My property manager called Cisneros Brothers Plumbing to fix the hot water heater....At the very least Cisneros should have taken pictures of the hot water heater to show what kind of damage he found when he arrived.  Then we would have known if it was the renter.

At the present time Jose and I are in communication to learn what happened to the hot water heater.  Jose, thank you for responding so rapidly.  Be assured that once I see the before pictures I will change my rating.

I have spoken to Carlos at length and I am impressed with his willingness to research the problem and figure out how resolve the issue.  At this point I would hire Cisneros Brothers in a heart beat for any plumbing job.

Our house was hit hard by hurricane  Ian and Master Recovery Restoration came  in and quickly tested the home for water damage.  They removed our damaged ceilings, walls, and the insulation that had begun to breed mold and took care of the problem by treating everything for mold, dried the house with powerful heaters,blowers and dehumidifiers.  Their price was much less than others as well.  We could not be more pleased with the work done by Jacob and his sons.  They are very honest and hard working.  Don't  hesistate to hire these men you will be glad you did.
