What a awesome plumber! Called in a panic because we thought we had another slab leak, because the meter showed we had a leak somewhere and we couldn't find it. He was out to our house in a few hours. Could find the leak, so he said he could check the toilets, because some models run with the factory settings. He was 100% right. Super reasonably priced.  We found our go-to plumber!

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

I learned about Option One Plumbing from Home Advisor and was very, very impressed. We were remodeling our bathroom and needed someone to remove the toilet, vanity, and medicine cabinet as we were replacing the tile. Dennis came to our rescue immediately. Once the tile was laid he returned and installed the new toilet, vanity and mirror. Not only did he do an excellent job, but he was very nice and professional. I recommend Option One very highly. My tankless water heater stopped working yesterday morning and Jay from Swift Water Heater was able to send Conner to inspect the problem within 24 hours. Thank god for the prompt response time and fantastic service. Because it was a maintenance inspection, I was not charged for the service. The company is very professional, reliable, efficient and trustworthy.  I had a leaky water softener pipe and Bob, the owner came out the next day to assess the situation, provide options and immediately emailed me quotes the same day. A day later Kyle installed a whole house water softener system, and then a few days after, Shane installed a tankless water heater.  The process was smooth and easy and the plumbers were very polite and prior to their arrival I got a  text notification stating they were on the way.  I was impressed with the communication and how thorough and knowledgeable they were.  Highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

We had a possible leak and a shower valve that needed to be replaced. Denise got back to me within 30 minutes of my Yelp request and said they could come over the same day at no charge to assess what needed to be completed.
When Cameron arrived he was punctual and very professional. He know exactly how to fix the valve.  It was a Friday afternoon and he stayed until 7 pm fixing our shower.  He updated us along the way about what he was doing and why it needed to be done. I will always call Pristine Plumbing for repairs.

Christian installed the new shower handle/valve and shower head for my bathroom. He did a great job with less charge. Will definitely call him again next time for plumbing work when needed.
