Johnson Plumbing was responsive and efficient in fixing and replacing my leaky hot water heater.  My grandparents, my parents and now I call Johnson Plumbing when I have issues.

Matt came out today to diagnose a gas oven that stopped firing with inability to bake. The broiler works as does the burners. He found the broken coil that was receiving voltage and then reversed the broil - bake so the oven can bake. I bake more than broil! Very innovative fix that buys me time until I spring for a new range. As always - excellent prompt and professional service that provides peace of mind at a reasonable price. Matt was great. Call Desert Air and you'll see for yourself. Don't believe the over advertised competitors.

On 1/5/23 I received a very high water bill which led me to believe I had a water leak in the house.  I called All hours air to do a leak detection. The person they sent went under my house and took about 6 pictures,  one of the pinhole leak he found and the rest of some discolored piping which he claimed were eroding pipes.  He reviewed the pictures with me and then told me that I would need to replace all the copper piping beneath my house or I would continue to get these pinhole leaks.  He estimated this would cost $16,600.  he also called a flood restoration company to help with the cleanup.  He was at my house for approximately 2 hours    I spoke to my nephew that evening who is a plumber in Montana and he advised me very strongly to get a second opinion because he felt that price was extreme and the measurements themselves were also extreme.  So between us we decided in the morning that we would have them fix the pinhole and get a second opinion.  I set that up with Savage and Sons for the following week.    All Hours Air returned the following afternoon and spent 1 hour under the house repairing the pinhole and charged me $1800 for that.  This is WELL over the hourly rate they claim to charge and at least 3 times higher than any other company charges for a pinhole repair.  This is what their estimate said that he gave me after the fact.  To be clear, I'M the one that turned off the water and cleared the lines because they had not done that the day before.  They left the leak active all night.  
'Repair to actively leaking hot water line : Turn off hot water at water heater and purge hot water water lines.
Cut out actively leaking water line and use copper pro press fittings to transition. No soldering due to integrity of copper lines. If pressing pieces leak we will cut back up to 5' for replacement. Turn pressurization onto hot water lines and inspect for leaks. Verify in good standing

I trust Yelp reviews for almost everything, from nail salons to places to eat or spend the night when I travel, so why not give it a whirl when looking for a plumber? Yelp reviews never lets me down and neither did Bradley. Top notch, professional and would recommend their services to anyone. From the first call I made when I spoke with Jamie on the phone she was polite, very friendly yet completely professional. That first phone call alone set a very good tone for the whole service as the two previous plumbers I had contacted had very poor communication with me from the get go. From the day the appointment was set up to look at the potential job and to get an estimate I knew that working with Bradley and crew was going to be a positive experience. When looking at the hot water heater, Bradley was very thorough in explaining everything to me in a way that made perfect sense and was completely logical. I appreciated not just having numbers thrown at me but understanding the reasoning behind the process. He made sure every detail was taken care of. We now have a beautiful new hot water heater. The work space was tight but I never heard a complaint. They completed the job with complete excellence. We look forward to calling upon Bradley in the future for our plumbing, heating and electric needs. From the phone calls and emails to the work done in the home, everything was taken care of with pride and the utmost professionalism. Call Bradley- you won't be sorry! P.S. It was 23rd of December with no heat in the house and plenty of snow falling in Incline Village.  We called R&S at 8am, by 10am we had a call back and Matthew was on the way.  He identified problem, fixed it and stay an extra 30 minutes to make sure no problems were recurring or nothing more in depth could be happening.  He identified possible future problems with the boiler, and was totally honest, quick and friendly.  Exactly what was needed.  They are always available, give them a call if you need any problem around Incline.  They said they will be working Christmas too, just like Santa!

I have the highest praise for Dan's professionalism in completing a plumbing job that at first seemed simple- a couple of leaks- but became more complicated as he discovered that my older manufactured home has pipes that are dated and no longer in code.  This required him to pick up special parts to do the job correctly.  His initial quote seemed quite reasonable, but he ran several hours over the estimated time the job would take. Yet he held to his word and said the quote stood.  While I respect his integrity, I wrote him a check substantially higher to cover his extra hours.  It is a pleasure to find an honest, skilled tradesman, and I strongly recommend him.
