Well he is no longer responding. We have a lot of things we needed him to do. Doesn't respond to text and his voicemail is full. Would be nice if he would just respond and let us know he's not working or available. *** UPDATE: his son has his phone which is why there is no response. Would like to have known this before posting this review. Hopefully this doesn't ruin Sarosh's reputation. When he's available, he does a great job.

Service was very professional.  Tech arrived as scheduled and answered all our questions and made recommendations on what to look for in our plumbing inspection.
This is part of their annual inspection contract and I highly recommend professionals looking at a 20 year old home.

Handy Danny was quick and easy to work with. Best to text him. He hung two large pictures in about 20 mins, double checked with me to make sure they were even, etc. I would call him again.

I contacted Bob George to take care of a (major) list of items that have needed tending to around my house for a long time.  Bob called me back that same day, and he was able to come out within a short time frame.  He was right on time and was able to take care of everything on my list--and some additional tasks, as well!  I found him to be very knowledgeable and experienced, meticulous in his work, very nice to deal with, and highly professional.  I'm so glad I called him!

I contacted Frank and Sons on a Friday with emergency patch repair work that needed to be done at our rental home before being inspected on Monday. Daulton (one of the sons) assisted me and provided me with a quick and very fair estimate, especially being so last minute. They did a fantastic job at the repair work and sent me dozens of pictures and even patched and found some work I was unaware of. They were very pleasant to deal with and extremely reasonable with pricing. I will be using them for all things moving forward.
