Best Water Purification System Repair in Riverside CA

On the day before our scheduled appointment which had been made over 2 weeks previously, Dan called to say they were trying to play catch up and questioned whether I still wanted the appointment. I said yes I was expecting him to be there. He asked what I needed done so I told him again even though I had explained in detail the work I needed performed when I scheduled the appointment. My perception was he had more lucrative jobs that he wanted to prioritize over my small job. He finally said he would be there and hung up on me. After thinking about the situation I called back and said I did not want him to come and his response was good, confirming my suspicions that he did not want the work. My complaint is that Dan called the day before the appointment and tried to get me to reschedule.  When I resisted rescheduling because we had waited over two weeks, he became petulant and unprofessional. Had I known this at the time I made the appointment, I would have found someone else glad for the work and had it completed sooner.

This review is for Thomas, because of him I will always be calling Parzival Plumbing going forward and recommend this trustworthy and kindhearted expert to all my family and friends. He is a Good Samaritan and I was so lucky that he picked up my urgent call. Our guest bathroom's shower handle out of nowhere stopped working this afternoon and water just kept coming and the drain wasn't keeping up so we were in danger of flooding the house. I frantically Yelped plumbing and Thomas was the first one to pick up on a Sunday (I had called 2-3 other places but no one picked up). I was panicking and he knew I was in trouble. He calmed me down, asked for my name, told me the best thing to do is to shut off the water entirely. Obviously I didn't know where/how to shut off the water so I continued to panic, Thomas told me to go to the garage or on the sides of the garage and just describe everything I see. Then hearing that I couldn't find it, he offered to FaceTime me. He then patiently walked through the house with me until I finally found the valve and he instructed me how to shut off the water. He didn't stop there, he told me to go to the nearest faucet to make sure water isn't coming out anymore and waited until I went upstairs to confirm the water in the showers has stopped completely. It's not until he knew that crisis has been temporarily averted that he advised me he is actually on another job and he has to get back to his client - he literally stopped everything to help me at a really emergency time. Thomas went above and beyond in putting us first and making sure we are taken care of. He doesn't even know us but he saved us potentially tens of thousands of dollars (imagine if the water just kept coming and the house actually flooded). Thomas then later texted me to make sure I'm okay. He also offered to recommend some referrals since they're busy today and knew that I would need the problem fixed ASAP. Thomas doesn't just treat this as a job, he actually truly cares about the people who reach out to him. Thank you, Thomas. We are so lucky to have found Parzival Plumbing on Yelp and so lucky to have you pick up the phone. You have done a random act of kindness for us today and we will be passing it forward. Pilot light on my water heater went out and I couldn't seem to get it to light. Made a few calls to get rates and availability for a service call. Not only was Allen the most affordable, but he was available after regular business hours if needed! My work schedule was going to make it tough for me to make a 5pm service call. All other places I called either did not offer after-hours calls, or did so at much higher rates than what Allen charges.
Allen kept in communication with me throughout the day answered all my texts and questions before I even booked an appointment...very friendly and patient!! When he arrived he was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained what he felt the problem was and gave me an no-nonsense estimate of what it would be to fix the problem. When he told me I have no doubt you will have hot water by the time I leave here, I knew I was in good hands! No upsell or BS...just fast, friendly, and honest service at a very reasonable price.
When the time comes to replace my water heater (or if I have any plumbing jobs for that matter), I know EXACTLY who I'm calling...highly recommended!

A few weeks back our water heater failed. Susan took my initial call and subsequent calls and was always gave me clear information which is helpful when you don't deal in plumbing very often. Jay was out promptly and gave me alternatives including pros and cons of a tank and tankless heaters. We chose tankless as we had a good experience with it in the past in a smaller home though I was concerned about its capacity. Jay assured me it could handle multiple demands and it has proven to be all we need. We can run the washing machine, dishwasher and shower with plenty of hot water. The install team (Joe and Jose) and also included Jay did very meticulous work that involved venting along a 18 foot run making the job more complex but they did it! I highly recommend them for the quality of their work, thoroughness, and responsiveness when I had questions and concerns.

Special tanks to Paul from SoCal plumbing removed broken sneak wire. (It was in there for 2+years ) We tried many different plumbers but we had no success. Some didn't want to try, most of them tried little bit and said you need remove pipes then redo the plumbing. All of them quoted $4000 plus.

We had a leak in our kitchen sink and Rob came to our rescue!! He was very professional and knowledgeable!! We definitely recommend this company and will use them again!
