Our washing machine began flooding while draining.  Nick, the plumber, came out and fixed it right up.  Apparently, some of the pipes were run wrong under the house, causing them to back up.  He was fast and polite.  The staff on the phones were friendly and helpful.  The cost was as expected for the work they needed to do.

Christian is a professional and efficient contractor. He came to Chesterfield for a job within a week of me calling. He was prompt, thorough, and very fair with pricing. Not to mention how pleasant he was to work with. I am always timid on hiring people for jobs in my new home, but I'll be recommending him to all of my neighbors and friends. If you want someone who is organized, aware of his working environment and keeps his work space clean, professional, and efficient you should call him! I wish I found him sooner!

Did a great job with my new Gaslines years ago. Since that they have done other repairs and if they needed to correct anything they sent people back to make it right. For me with my duct to chimney, and repair to toilet after a year. Thank you for following up with me Mark.

$9,000 water leak. Are you kidding me? We had an under ground water leak and needed help quick so we called Tiger. A man shows up and quotes me $9,000 to fix it and says I have to pay him before they start work. We negotiated for awhile and the price came down to about $6,000. Still ...way to much money.
The next day I called another plumber to come out and give me an estimate. He quoted me $750. Yes... $750. NOT $9,000.... He did the job and was gone in less than one day and gave me a one year warrantee.

TIGER was going to overcharge me $8,250. SHAME on you TIGER... SHAME on you.

I needed corroded valves replaced for my washing machine on a Sunday for a job I started myself but could not complete. H&L came out that evening and had the job finished and cleaned up in under an hour. Will call again for future projects.
