Best Septic System Repair in Reno NV

After a VERY bad experience with a different plumber, I needed to completely replace the sewer line at my house. After getting a bid from Jet Plumbing, I called a plumbing inspector with the City of Sparks to ask what he thought of the company. He said, in his experience, they always did high-quality, professional work.

I hired Tommy and his team to replace the sewer line, and am VERY happy with their work. They went way beyond what was expected, despite some surprises we found when we dug up the line and saw how badly the previous plumber had installed it.

Jet has restored some of my faith in people. They're honest, professional, and they do great work.

Quick response and quick service!  I had an emergency faucet pipe needing replaced, they came to the house, fixed it, and the price was decent!  Professional, courteous, and quick!  Thanks for the help!

Quoted $395 for pump, and $95 for inspection report.
They came out, performed the work, then called for a $690 payment...
What's the extra $200 for, and why wasn't I told before you did the job?
...now I need the report to sell the house, and they're holding it hostage until I pay their ransom.

HORRIBLE OFFICE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
2 guys showed up to dig up the lids that are 4 inches under soft dirt. they took 30 minutes and charged me $330! $215 to locate which wasn't necessary and $115 per hour to dig.
they told me they had to put a camera down the pipe as part of the inspection and that footage would be reviewed and I would get the results! come to find out they did NOT do the inspection. The lady in the office said they don't do the inspection the pumper does. I complained and explained to deaf ears!!! ok .. just another experience of being taken advantage of - anymore, aren't we all just expecting that treatment anyway.
so, the pumper came and left... still have 2 exposed lids... safety and health hazard.. called the lady at the ofc again (really didn't want to) - told her again my dilemma- oh, well we don't cover the holes unless you want is to. tjat will be $115 per hour!' needless to say $945 later I'm a very disgruntled customer and committed to never doing business with them again-nor recommending them!

I had a leak with my garden hose faucet on the backside of the house I called Eric to see if could assist. He setup an appointment with me the next day and absolutely knocked it out! Super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and just a very professional guy with excellent workmanship.

The price for the job was fair and he was in and out in about an hour and a half since he had to get down into the crawl space and do some soldering.

Matt of Comfort Air provided a reasonable quote & we decided to go ahead with installation of a Navien tankless water heater. Matt removed our existing 14 yr. old Navien tankless water heater, we had a noise problem with the tankless because it was  mounted incorrectly by the original contractor. Matt did a GREAT job mounting our new unit - it's quiet, we can't tell when it's on, and it's mounted on a post in our basement below our master bedroom. Matt took great care in mounting the unit, making sure there was sufficient insulation.  He was patient when explaining how to program the new unit. Thank you Matt, thank you Comfort Air!

Marcus found not only a leak in our bathroom, but while under the house he found our irrigation system was not properly plumbed and was leaking.
