Chad and Justin were fabulous. They were, on-time, on budget, professional and skillfully assembled my in-wall doggie door. There was a complicated part involving some cutting and molding of sheet metal and as you can see it came together perfectly... no gaps or holes and fully caulked. I'll hire them again!

Response time was quick and our attic water leak was repaired in a timely matter thus preventing further ceiling damage.

There are not enough words to express how thankful we are to have worked with Joedy and his crew at JAZ Developments. We had a major leak in our home that resulted in needing not one, but two bathroom remodels, as well as a ceiling in desperate need of repair. He was a tireless advocate for us with the insurance company, documenting every last issue to ensure we would end up with a budget that reflected the repairs needed. From there, we worked collaboratively, Joedy with his calm, insightful, and thoughtful suggestions to stretch the budget, and me with a design plan that asked an awful lot. But JAZ Developments delivered. The process was as smooth as possible given we were doing major remodeling, and I arrived home every day to a house that was clean, cared for, and progressing! In a little over two months we were back in order and our bathrooms have never been more beautiful.
And additional and equally important note, the team that works for Joedy is awesome! Ricardo, the site foreman, is exceptional, and the other members of his team are just as terrific. We have two young children and not once did I ever hear an off-color word or cursing. They were respectful, thoughtful, and generous, going to far as to let our dog out to play and even bringing him a bone. Who does that these days?!
I can't sing JAZ Development's praises high enough. They are an exceptional team and I couldn't be happier with the work they did for us.

Paul was very professional and courteous. I had him install a kitchen facet and a fire alarm unit. He finished both tasks in an hour and charged me a very reasonable price.

Received a quote very quickly, good responsive communication over yelp messages. Zav was able to fix a broken outdoor electrical outlet, and also remove an unwanted satellite dish from my roof. Will use again when I need a hand. Recommended.

My friends recommended this and I was so happy with the work they did.  I just bought the house and was still living 400 miles away.  I needed a kitchen wall removed and tiled countertops to quartz. We spoke on the phone and discussed what I wanted to do with the kitchen.  As the work progressed - he sent me pics and called to make sure it was correct. The kitchen looks great now that the wall is down and countertops placed.  A month after I moved in, I decided to remove the walls between living, dining and family rooms - again the outcome was great.  I highly recommend them for doing any type of work needed.  In the near future, they will be changing out my double doors in the entry way and painting my garage.

Jay at Fix IT Services is wonderful!  I highly recommend him and his company for all your fix-it needs.

My project started about six months when my mom mentioned she wanted to get a bidet for her master bathroom.  I ordered one for her online and my dad installed it...but apparently it took him a LONG time and was very difficult to install (which is interesting, since my dad is quite a handy guy).  

So my mom sends photos of the finished install and mentions in passing that the bidet seat doesn't quite fit the toilet bowl.  We then realized I should have ordered a round bidet instead of an elongated one.  

I told my mom I'd get the correct one ordered and they could just replace it with the new bidet.  She told me that my dad didn't want to replace it and that if he had to do it again, he would have a heart attack and die.  (yikes, so dramatic)

So we got the idea to just find a professional company to help us install the bidet, saving my dad the headache.  I came onto Yelp and sent a bunch of requests via Yelp's quote system.  I got a bunch of responses and was pretty surprised at how expensive these companies were quoting me.  $300 for installation, seriously?!

I had bookmarked this Fix-It Services page since he had not enabled the Yelp quote feature and just had a phone number listed.  After being very disappointed with getting one high quote after another, I decided to give Fix-It Services a call.  

Jay picked up the phone right away and I was impressed at how calm and knowledgeable he sounded.  He even was willing to stop by that same day, despite it being pretty late already.  He had such a busy schedule yet was still able to stop by my parents' house after a long day!

Long story short, he stopped by my parents' house a total of three times and even helped them get extra parts from Home Depot.  His fee for services was very reasonable and way less than the other companies I had contacted.  He kept me informed about the progress of the repairs the entire time.  

I asked my parents about the experience and they were very happy with the entire process.  They said Jay was very friendly, calm, knowledgeable...and even good-looking!  :)  He was even teaching his daughter about the repairs as well, which shows what a great family man he is too.  

I highly recommend Jay and Fix-It Services for any projects you might have around your house.  I will definitely call him for any help we will need in the future.  He travels quite far--Elk Grove, Sacramento, Roseville and beyond.  So glad there are people like Jay who are hard-working, knowledgable and honest in their work.

Sacramento Suburban Water District sent Domco plumbing out to us to address a couple issues we had since our water main was shut off due to a massive upgrade in our neighborhood. Our sink was running low and our toilet wasn't filling when water was turned back on.
Brandon came to our rescue and very efficiently took care of our problems. He exhibited awesome customer service educating us as well with what was going on. This company also got me taken care of same day and kept me informed when they were on their way.  I plan on using them for my my future needs as, they are ethical and good. Thank-you!!

I've worked with Matt for some small jobs at several properties and the experience was top-tier everytime. Very responsive with continued great communication throughout. Constantin is great! He was incredibly responsive when I was first looking for estimates and then when I met him, I instantly felt that he was trustworthy and up for the job. His handyman rate is very reasonable which can be hard to find right now in today's market.  My project was to convert a newly installed shed into an office, specifically with installing insulation, drywall, windows, and an AC unit. We locked into a SoW and plan very quickly and he got to work. He is such a hard worker and was very patient with me as we worked together to do what was best for the space and problem solve as we went. And the work itself was well-done. He took a shell of a shed and turned it into a warm, comfortable space. He stayed late to make sure the drywall finishing was to his standards and had to do a lot of intricate mudding to fit the design of the shed ceiling. I'm already thinking of new projects and hope that he can be my go-to handyman for years to come.

Well, a follow up to previous review. I was happy when owner followed up and offered to give me a small free service to make up for my previous review. Set up appt date and time for him to come out. Tick-tock. He never came much less a follow up message. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Walter couldn't have done a better job on my kitchen cabinet.  I hired a handyman from West Sacramento to remove some trim and he messed it up badly.  Walter was able to come in, repair the damage, and make it look better than it did before.  He gave me a very reasonable price for his work.  I am definitely plan on hiring him to do other jobs in my new house.

We Installed a level two charger over a year ago in our garage. Everything has been great and his cost was great!

Robert was on time and quick.  He was reasonably fast, way under an hour.  He managed to level and adjust all my built in closet drawers.  I definitely would recommend him.

David has done multiple projects for my house, some smaller and some much more complicated and both my wife and I were beyond satisfied with all of the work he has done.

He is a licensed general contractor and has fixed plumbing issues, installed indoor and outdoor gas lines, along with a new stove top and he took down an old chandelier and put up a new Restoration Hardware light in it's place.  

He is experienced, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. I plan on using him for all of my future remodel projects and construction needs.

Loved that he showed up in a mask , with covid going on safety is #1 he did a great job would highly  recommend!

Quick and fast service!! Needed a toilet that was clogged fixed. Came out same day and got it fixed within 5 min for a reasonable price! Great service!! Would recommend 100%!!

Our kitchen sink flooded and property management had Jon come out! He was responsive, flexible with our schedule and efficient.

Jon was respectful and I really appreciated how he removed his shoes upon entering our home. He quickly got to work, assessed the issue, and unclogged our sink!

He didn't cause any additional damage or clutter and he also cleaned up after the service!
