Job done April 2019. What can I say about Doug at Whitmore Plumbing? Absolutely excellent work from start to finish. I was home with the week Doug was at my house doing a re-pipe. Doug was very receptive to my questions and input regarding some creativity that this job required. When it came time for final trim out of the kitchen sink, Doug juggled his schedule to fit me in after my kitchen countertop was delayed. Highly recommend!

I requested a quote on yelp and Serg replied fast and did multiple services at a reasonable price and did a great job! Tv mounts, plumbing, door frame work and a ceiling fan.

cor-cal has installed my lights, replaced my vanity, and set up some rly cool led lighting around my place.  super helpful in helping me understand the process with future projects I want done, too ! if you want a super well rounded team that knows what they are doing and could pretty much do any type of project (kitchen, bath, living room all have been my experience) these guys are it! they are fast, responsive and totally transparent and leave everything super clean ...highly recommended !!

Jason is my hero.  He responded to what I thought would be a quick job.  Hook up my gas dryer in my new house.  My dryer is pretty old and the old fittings on my dryer didn't fit the incoming gas line.  Jason went to the hardware store to get the parts he needed to get me hooked up.  He offered to replace my washing machine drain hose and ran out to the hardware store to get what we needed for that too.  I figured  he spent an extra 45 minutes running to the store and back.  He didn't charge me at all for the extra time...just the parts.  He told me to call him anytime I needed help and he was very sincere.  Good man all around.

We needed some solution towards issues with allergies , forced heat air when it is cold and didn't appreciate cold floors.  So, we found this company!   We had our home installed with heated floors.  It was the best decision ever!

We had warm floors installed throughout the first floor of our home.  Not only did it provide energy efficiency, it provides comfort  throughout those really cold months. When we turn on our heater, we don't experience hot air blowing to our faces anymore.  It's comfortable and toasty inside while it is freezing cold outside.  In fact, I am able to wear shorts and tank top inside the home because of how comfortable the temperature is.  The warmth also goes up to the 2nd floor!

Service was great!  They answered all our questions and assisted with whatever we wanted to know.  It is a great long term investment plus definitely adds value to your home!  I definitely recommend this company for your heated floors installation. It was the best investment!

We recently had JAZ Developments tear out the outer facade of our useless fireplace and put in an amazing built-in cabinet. This was a pretty extensive job that required a lot of wall and floor repair as well as electrical work (we had wall sconces taken out and in-ceiling LED lights put in). They also did a small remodel on our coat closet to make it more usable. We are thrilled with the work Joedy and team did. We used JAZ on a recommendation from a friend and are very glad we did. We liked Joedy as well as valued his work. He was creative and helped us decide on all the best options (something I value highly in a contractor). I was completely comfortable leaving him with access to the house while we were at work. He went above and beyond in things like climbing to the top of our very steep roof to seal the top of the chimney and also moving our cable outlet when the company couldn't get out to do it. The built-in cabinet itself is fantastic. I highly recommend Sergio, the cabinet maker that JAZ works with. I'm already looking forward to the next project we can do with JAZ Developments!

I had an appointment for this guy to replace the filters in my Reverse Osmosis under sink unit, yesterday. When it became apparent that he would not show up, I called the phone number, listed here on Yelp several times only to get a non-specific voicemail message, so I wasn't even sure if it was his number. I then tried replying to the email chain we had established for the meeting schedule. That was also not successful. Finally I used Yelp's request a quote link and then he did finally answer. He said, didn't you get my previous message? My son is out sick and I can't make it today. Let's reschedule. The upshot I never got the supposed first message and it was only through my own efforts at communication that he replied at all.

Why do I feel that he is lying and that it was a lame excuse? It is not without precedent. I note that on his Yelp reviews there are many glowing messages, all of 5 stars, and a few really bad 1 star messages. I could not find even one 4 star, 3 star or 2 star review. That in itself seems strange.

It seems the one star bad reviews all have a common thread. This guy is a flake! He always has some lame excuse. One particularly interesting one was from him in Lake Tahoe on the appointed date of a job, and that he was in the emergency room up there. It's obvious that he blew off the job to go skiing and then got in touch with the client as an afterthought.

The ironic thing is that I studied his reviews more closely while I was waiting for him to show up, yesterday. I had initially just gone with the couple of praising reviews, which percolate near the top, being most recent. After reading through page after page I noticed the pattern of his excuse making. I didn't want someone so unprofessional and unreliable in my residence. So I just said, let's just forget it in answer to his typical excuse email.

I ended up doing the job myself.

I also think that Yelp should closely examine all of his glowing 5 star reviews for authenticity. I think that many of them are fakes!!

Ten minutes after I posted the above review I got an irate call from Paul. I can verify that his number is correct now, due to my caller ID. I can also confirm that he likes to shout and use very colorful language. Paul, please do not ever call me again!!

Andre and has team we're very efficient. Invoices were very clear and precise on the work that they were going to do. Clear communication throughout the process and arrives on time. I pointed out concerns that I was having and they were able to address it and go above/beyond. Very happy with the work done in my house. Very fair price and don't cheap out for any other handyman. Pay the little extra and you'll receive that great quality. Thanks again guys!

Needed an old, over the oven, microwave/vent replaced, and some new exterior lights exchanged.  The price was very reasonable, and the jobs were done quickly and professionally.  When here, he noticed that a kitchen drawer was damaged.  He repaired it on the spot at no additional charge.  I will be hiring him again when I need a job done.

Well, a follow up to previous review. I was happy when owner followed up and offered to give me a small free service to make up for my previous review. Set up appt date and time for him to come out. Tick-tock. He never came much less a follow up message. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Wow! 5 star! Needed a range hood install and Mikhail was incredible to work with. Our original hood had a dent so I had to reschedule the install and wait for the replacement. He was extremely flexible with the change and was able to come out the day after the replacement arrived. He was efficient and had the hood installed in no time! Will definitely hire again for future projects!

Robert was on time and quick.  He was reasonably fast, way under an hour.  He managed to level and adjust all my built in closet drawers.  I definitely would recommend him.

These guys are amazing!! I had nightmare tenants that destroyed the stair well and Jonathan did the most beautiful job to fix it!! It ended up saving me so much money, as stairwell replacement runs over 5K

While he was there the restroom had a flood and he was able to fix and repair parts, replace the things that were broken.

He's truly a great find! I personally highly Recomend his company.
