Best Appliance Repair in Saint Louis MO
Our old dishwasher finally fumbled its way through its last load and we were excited about the new one we purchased from the big box store. Everything was going so well... found a great deal, was able to get delivery on that weekend, and even had the first appointment of the day! And then they tried to install it. Seems this MCM home had pipes placed for a simpler time, when dishwashers were smaller, and took up less space. So there it sat, a bright, shiny new dishwasher, while 2 copper pipes blocked its way, mockingly. Enter Christian... this guy is amazing! Not only did he get back to me ASAP, before his son's birthday party, no less, but he explained what it might entail and scheduled himself to come out early the next day. When he arrived, right on time, he assessed the situation, talked me through what he was going to do, and knocked it out with ease. AND THEN HE WENT AHEAD AND INSTALLED THE DISHWASHER! Super nice guy and a total pro. If anything comes up at our house, I'm calling Christian first (seriously, I was trying to think of anything else I may need in the coming months.) I know this may seem overly glowing, but I was that happy with his work.

I usually only make the time to give positive reviews. I hate to make an exception for this but I'm still in shock with being told to go elsewhere since I'm not a premium member (even though I inquired and no one got back to me. I fortunately found much better service at a much better price and will be buying a whole new system with the company willing to make the small amount of effort to assist me.

I found the pricing to. Be a little high but the service was excellent and they made an extra effort to ensure customer satisfaction.

Not sure who they pay for all the glowing google reviews but check the BBB and you will find the true answer. I didn't even hire these guys but am stuck with them none the less because we purchased a home that had a plumbing problem 2 days before closing. So here we are 5 wks after getting in the home and still unable to use my gorgeous new bathtub because I'm waiting on parts. First was only told supply lines, now Im told it's specialty valves for my clawfoot tub, which is not clawfoot btw.
Anyway, several calls back amd forth and I keep hearing, we expect the part possibly tomorrow, but maybe in another week. Ummm what? I've heard that TWICE now. So what is it, the part will be here in the next few days or maybe not, we really don't know. Steer clear! These hige companies like this spend a fortune on their fancy trucks amd advertising and end up charging exorbitant prices. I was fooled by a company like this is oregon as well, but this time I don't have much of a choice, since the previous owners chose these yahoos.
I was called Thursday, yes and told you expected the parts maybe tomorrow ( would have been friday) but that you still weren't sure. I'm not sure who you called friday, but it was NOT me. Of course it's no-cost work, since the previous owners paid $500 for you to stop a leak and order new valves and supply lines.
