My water never seemed to be adequately hot, and then after showering in cold water one morning I realized something was wrong with my water heater. I had guests from out of town and knew I needed help fast. I called Emergency Water Heater and Plumbing and was shocked when Mohammed was at my home within 45 minutes - as I expected to wait days for help. He told me I needed a new water heater, explained why, gave me the price and then agreed to come back later in the day to install a new one, as my company and I were headed out for the day. He arrived on time, and made the installation. There was no mess and he was professional, courteous and friendly. Mohammed operates his business the way you wish all businesses were run and I highly recommend him.

I am happy to write another excellent review for Plumbing Care Inc.  We have had several plumbing issues at our house over the past few years and each time Plumbing Care came out and did a great job resolving the issue.  

Last week Thursday morning, I noticed a wet spot in our garage ceiling.  The wet spot was located underneath our second floor bathroom.  Concerned about impending water damage, I immediately called Plumbing Care Inc.  They were able to send out two technicians immediately - which was fantastic.  The technicians were Keith Cormier and Joey Kemp.  Keith and Joey were consummate professionals, very friendly, and very courteous.  Keith did an excellent detective job quickly determining the cause of the leak - it was a leaky shower valve cartridge.  Keith and Joey were able to replace the valve in a very timely fashion.

I thought the leak would take the whole day to resolve, but Keith and Joey were done before lunch.

I am very pleased with the service form Plumbing Care Inc.  Keith and Joey were a pleasure to work with.  I highly recommend Plumbing Care Inc.
