Dan Winder came out to our house again; this time to help us with our water pressure and clogged drain issue. As always, he was on time, reasonably priced and friendly. Really like the fact that's he's a local family business, wants to stay small and still believes in taking care of customers and treating people well. Thanks Dan.

Called Friday night with an urgent sewer backup.  We were told they would promptly call back to let us know if or when they could come out.  5 days later still no call.  We found another plumber that promptly calls back.

After having a horrible experience with a plumber pipeline was a breath of fresh air. They were so kind and were in and out so quick for the job. They were on time and made sure to send text notifications of when my appointment was. They also sent me a text when they were on their way which was a very nice touch considering the fact that some companies just show up on your door step within a four hour window. They also gave me a two hour window which I really appreciated. I have their number saved in my phone now and will definitely be calling them from now on and recommending them to everyone. Alex came out to diagnose a leak a previous plumber couldn't figure out. He was honest, up front, and didn't try to sell me on anything more than what needed to be done. Thank you so much Alex and the Swift team. Very professional, I highly recommend!

I found water leaking from a slab level point at the side of my home. I called several plumbing companies to give me repair estimates.
Each had the same elaborate plan to drill through the slab and my tile floor to find and repair the leaking pipe.  Estimates exceeded $10,000.
When So Cal Plumbing arrived, it was like a breath of fresh air.
They recommended capping off the pipe embedded in the slab and
going thru the wall to connect to the manifold.  I went with their solution.
No more leaks, no broken slab or tiles to replace.  Several small holes
to replace in the wall. Wall access makes so much more sense to me
than pipes embedded in the cement slab. Cost: less than $3,000.
Johnny took the lead and explained everything as the team went throuh their steps. Paul was great with copper and Pex. Fernando and Eddy assisted every step along the way. P.S. My home was left swept and clean.

Tyler assessed several issues for me. The toilet needed replacing as it suffered from 35 years of mineral deposits and rust; it never flushed that well anyway. Also, he flushed my water heater which had been installed 4 years ago. There was an incredible amount of material that had accumulated because of the extremely hard water here. Finally, I was afraid that I would need to have a new control valve installed in the guest shower. There was very little flow from the shower head and it was impossible to select a proper temperature; it was either too hot or too cold. This would mean having to remove part of the wall. However, Tyler obtained a new cartridge for the Danze valve and now, everything is fine. I am more than satisfied with the work that Tyler performed. He was courteous and pleasant, taking the time to explain options. Also, he left the work areas as clean as he found them. It was genuine pleasure to have Tyler treating my plumbing issues!
