Best Floor Repair in Sacramento CA

I honestly dislike leaving bad reviews on a Tradesman, and especially a local Tradesman... However, last year around this time I had Doug come out because my lower level addition toilet was backing up.   I showed him the cleanout for the toilet on the exterior wall and asked him if a 4 pipe that was at grade level with no cleanout cap was possibly the main cleanout?  I didn't know because there wasn't the standard cleanout cap and I wasn't a part of my homes remodel before we bought the home 6 years ago.  I was told by Doug that it wasn't the Main Cleanout and he was not sure what it was, even though it was 4 black pipe and inline with the city sewer tap and the side exterior of the house.  Doug decided to snake a camera down the 3 line through the 2 exterior wall cleanout from the toilet at the lower level.  He then used a signal device to tell me that my mainline had a belly in it and was causing the backup.  He said he would have to trench the entire old line and replace it with a new one for $5000 or dig where the belly was and splice  in a cleanout for less?  I said is it possible that I had some tree roots issues instead?  I had just cut down 2 40' hackberry trees from my front yard and one was about 5' from the mainline.  He said no?  He charged me $130 for the 30 minutes and left.  I got ripped off and here's why!  I ended going to HD and renting a 100' 5/8 snake and removed my toilet from my original bathroom that I know was tied into the main sewer line.  I rootered it myself for a couple hours and bore through a bunch of roots which eliminated my backup!  1 year later the problem reappeared, only this time I saw the sewage bubbling up from the 4 pipe that I was told was not my main cleanout!!!  So back to Home Depot and re snaked, all good again and I now have a cleanout with cap installed on the 4 pipe, so if I ever call Doug again...He will know right where to go?! Sheesh...maybe a little effort next time to help a neighbor out!  Tip: These State Street West Sac Homes in your neighborhood have similar plumbing.

I requested a quote on yelp and Serg replied fast and did multiple services at a reasonable price and did a great job! Tv mounts, plumbing, door frame work and a ceiling fan.

Jason is very efficient, punctual, helpful and reliable. He showed up on time everyday. I called few contractors for quotes from Yelp but I must say that Jason is the best. He is good in what he does and I would highly recommend him to family, friends and everyone.

Quick response to help with our boiler, radiant system, and few other plumbing issues.

I have wanted my kitchen flooring replaced and my bathroom ceiling repaired for years.  My husband was in construction but never had the time to work on his own house.  Joedy came as a referral from my neighbor.  I was am so impressed with his professionalism.  I really had no time to look for flooring or paint, so I had to rely on Joedy's expertise.  The work was done so fast and looks terrific.  I highly recommend this company.  I am a business owner and know how very important customer service can be to a business and I rate this business in the five star..

We've worked with Paul twice. Both times he was punctual, professional and completed the job in a timely manner. The first time we called him, our new refrigerator's connector hose was broken by the movers from Best Buy and it was spraying water everywhere non stop. Paul was able to come out immediately for our emergency situation and repaired it right away. The second time we called Paul was to have him repair the locks on our gates and garage door. He did an excellent job both times.

We had some repairs we couldn't do and quite frankly didn't want to. They hung the outside fan, fixed a leak under the sink, replaced a faucet, did some fence work and replaced screen in the heater closet as well as some outlets. They saved us!
We now have working appliances and no more extension cords. An outside fan that lights up the alcove but no need for the fan yet.
They had to deal with my thieving cats, Penn & Teller. First visit, one took the old bolt on the floor, I found it on the entry hall rug. Second visit, they took his pliers halfway down the hall.
They even offered to change the light bulbs in the fan to the new ones I bought. I declined. Why? My husband can do that since he didn't want to put the fan up, AFTER I bought it.
Zav & Arsen (???), they are great and friendly. They don't mind animals. Listen, labor isn't cheap, it's the way it is BUT I feel like it was reasonable and needed it done. THEY also clean up after themselves UNLIKE the installers we had for the fridge & the DW through Lowes. Yea, we had to get new ones around the same time. When it rains, it pours.
We will use them again!

We had an interior leak in our two story house over the holidays. There had been a previous leak in the same area caused by a freezing a/c coil in the attic, which ran down the plumbing lines into the first floor. This time, it appeared be a leak somewhere in the water or drain lines. John's detection equipment was out for repair, but he gave us some advice on how to isolate the leak, as well as a referral to a responsible, responsive plumber in our area. We were able to track it down quickly and get the plumber out to repair our copper piping. Really appreciate John's friendly, free advice and the referral.

We have contacted Andreas a few more times for projects around the house, including the removal of a tile counter/wall thing and benches the previous homeowners had installed under the pergola (before/after pics included). Andreas will continue to be our go-to guy for all our home projects. Super knowledgeable about so many things. And I'm so excited to finally put in some comfortable seating under the pergola and enjoy the summer nights around the fire pit!!!

Needed an old, over the oven, microwave/vent replaced, and some new exterior lights exchanged.  The price was very reasonable, and the jobs were done quickly and professionally.  When here, he noticed that a kitchen drawer was damaged.  He repaired it on the spot at no additional charge.  I will be hiring him again when I need a job done.

Robert was on time and quick.  He was reasonably fast, way under an hour.  He managed to level and adjust all my built in closet drawers.  I definitely would recommend him.

While he was there the restroom had a flood and he was able to fix and repair parts, replace the things that were broken.
