Mr G responded to me in a very timely manner and I decided to go with him based on his competitive pricing and great reviews. Mr G said he could start my backsplash protect in 2 weeks and I thought it was perfect as it gave my wife and I time to select which tile we wanted to go with.  With Mr G's assistance leading up to the scheduled date, we were able to select the tile and the amount needed to get the job done.  He showed up on time, was professional in every aspect while he was here, and did an excellent job!  Him and his assistant were very personable and were meticulous to the very end.  Thank you Josue y Ismael.  We'll give you guys a call soon to schedule our next project with your team.

I don't know what happened with Scotty (The Riverside Handyman Services guy).  We had an appointment at 1pm to modify a cabinet and by the time I went to open the property gate, just before 1pm - anticipating his arrival, he had left a message on my mobile phone (at 12:54pm) that he could not enter the property and left.  Did not wait or anything.  I called and texted him with no response from him.  I cannot believe that someone who wanted to do the job wouldn't wait at least a  few minutes past the agreed job time.  I did not hear the mobile phone when it rang because I was preparing the work area for him.  Not sure what the issue is here but seems to me that he had another more pressing preferred job or other task to do and really did not want my job; or some other substance or beverage had a more enticing appeal.

I needed my patio cover painted quickly and Frank and his helper were quick to respond and get the job done. It looks great! Should have done it ages ago!! They were careful and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend Frank's Handyman Service.  T.R.

Called Danny at 11 am about installing a Ring Doorbell.

He replied via text instantly. Set up time same day to come out.

It's now 1:30 pm and the job was done perfectly. And he charged a VERY FAIR price. He also accepted Zelle which was great.

John responded to my initial contact within a few minutes and provided a reasonable estimate after viewing our electrical, flooring and door replacement projects. He suggested reasonable alternatives rather than the more costly and time intensive electrical options. He texted appointment confirmation the night before and arrived punctually. He was flexible when we added on the installation of two solar security lights. He advised us on code requirements for our door replacements and tutored us on tile selections for our next project.

We subsequently hired John for an additional set of projects, painting a bedroom, cutting, painting and installing mop boards running electrical service and installing a new ceiling fan; installing a kitchen floor and threshold including cutting, painting and installing mop boards; rehanging three existing hallway doors; and cutting, painting and installing a new board for our ceiling attic entry. This experience was not as positive as our first. John and his assistant did not come prepared with adequate tools and supplies causing unnecessary delays in completion. The bedroom required a paint redo as several areas were not adequately covered. Although John assured us that he could install our choice of kitchen flooring, well into the project he acknowledged that he was not familiar with the materials and hadn't paid attention to the overall patterning. We asked him to remove and replace a section before continuing. He advised against it saying they had had to hammer the snap-in pieces to lay flat and that it could compromise the remainder of the installation. This resulted in a less than attractive, expensive floor with damaged seams.  I give an overall rating of three stars because John and his assistant were very pleasant and required a lot of oversight.

Rick did an excellent job around my house. He installed 4 curtain rods for me. He was very professional and friendly. I would use Rick again
