Ran across Sam based on Yelp reviews. Every word is true. He's spot on, honest, and my go-to in the future. He cut a cat door for us in a solid wood door and was very careful not to disturb the structure. He's back at our house again for another appointment next week.

Needed patching for a light box removal in my kitchen. All Around Handyman did the job with ease and skill. I wish I had called them to install the lights as well because they would have done a great job with the electrical work. They completed the job with extra attention to detail and it looks beautiful. I may use them to install new flooring as the quote was reasonable and I know they will do a good job.

Walter was great to work with. On time, courteous, straightforward and reasonable with pricing. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work he performed, which included some touch up painting, ceiling fan installment, and fixing a hole in the drywall. Walter went above and beyond what was expected of him, returning the following day free of charge to help out with a small project. He's got a good personality and attitude. Highly recommend.

Our kitchen sink flooded and property management had Jon come out! He was responsive, flexible with our schedule and efficient.

Jon was respectful and I really appreciated how he removed his shoes upon entering our home. He quickly got to work, assessed the issue, and unclogged our sink!

He didn't cause any additional damage or clutter and he also cleaned up after the service!

This is a belated review long-deserved. We worked with Caldwell Construction in February 2017 after a tree branch had taken out part of our gutter in a storm. They were incredibly responsive where a few other companies I called were not returning calls, and promptly worked out details to address the repair in between storms. Steven was excellent to work with on the estimate and as the project coordinator, keeping me informed all along the way, which I appreciated as a new home owner of an almost 100 year-old house. During the project, consultation was excellent as new things were discovered, and we strategized about how to address those to keep within our budget and what work might be able to be deferred. In addition, they were diligent and thorough as we worked through part of the insurance claim requirements, which became a bit more elaborate than I originally thought they would be. Overall, we were thrilled with the results, and will be working with the Caldwell Construction team again soon.
