We had a leak under our sink. Gunnar came out and quickly told me what the problem was and fixed it - turns out the cover on our air gap was loose so water from the countertop would drip down ‍He did an excellent job and didn't make me feel dumb for the solution being such an easy one.

Jon and Pipeline were a big help during a difficult situation. Showed up ASAP, diagnosed what was causing our issue and quickly got to work helping us with the fix.

When a secondary leak was found after the six month reconstruction process had, we thought, been completed, Jon and Eric were again on top of things, coming back out and guaranteeing to find the problem and get everything fixed and rebuilt to our satisfaction. We appreciate this commitment to complete customer service.

Great Service. Had a water heater problem and Allen was super professional and fast; came out the same day to diagnose the problem and had it fixed in less than 24 hours.

I called Dowd plumbing after seeing his trucks in my neighborhood and getting a great recommendation. They sent Luis out, he explained everything he was doing. Finding out the job was way bigger than expected, Jason came to work with him , explaining what they were doing. What a team! I tried getting a quote on a small repair work, but encountered outright disdain from some other plumbing companies who stated that the work was too small for them to even come out.  wow. - but not these guys. They were professional, courteous, and gave a reasonable quote to do the work.  The work was scheduled quickly, the repair technician came on time, and the work was done exceptionally well.

If I ever have more plumbing needs, i would not hesitate to use them again.

I called this morning and Denise sent Steve out within an hour.  He gave me an estimate, had all the parts, and completed the work the same day.  Steve replaced my garbage disposal and the shower (regulator?) in my extra bathroom (there was no hot water and now there is).  Steve completed the work in less than 2 hours.  He was customer service oriented, professional, and tidy.
