within minutes he was on the phone with me with directions to get me out of crisis mode!!  This solution worked perfectly as it did not effect any of the service to the rest of the house and I could go into cleanup mode.  But, this is not the end of my story.  Keith assured me he had an errand to run a short time from when we were done on the phone and he would be happy to stop on by to check to make sure we were secure in our situation.  True to his word, he stopped by about an hour later to look it over.  Our problem stemmed from an add on system that was installed many years previous and was no longer being used.  He offered to take it all out, on the spot, if I wanted, so we would never have to worry about problems with this again. Money well spent for peace of mind!!  Thank you Keith for your dedication and care to your customers!

I had a minor plumbing emergency last night, and called Hessian Plumbing first thing this morning. They were able to fit me in and made the needed repair! Wonderfully quick response!!

I has 3 separate plumbers bid on a laundry room replumb: remove old concrete sink and get rid of unused old lines and vents, new sink, new gas lines, new waste and fresh lines. Move dryer vent and bring floor drain up to code. These guys did great work, left the area neat with nice details like securing my ac hose and running it out of site. And all this for a great price and frankly it was done...DONE before the other two even submitted their bids. Will call first next time

I have mixed feelings about Ike's, the gentleman we've had to our house twice was more than kind, professional, and explained everything that he was doing. However, he didn't really get to the route of our issue and when we notified them they were a less than professional with us.

Brian was the service guy and fixed my water heater. Turns out the issue was a dirty gas line to the heater that he cleaned out, I never would've figured that out! That night my furnace stopped working. They came right out next morning and it was coincidentally a dirty flame sensor that he cleaned for no charge. I will definitely use them again for maintenance or repairs.

$550 to install a kitchen faucet that I supplied! And according to Tom the smooth talking plumbing manager that was the heavily discounted price. I would warn against anyone considering using Muska. For any of their services.

Owner is racist. Emailed for estimates and replied w/ racist comments. Horrible person. Chow kung fu

They went to my parents house who are in their late 80's to fix a leaking shut off valve on the toilet and replaced some of  the parts in the tank and was charged $400.00 and were told a new toilet would be $700.00.  I think it is awful to take advantage of the elderly!     Extremely overpriced!!

Don't buy a Club Membership. They will drag their feet about cancelling and then not refund fee.
I had them out to check furnace and they didn't do any testing just said I should replace the furnace and tried to sell me one. Had furnace tested 3 days later by HomeService Plus and furnace checked out fine.
I also asked them to price out replacing a bath fan and they came up with $1,100. I did that myself the next day for $51.
VERY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! BEWARE!!!

We recently called them to do a simple job - update the gas shut off valves on our water heaters (for a duplex rental property).  In order for him to do his job, he had to turn off the gas (main valve on the exterior of the property) going into the house. When the service plumber - Pedro Berrios - left, our water heater wasn't functioning and our gas furnace was off.  We had to manually turn our water heaters on ourselves and our gas furnace is now no longer functioning (as a result of it being off for several hours).  He informed me this was all a coincidence and it had nothing to do with him.  Unless you want to spend more money, do not call this company - all they do is cause more problems.
