Dan price matched the lowest estimate we got for an expensive repair. Alec was able to come first thing the next morning, and then tried the least expensive fix for our shower, rather than jumping into the really expensive repair we had thought necessary. Also did an excellent repair (again, most affordable estimate) on our outdoor spigot. We really appreciated the friendly, efficient, and affordable service we received from Dan and Alec!

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

My second review is still horrible! The owner, Larry, contacts me offering services to fix my water heater the plumber left dripping or a refund. I have text him twice since our conversation last week and no response. He said he would review pictures the plumber took, which there were none. He said he would talk to him, Alfonso, as this hasn't been the first complaint. I declined his offer to make things right and just want a refund for a service they didn't do. I'm never letting this company back in my home as I believe the underlying idea was to break something on my water heater and then cost me major repairs. If the owner makes promises, Is not good on his word, what does that say about his employees? Not a good role model. I still have no receipt and am requesting $83 which they should make $ 166 double for the hassle this has created. Be warned. Do not use them. Maybe it would be better to let your house flood then call Option one.

I finally received a refund 3 days after my request but no follow up about what happened, why it happened or a formal apology. Many words I won't repeat but I'm done with the banter.

So my water heater burst and we awoke to no hot water and some clean up. Happy Sunday.  Asked for some quotes on yelp and Eric was the first to call. Apparently a 75 gallon water heater is hard to come by on a Sunday.  Only one other guy even considered doing it on Sunday because of the size. Eric came over quickly. He had to get someone to open up to get the the correct size. He and his crew were professional and got it done. I now have hot water and am so much happier than I was in my shower less morning. Thank you.  It wasn't that cheap but considering he had to pay overtime to his workers for a Sunday call and the equipment was expensive, I googled it, I feel lucky. We have installed a few water heaters before but this would have been something we couldn't have done ourselves. I highly recommend this business. Thank you.

Steve came out last month to fix our air conditioning, he was able to figure out why it kept going out.  He provided an affordable solution.  Would recommend again.

Almost a year later, I had questions about my water system and, regardless of time since we had our system, Jay and his team thoughtfully answered my questions and took the time to walk me through my system. Can't say you can find customer service like this nowadays. Let's be honest - these days, it's more of a cash grab for some businesses. BUT the folks at SWIFT stick to their quality service. Really glad we worked with Jay and his team - truly unmatched customer service that is by far second-to-none!

Pristine Plumbing, needed a simple clog rooter. Everything was ok from the kitchen to the outside access drain. I explained what was happening to Pristine over the phone and made an appointment. On time, professional, knowledgeable, AND SO OVERPRICED! Live and learn. I went with a local company thinking that it would be nice to have a local plumber, figuring they would be more honest than the commercial plumbers you hear on the radio. Well, the first estimate out of the plumber's mouth was $575...wtf...then came down to $400...then came down to $325  All it was, was a simple clog. I could have had this done by Rooter Hero for $77 or Mike Diamond for $99 or Rocky Rooter for $80 or Super Plumber for $39.99. Yeah, I got taken, big time. I was not home when the plumber came, I had my husband receive the appointment, he didn't know what was a normal price from an extraordinary price. Maybe these guys would be good for something critical, but for the simple stuff, bypass, call a smell good plumber...
